Las habitaciones son muy amplias, con cama muy cómoda, algunas con vista al mar, lo cual se agradece. El rooftop muy interesante, con piscina y con una amplia variedad de bebidas. El personal, de 10 en cualquier aérea. El restaurante muy bueno y tranquilo. El hotel no supone de parking propio pero tiene un convenio con un parking público situado muy cerca, imprescindible si tiene coche ya que es muy complicado aparcar en Santa Cruz. Recomendable 100%. • Brigitte (9/5): - Hervorragende Lage, gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Besonders schön ist die Dachterrasse mit einem schönen Blick auf den Hafen. Die Einrichtung ist jung und stylisch, die Zimmer geräumig und farblich sehr schön. Die Badsituation hat mir ganz besonders gefallen.

La cama muy cómoda, se descansa genial. La habitación con un tamaño estupendo. Preciosa decoración, excelente iluminación, baño muy cómodo. Destacar la ducha. El personal muy amable y la atención en recepción de 10, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La ubicación también es perfecta, muy bien situada. No usé la piscina, pero la vi y es espectacular, muy bonita y cuidada. En general, muy buena experiencia. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Terraza genial arriba con piscina Infinity y gimnasio 24 horas No tienen opciones vegetarianas y veganas en la terraza, y por poner una pega, el parking está cerca andando pero hay que dar una vuelta de 15 mins para llegar con el coche desde el hotel.

Great room, great location, lovely people in the reception - Room and location Breakfast was under stuffed - many things, too many things were empty whole the time and one person cannot maintain it - he really tried well, but it is too much for one person. Food and drinks were good, but you need 2nd person to keep it running when this much people. Maybe one person more to kitchen too.

Die komplette Digitalisierung ist für ältere Menschen schwierig zu handhaben.Wir brauchten definitv mehrmals Unterstützung seitens des Personals... • Sol (9/5): מיקום יוצא מן הכלל - המיקום פנטסטי ממש במרכז העיר. אנחנו היינו בזמן הקרנבל וזה היה מיקום מעולה! ארוחת בוקר עולה 18 יורו - לא זולה אבל טובה מאוד ועשירה מאוד. איש הקבלה במלון - קורנש היה נפלא! עזר לנו בכל דבר, בכל התלבטות ועצה, בתכניות הקרנבל וכו'. הוא תרם רבות לתחושה הטובה שלנו לגבי המלון. החדרים מרווחים ונעימים. בזמן הקרנבל מומלץ לקחת קומה גבוהה ככל הניתן.

Quarto eh confortavel, cama e roupa de cama, bons, no entanto, nao vieram limpar o quarto, mesmo com sinal correto fora da porta. Faltou shampoo no dispenser. Primeiro por que np bookins diz que o Hotel tem estacionamento, e nao tem, eles tem um acordo com estacionamento publico fora do Hotel e bem distante para carregar malas.. MUITO RUIM Isso! alem disso, atendimento nao fala bem ingles, ao telefone buscando ajuda com eles quanto ao estacionamento, a pessoa so repetia a mesma frase sem ouvir nosso problema.Um Melia nao pode ter atendimento nao biligue.
