That’s saying something! The best part was how close it is to the Taj Mahal. I walked there both mornings without having to worry about traffic or transport. That alone added so much value to the experience. The hotel staff was attentive and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. I even extended my stay by a day because it was so comfortable. For the price, Goyal Hoteliers offers incredible value. Clean rooms, prime location, and warm service—it’s the ideal combo for travelers heading to Agra.

The air con didn't work, the room was in poor condition, and the beds were hard. The bath/shower room was still wet and smelled like it was just used. No hot water, no towels. Room was not ready!

• Luke (5/5): Great Location. Average Hotel - The location was excellent. Just across from the hotel is the shuttle bus that leads right to the Taj Mahal in minutes. They charged a 20% early fee and then a 10% credit card fee on top of the booking price. They then attempted to downgrade our room (which was problematic as the room they gave us had a window to the shower. I was travelling with my friend) to a one bed rather than the two bed I had paid for. They did correct this when I argued the point however. Be cautious of the water that they serve there as we felt unwell after it. When I ordered room service they forgot, and when I reminded them they forgot again. The next time I asked the kitchen was closed, and it turned out they did not sell ice cream anyway.

It was a bit hot but main problem was I only had hot water one night out of 2 days. Itsa bit run down. They havexa restaurant but not that appealing and ate elsewhere.
