• Frans (2/5): Een grote ramp. - smerige caravan. douche met 70cm hoge instap. wasbakje te klein om je te scheren. 2 gasflessen in het douche hok. etenswaren en en kookspullen in keuken. haren en vlekken op matras. 2 toegangs deuren die beide niet goed sluiten. Boven kastjes in slaapkamer volgepropt met bedden goed. ijzerdraad om toilet door te spoelen. Luxaflex die niet fatsoenlijk sluiten. Alles bij elkaar een aanfluiting voor 525,28 euro. hebben na 2 dagen de accomodatie verlaten. bungalow nummer 886 op New Vennepark België. zijn zeer teleurgesteld
• El Hadi (3/5): Le monsieur m’a demandé une caution de 50 euros, et apres mon départ il m’a rien remboursé. - Proximité de la plage Il exige un dépôt de 50 euros et le remboursement du dépôt prend au moins 10 jours. -Le lieu n’était pas propre à notre arrivé. -L’accès est difficile - il faisait froid, j’imagine que c’est inhabitable pendant l’hiver

• Cindy (5/5): Opknapbeurt nodig - Het tweepersoonsbed lag goed. Keukengerief aanwezig Genoeg verwarming en airco aanwezig Caravan was niet gepoetst bij aankomst. (Waarschijnlijk door de voorganger) Na dit te laten weten aan de eigenaar, hoefden wij niet meer te poetsen. De caravan kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken: sommige vensters kregen we niet open... wouden het wat verluchten want rook nogal muf

• Kathy (5/5): - • dicht bij het strand • rustig gelegen • oud en onverzorgd • alles gaat via whatsapp, maar onvriendelijk • kapotte meubilair/toestellen • zelf te poetsen, dat is oke maar duidelijk word dit niet gecontroleerd • ophaling sleutel kan ook beter, 1st helemaal naar daar lopen en terug, bij vertrek hetzelfde • onduidelijke kaart om de stacaravan te vinden • stapelbed heel onstabiel

• Delhaze (8/5): - Facile d accès. Espace dans le mobil home. Silencieux Les emplacements sont trop les uns sur les autres. Peu d éclairage et trop peu d indication ( numéro d allee etc)

• Carla (2/5): - Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis total in Ordnung, man darf eben keinen Luxus erwarten. Was gar nicht ging ist die Sauberkeit- es lagen Büschel Haare vom Vormieter auf den Betten, es gab dreckige Handtücher und die Bettwäsche sah aus, als wäre sie seit Jahren nicht gewaschen worden. Man hätte eventuell drüber hinweg sehen können, wenn der Besitzer uns entgegen gekommen wäre, aber der konnte uns nur „anbieten“, die nächste Buchung direkt über ihn zu machen. Wir würden nicht mehr hinfahren.
• Manon (2/5): - !! Les draps et le ménage ne sont pas compris !! C'est par messages après avoir validé la réservation que nous en avons été informés. Quand nous sommes arrivés sur place, le logement n'avait pas été nettoyé, tout était sale du sol à la douche à la vaisselle dans les armoires. Malgré avoir prévenu le gestionnaire du logement dès notre arrivée, sa seule réponse a été de répondre "je vais regarder à ça, merci de m'avoir prévenu". Après cela, plus de retour de sa part. Vu la situation, le minimum était de présenter ses excuses et de trouver une solution/un arrangement, mais rien de tel n'a été fait. Le radiateur électrique ne permettait de chauffer qu'une pièce à la fois et la température était difficilement réglable ( très chaud ou froid).

• Gabriella (2/5): - Er was een parkeerplaats vlakbij, het park ligt vlakbij de zee De caravan was niet proper, alles was zeer afgeleefd. We kregen de buitendeur niet zfgesloten van binnenuit. Poets moesten we zelf doen, was niet inbegrepen in de prijs. Geen probleem, maar de vorige huurders hadden waarschijnlijk met droig water gepoetst.

• Grégory (5/5): C'est un grand NON ! - La gentillesse du concierge, sans lui impossible de trouver le mobile home ! La machine à café. Logement peu entretenu, sale odeur de tabac, les fenêtres ferment très mal, carreau fendu, odeur d'égout, un petit chauffage électrique pour tout le monde, matelas chambre double très sale, plein de cheveux, de tâches et pas de protège matelas. Nous n'irons plus !
• Leendert (8/5): - Snelle hulp van de verhuurder bij vragen. WC-papier ontbrak. Dat hebben we achtergelaten voor volgende huurders :-) Er zaten nog etensresten aan de borden en het bestek. Na afwassen was het prima te gebruiken natuurlijk.

• Sokolova (10/5): - Wir blieben nur 24 Stunden in dieser Lodge. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, es war gemütlich, sauber und komfortabel. Es gibt alles zum Leben. Man kann abendliche Familientreffen vor dem Kamin mit einer Tasse Kaffee veranstalten. In der Nähe ist ein schöner Zugang zum Strand. Das Gelände ist groß und ruhig Empfehlenswert 👍

• Karina (8/5): - Sehr geräumiges Chalet und Ausblick ist sehr schön. Für uns 3 Personen mit Hund ausreichend. Nicht weit weg zum Strand wo auch Hunde an der Leine erlaubt sind, zu Fuß 15 min erreichbar.
• Jana (5/5): Passable - "Lovely location, charming town, and just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful promenade. "Unfortunately, the mobile home had poorly sealed windows and doors, so the wind blew through the accommodation during our entire stay. The sound insulation was very poor—if you go to the bathroom, the whole surrounding area knows about it. What was particularly unpleasant was the process of handing over and returning the keys to the accommodation—you have to park in front of the gate, find your accommodation (across the entire campsite), and then walk all the way back to retrieve your car. The same process applies when leaving. Additionally, we disliked the instructions we received—they were just a list of what not to do, with no recommendations on places to visit or things to see.
• Katherine (5/5): The price is relative to the place. - The location is good, close to Bruges. The price is relative to the place. I wasn't expecting anything luxurious, but it was basic. I don't recommend going in winter, it's very cold and humid and the heating doesn't work well. The beds aren't comfortable, you have to clean it yourself. I think it's old or the maintenance is very basic. I tried not to use almost anything.
