• Zaur (10/5): Clean and spacious place in the city center - The apartment is ideally located—within walking distance of most attractions and historical sites in the city center, while also just a 2–3 minute walk from a taxi stand. The host is excellent, responding to any questions within 5–10 minutes. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with elevator access available. Several convenience stores are located directly below the building. Be aware that the apartment is located in one of the busiest nightlife areas. It was fine for us, but some guests may be bothered by the noise, especially on weekend nights.
• Marta (9/5): - Красивые, чистые, уютные аппартаменты, где было все необходимое, в том числе для годовалого ребенка. Отличное расположение. В пару минутах ходьбы старый город, бульвар, набережная, минут 15 пешком до фаникулера. В общем все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Благодарим хозяев. Один минус . Так как рядом пешеходная улица, на этой улице несколько клубов, которые веселятся до 4-5 утра. Поэтому немного шумно.

• Ceren (9/5): Almost perfect - Location was perfect, walking distance to İçerişeher (Old Town of Bakü), Deniz Kenarı Milli Parkı, and many touristic attractions. The apartment was like in the movies with stylish details and high ceilings. Pretty hot inside during cold days. Certainly recommend due to high ratio of price/ performance. Little minuses just to mention: -Neither antenna channels nor internet was on TV; you need to bring USB flash drive if you want to watch something while resting. -Instable hot water -probably pumping wasn't enough; a few minutes very hot when you try to balance it becomes cold so you need to start again the water cycle, -Little ants emerging in kitchen when they see a small amount of food, -There is a night club next to the house, so nights can be noisy. They were actually not big problems when considering the advantages, we could handle them; just wanted to note down to take into consideration.
