• Kathryn (8/5): - Location excellent, outdoor space really good, comfy beds, good showers Struggled with door keys at times, really hard to open, called the office and they came to see, said someone would come and sort, no one did whilst we were there, was outside trying to get in 1 day for 10 minutes,hopefully sorted for next guests. Inside the villa could do with a bit of TLC, but was adequate
• KATHRYN (8/5): Great! - Location and facilities. Decent showers and plenty hot water. Slept really well. We encountered a few cockroaches on arrival which was a bit off putting but there was spray under the sink and once used didn’t have any more issues
• Emma (8/5): Great stay shame about lack of clean bedding and towels - Good location and fabulous outside space. Good size villa for family of 6 First villa I have been in with no cleaning service for a whole week. No clean towels or bedding
• Emma (5/5): - Location is great only a couple of minutes walk from the strip, shop very close by too . Nice big outside area . Loads of space for a family to stay When we arrived the cleaner had just finished but unfortunately the cleanliness compared to other places we have stay in Lanzarote is not up to standard. My partner was walking around in his socks and the dirt of them afterwards was terrible . Had to wipe the dining table as it was still very dirty, had to clean all glasses before using them . The villa could do with a deep clean and some up dating. Closed the curtains in the living area and the hole curtain pole fell down as it wasn’t screwed in . Shower hose leaking and can easily fall off.

• Susan (8/5): Nice villa great location comfortable stay - Great location with supermarket practically next door. Good amount of space and storage. Outdoor space spotless and plenty of seating . Pool and ping pong table too. Issue with cockroaches every night 2-3 of them in kitchen dining room area despite bins being emptied and food kept out the way
• Patricia (8/5): Great family holiday - Great Villa in a great location, and very secure. Plenty of space, indoor and outdoor. Comfortable beds and lots of storage in the bedrooms. Good pool, pool table, and table tennis that we used most days. Furniture and the kitchen are both a little dated, but functional. Little disappointed that the villa wasn't serviced during our 13 night stay, just clean towels and bedding provided.

• Hana (8/5): House could have some improvements but all in all good value for money - Location, house is spacious, pool, billiard and ping pong table, quiet and safe area, all necessary equipment is available House is a bit cold in February, furniture is old, mattress in parents bedroom is not good
• Teresa (7/5): Good - The outside space It was very old fashioned and could do with updating, there are no locks on the bathroom doors so be warned if you are travelling in a group. Also the beds in the upstairs room are very small, like camping beds which are not good for adults
• John (10/5): Louise was fantastic .. so nice in our dealings with her. We loved our stay in the villa.. it suited all our needs - We loved the pool and the space around it.. Loosing the sun at 4pm.. nothing anybody can do about that…
• Amy (9/5): Great stay just off the central strip, would definitely return - Loved the location, three bedrooms, outdoor space, wardrobe storage and the wider facilities. We had an issue with hot water during our stay - some days we only had hot water for the first of five showers. Some elements of the villa felt quite dated and it was very plain. Hence 9/10. Other that that, all good and we would return.
• Siobhan (8/5): Very good - Location, just a short walk from the strip. Lovely villa, all rooms are spacious. Has everything you need, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. The shower head wall mount upstairs was broken, making it difficult to wash long hair, so we all ended up using the downstairs shower. Additionally just a suggestion you're asked to empty the bins daily, and it would be helpful if you could provide bin liners.
• Louisa (10/5): Wonderful family holiday, perfect location and everything you need in the property for your stay. - Spacious and well located within walking distance of the main strip, but far enough away to be quiet at night. Maintenance people showing up unannounced. A couple of cockroaches made an appearance which wasn’t pleasant. It’s not a smart tv as advertised and the sky box didn’t work, so only Spanish and American channels but it didn’t affect our stay, as not there to watch tv!
• Vicky (9/5): Superb - Location was great only a 5 minute walk to the main front with all the bars and restaurants, Spar supermarket a very short distance away. Quiet location even though it's on a main-ish road. Great facilities in the villa and lots of space. Very secure and clean. very very minor and didn't spoil our stay, just a suggestion, but an L shape sofa would make better use of the space where the sofas are. There wasn't quite enough room for 5 of us on the sofas.
• Deborah (10/5): We had a great stay. The Villa was well equipped. It was lovely having a pool and a bbq area. - Location was amazing only a short walk from the main strip. We arrived early and were able to drop our cases off as the previous occupiers had left and the cleaners were in. We felt very safe and the area was very quiet. Nothing not to like.
• Nichola (10/5): R and R. - Everything could not find any faults. The pool could have been a bit warmer for me as it was advertised as heated.,but everyone else loved it..
