• Ciaran (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Agra - The property was exceptional! With the main feature being that stunning terrace! Truly breathtaking! Especially on a clear day with the view of the Taj Mahal! Also lovely for an afternoon nap!
• Sandra (9/5): Spacious apartment with large balcony and view of the Taj Mahal - The rooms were spacious and each room had an ensuite . It was great to use the washing machine and do our laundry . There is car parking if you need it . We didn’t get to use the pool in the complex as it had been coloured due to holi festival 😂. But it would be a great place to cool off in the heat . The balcony and outdoor space was fantastic to view the sunset , have meals , do yoga . The building has security guards so it felt safe . We ended up walking in the direction of the Mercure hotel to get a tuk tuk to the Taj-it was our second visit to the taj and we got to East gate and we arrived at 7.30 and missed the crazy rush at security . For the Taj visit I recommend doing the early morning sunrise trip it’s worth it . take the opportunity to dress in local attire and pay a photographer at the site and have a guide . It’s the best souvenir . Take your time if possible just to absorb the beauty of the place . Staying here it was possible to make 2 trips so worthwhile and then a sunset visit to the Methag Bagh to view the taj from across the river was worth it .
• Colette (7/5): Good stay for money - Penthouse is lovely but rest of building looks like a demolition site which was a shock and not mentioned in any other reviews. The power went off just before we were about to get in lift for our taxi so had to walk down 15 floors, however it was good value for money but needs a little more attention to cleaning inside and outside on veranda

• Ketan (10/5): Exactly as it says and would stay here again definitely. - The pictures don’t do it justice, it was perfect! Good location, very good sized apartment and really nice outdoor space to chill! Also you can see the Taj Mahal pretty well. Everything was good!
• Kevin (9/5): Luxury Penthouse with amazing view - We walked into the apartment, and all said, 'Wow!' Huge front room/dining area with equally impressive bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony was huge and it was fun just sitting and watching life happening all around, especially with a view of the Taj Mahal in the distance. We ate at 'Molecule' a restaurant within 10 minutes walk, and it was really good. There is a large wedding venue directly beneath the tower block, and, as it is wedding season, we had very loud music playing until 11.30/12 each night of our 3 night stay. Having said that though, it was fascinating looking at all the beautiful saris and watching the fireworks from the 15th floor!
• Nermin (10/5): A truly amazing experience. The apartment is very well maintained and comfortable. - The location was very convenient and easy to find. A caretaker met us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. He came the next morning and prepared a perfect breakfast for us. The terrace is amazing. I wish we had some more days and warmer weather to enjoy the terrace. It was too foggy to get a view of the Taj. Parul, the home owner was very easy to communicate with. She came personally to settle our account on the last day. It'd great to be able to book without any deposit and pay after the stay is completed. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Agra. There was a party going on till quite late. The noise was a bit disturbing. However, this is typical of wedding times in India. This is something beyond the home owner's control.

• Reddy (8/5): Central location. - No breakfast but someone was available to make breakfast etc should we wanted him to. He went down to the shops to bring us supplies. Friendly young man. Insufficient heating in the lounge. Huge lounge dining g area so was difficult to heat with a small heater that was provided.

• Sanjay (9/5): Excellent Apartment - The entire apartment is wonderful and fits perfectly for families. The rooms are good size. The balcony is excellent with the view of the city. But there was no view of Taj Mahal due to smog. Agra was really polluted with very bad AQI. My son suffered a lot due to this. There is also a care taker boy (Sunil) who made sure we are all good. He also made breakfast omelettes and tea. I highly recommend this apartment. Bathrooms are big but needs some TLC. The water stands still in the shower and does not flow out freely.

• Vinod (4/5): Looked great from the out side, but no maintenance done to upkeep the property - Water overflowing in the shower, coming outside. Had to place towels to stop. No soap in the bathroom. Luckily, could get to the caretaker before he left for the day for one bathroom. Running toilet. No tea bags in kitchen other than green tea. No sugar or milk- had to sent the caretaker to buy these from out . Lamp switches not working. All towels and bed sheets were smelling.

• Fruzsina (9/5): Superb - Loved the apartment, it was huge with 3 big rooms and bathrooms. Super nice terrace, unfortunatly there was no view till the Taj Mahal as the pollution was really bad but the outside space is really enjoyable. Really pleasent inside, we were very satisfied. Super nice breakfast, too. Very comfortable beds. Outside the apartment the situation of the building was quite bad, our floor is a not finished building site actually. Inside the kitchen furniture under the sink there was plenty of empty cans and bottles left behind by other guests but it didn't seem to disturb our host when we have shown it to him. We showed him as we didn't want that they think we left all this waste but he didn't even seem to understand our concern.

• Vauuav (3/5): Poor - I have a big problem with this property and conduct of the host. There is a CCTV camera in the lounge of the property used to monitor guests and their activity in the lounge. I believe this is gross breach of privacy. We were not told prior to or at the check in time that there is a surveillance camera in the lounge. I do not believe it is on the BOOKING.COM website that guests will be under CCTV surveillance within the house itself. When I brought this up, the host argued regarding the necessity of such a surveillance rather than apologising for not informing. finally she acknowledged that we should have been informed. I will be very careful if you rent this accommodation. other than this BIG issue of privacy and CCTV, it is an acceptable accommodation.
• Chencheng (10/5): Very pleasant stay and very helpful servant - The apartment is very roomy. The balcony is fantastic. Rooms are cleaned very well. The access to Uber is very snappy and. And the servant helped us with ordering and fetching the dinner and also makes breakfast for us. The owner is also very friendly and helpful. Some facilities sometimes need more maintenance but generally they are good.
• Raju (10/5): Fantastic stay, wish we had time for a longer stay - The three ensuite bedrooms, the huge living room and dining area are beautifully decorated, as is the spacious balcony with panoramic views that include the Taj Mahal. Parul was very hospitable and attentive. Sunil made us a great breakfast as per our order! The washer appeared to be out of commission but there was ample opportunity to hand wash and dry some clothes
• Raymond (10/5): The most wonderful place to stay in all of all of Agra! - I have been to India 3 times and Agra 3 times; I cannot believe there is a better apartment to stay in in Agra than this one. Check-in was flawless. Sunil, an attendant of the property, was gracious and attentive to even our minor requests, very kind and welcoming. He made our breakfast if we requested it. He was great. The view surpasses all others in the city, and it was a pleasant retreat to be back at the apartment after a hot day in the city. Restaurants are within a 10 minute walk. The view of the Taj Mahal from the outside sitting area was unique in all of Agra. I will be returning here always, and sorry I did not know of this property sooner. A perfect place to stay. Nothing to dislike.

Ignore the bad reviews as there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Wish we had booked longer to stay. Would 100% stay again if ever in Agra again. Nothing.
• Mirko (10/5): Taj Mahal View - Recommendation!! - The apartment was fantastic, with an incredible view and very comfortable amenities. It was a truly relaxing experience, and I would recommend it to anyone. However, it could have been just a bit cleaner to be perfect. Nothing to complain about. The cleanliness could have been slightly better, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

• Joshua (10/5): Definitely book this place, you will not regret it! - It was the best property that I or any of my friends have stayed at in any of our travels, not just India. This place is 1000% worth the price and we could not have been happier or more comfortable. The view, the location and the place itself were perfect! If I could give it more stars I would. Nothing, it was incredible.
• Kalpana (4/5): Disappointing - Good views. Large space. A really nice flat all-in-all. Apart from the location and mould. The apartment is difficult to find, it's part of a complex of flats. The rest of the flats around this one are derelict, so its on a building site. One room had alot of mould on the walls which made me sick. Spent a night on mattresses in the living room floor. Parul said she'd refund me half the money on the 12th Aug. It's now the 24th and nothing has been paid. She also kept saying that the mould did not make me sick. It was due to the rain. Coming from London I can tell you it's not the rain, it's the large amount of mould in the room.
• Suruchi (9/5): Unassuming but worth it - The building is unassuming but the penthouse is well maintained and the hostess and caretaker made the stay warm. The place is central and the apartment has everything you need.
• Mumtaz (1/5): I’m tdcs 1 star building - I booked the property but when we arrived it was absolutely not luxury at all. The building was a dump. Damp, rubbish everywhere it was like the slums. The apartment looked ok- off fashioned but there was no way I would ever stay here. It should not be advertised as it is. The people who look after it were really lovely and understood immediately. It’s really Faldo advertising. The building is possibly 1 star.

Needs improvement in organizing kitchen a little better, one of the bathroom doesn't lock. Decor / Furniture could be little trendier.
• Shilla (10/5): Beautiful views of the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and even the Khas Mahal. - The location, decor and design of the property. Some of the bathrooms didn’t have body wash. Trash cans hadn’t been cleaned out. This encourages roaches and other insects in the apartment .
• Kimberly (10/5): Luxurious apartment with great location and very accommodating - Parul was very helpful and accommodating. She recommended a few places we could walk to for dinner and ended up trying molecule which was fantastic. The views are amazing and the location is perfect if you’re looking to visit the Taj Mahal. I definitely would recommend. As a foreigner, finding the apartment and getting past the gates and front desk would have initially been difficult if our driver had not helped. Parul was very responsive and helpful as well.

• Ruslena (5/5): Passable one niter stay - 2D1N trip to Agra to catch the sunrise in Taj Mahal. Checked-in at 3pm and departed early at 6.30am the following day. Staff was friendly. Outdoor verandah had a good view point of City. Taj Mahal was visible but at night you won’t see. Upon closer look cleanliness can be improved. Toilets, switches, closets and fridge need deep cleansing. Pretty sure the apartment will look good with the fresh look.
• Aastha (6/5): Excellent apartment, nosy host - Apartment is very big and nice, great view just like the pictures. Apartment is even better than the pictures. The host was very nosy, came inside the apartment after we settled in and kept opening all the bedroom doors. Was glad when she finally took the money and left - after about 15 mins! Also, there is a cctv in the living area, which gave a creepy feeling. There were no toiletries. When host was told, she sent one bottle of soap to be shared between 3 bathrooms! The toilet in one bathroom was broken.

• Bibi (10/5): Exceptional - Located in what looks like an uninteresting building itself, you find on the very top this stunning penthouse! I found it more beautiful than the photos portray, and nice you can see Taj in the distance. Maid can come and clean and even make breakfast in the morning. The owner of the place was super helpful and made us feel right at home, sent us recommendations of restaurants etc, so grateful for her guidance! Definitely worth the price if you come with a bigger group. Thanks for the warm stay ! :) Very small points but nothing worth mentioning!

• Florence (7/5): Good - The building is totally run down and seemed not even to be finished building. So the first impression was kind of scary. The apartment itself is on the (totally empty) 14th floor. It is quite vast and well maintained. All 3 bedrooms have big with ensuite bathrooms. The big balcony is definitely a plus with great view on the Taj Mahal. The kitchen has only a few plates, glasses and mugs (not enough to cook properly if one needs) and could definitely be cleaner (cupboards under the sink were really filfthy). Overall, a good price/quality place to stay in Agra !! We enjoyed our stay there.

The living room is perfect to share with friends or family. It had a huge terrace with views of the city. All services worked very well and the rooms were large and very comfortable. We were 6 friends and the truth is that we felt at home. Also, I want to make a special mention to the host, Maanu, who was attentive to our well-being and helped us organize our activities in the city. He is a great guy and he is always willing to help.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are good standard and cleaned daily. Good WiFi. Owner is lovely and responsive. The building itself is unfinished. Horns, fireworks, and other sounds from the streets and wedding places below can be heard all throughout the night.

There is a Taj Mahal view (but you need a tele lens and a day without fog). That paying with international credit card carried an 8% surcharge of which 5% was VAT, apparently not charged when you pay in cash.
