• LAURENCE (9/5): Emplacement parfait ! - Très bon emplacement ,proche du Ponte Vecchio ,qui permet de tout visiter à pieds Appartement lumineux et propre Salle de bain fonctionnellle Le lit double est en fait 2 lits collés qui laissent rapidement un espace entre les deux Attention beaucoup de bruit en soirée,surtout le week-end mais avec les fenêtres fermées c’est acceptable
• Christina (7/5): Historisches Ambiente - Das Appartment ist zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment blickt man auf einen schönen kleinen Platz hinunter. Statt Betten gibt es ein Gestell mit Matrazenauflage. Die Matrazen werden nicht gehalten und verrutschen daher. Ich finde das sehr unbequem. Es gibt nicht ausreichend warmes Wasser zum Duschen.

• Stephen (9/5): Delightful location and great place to escape to - Excellent location near the Pitti Palace and close to the Trinita' bridge over the Arno. Excellent cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Views over a small piazza. Checking-in was long-winded: text / phone call / keysafe box, but it did work!
• Richard (9/5): Great value,comfortable apartment in a fantastic part of Florence. - Great location in a less touristed part of Florence. Although not “luxurious” this is a relatively spacious and very comfortable apartment. We stayed 5 nights and would have happily stayed longer, it was great value for the money we paid.There are some great local bars and restaurants nearby and it is a short walk to the major tourist attractions on the other side of the river. No human contact with the check in. We had to make a costly international call to have someone remotely open the front door . Would have appreciated a Whats App option for this contact. Was an effort to get our bags up the 2 floors of narrow stairs but a lot easier on the way down. The key to our apartment door required a deft touch ,but that is part of the charmof old Italian buildings.

Las escaleras, pueden ser peligrosas para subir y bajar maletas. Deberían suplementar más los utensilios de cocina, mugs, cubiertos y cosas principales.

• Arthur (10/5): - Fantastic apartment in a square with gellateria, cafe, bar, restaurants. Lots of atmosphere. Area feels very safe. 5mins walk to Ponte Vechhio.
• Sabine (8/5): All in all a very pleasant stay! - The location was really good, central and with lots of restaurants and cafes around. The check in and check out was easy and convenient. It gets a bit noisy at night, since there are bars and restaurants around, but that was to be expected. The beds were not super comfortable and the water pressure of the shower was very low. All in all good enough for a couple of nights stay though.

Will definitely book this property again if we ever go back to Florence. - Excellent location. 15min walk from the main Firenze Central Station, 5min walk to the Ponte Vecchio, and 15min walk to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (where everything you need to see in downtown Florence is here)!! All good!
• Alec (9/5): the home was in a great location, comfortable, and a lovely stay! - we had a great night at the apartment. the plaza can be noisy, but it didn’t bother us. it’s in a great location! the wifi was quite slow, but an operator came to look at it and it got a little better. it was a great stay!

• Mirela (10/5): A little gem near Ponte Vecchio - Amazing place close to Ponte Vecchio, in a very picturesque square, close to Pitti Palace, lots of restaurants and a big supermarket, where we found all kids of Italian meats, cheese and olives. The check in and access was very easy, the communication with the staff prompt, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had everyone we needed for 5 night stay. Check out very straightforward. We highly recommend it. The only things they could improve are the WiFi, which is very slow. And some unpleasant smell from the drains, which we understand it is common in Florence.

• Супруненко (9/5): Great - House was located in the city center and near the attractions. It was clean. And there is a caffe near the building its convenient. The building had central heating and they didn't opened it in mornings/some days İt was cold but it's bearable.
• Bronwyn (7/5): The stafff were excellent when dealing with heating issues and we very much appreciated this. - Great location Very slow wifi, despite double glazing, it was noisy. The sofa bed was uncomfortable- perhaps provide another additional mattress or a new sofa bed. It would be nice to have the option of extra blankets being available.
• Robyn (8/5): Great location, great apartment. Everything is at your doorstep more or less. - The location was excellent. Only 3 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio and yummy restaurants all around. We had a lot of trouble with getting the heating to work. The owner was very responsive when we asked about it so we appreciated the communication.

• Brinda (8/5): Home at the heart of Firenze - A perfect location in Florence at the heart of town. We walked almost everywhere and enjoyed the city to the fullest. The room on 2nd floor is accessed by a narrow and steep stairway. We had two big suitcases and carrying those up was a workout

• Amelia (8/5): Nice to have a full apartment to use all the amentities {versus a hotel room} - A great location between the two main bridges of Florence into the Santo Spirito neighborhood. The unit was a good size. Kitchen convenient and useful, especially the washing machine. Having four chairs at the kitchen table was helpful. The bathroom and shower were decent sizes. There was a small bedroom in the bathroom as well. The bed was firm, bedding comfortable and felt very good {I hate when you can tell a mattress is old, used too much and is too soft/needing replacing.} Nice to have closets and hangers to dry the clothes we washed. Also nice to have air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom. It was interesting to look out over the piazza and watch the people for a few minutes now and than. The couch cover looked dirty and so we did not sit on it. It must be cleaned more frequently {it is washable}. The walls could use fresh paint throughout. Being right above a popular piazza, the AC was useful as it also helped to cover the noise late into the night.

• Mcfarlane (9/5): Superb - Close to supermarket, restaurants, Gelato shop, bars. Taxi stand just round corner. On a vibrant and lively piazza, but no problem with night time noise. On the quiet side of Ponte Vecchio, easy walk to lots of great attractions. Really good Sichuan restaurant nearby. Communication issue when trying to get access instructions. Got there eventually with the help of our previous hotel.
• Angela (8/5): Very good - The location was fabulous, close to everything but tucked away in a piazza with local restaurants. The bed was a fold put with two single mattresses, not great
• Terry (8/5): Very good - Apartment was central to the Ponte Vecchio Bridge and Pitti Palace. It has aircon which was amazing as it was very hot whilst we were there. Very busy courtyard done below with restaurants, gelateria, bars etc but with the windows closed you don't hear anything. The sleeper couch was not the most comfortable. And the steps are incredibly steep and quite narrow to get to the apartment. (2 flights) so if you are older or have physical difficulties i would not recommend this apartment, particularly if you have heavy suitcases.
• Durrance (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, good restaurants and Gelato were near. Great shopping in area. Disappointed that one bed was an uncomfortable double cot. Air conditioner in living area only operated the 1st day, so 2 days without a/c. We were not told that the rooms were up 2 VERY steep flights of stairs.
• Vasili (8/5): Very good - The apartment was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. At night we used the air conditioner that worked very well, even a bit noisy. The bathroom was new and clean. The apartment is located on a very lively street, very close to the city center. It was difficult to pick up the keys - when we came to the place we had to call the number (via mobile network, not whatsapp, etc) and listen to the instructions on what to do next. Firstly, fortunately we've already bought roaming and were able to call, however if you did not, it would be impossible. Secondly, then you should pass two robot questions and only then you will be instructed what to do. As the street was very busy it was not very comfortable. When we came to the apartments there was a printed note from a clean lady (actually we think clean agency) about leaving tips if we liked the clearness of the apartments. So, we've just arrived and in general expected good cleanliness. Also we (and previous tenants) paid not a little money for the cleaning. As the apartment is located on a busy street it could be very noisy with the open window  in the evening and even at night. However, you could feel the real Italy.
• Sandra (5/5): Wonderful location, basic facilities - We loved the location, right in the heart of a very beautiful part of Florence. It is located on a square with different options for dinner and drinks. The apartment was very clean and the arrangement of entering the building was very well managed. The price is high per night if you consider the very basic facilities. It is also important to note that on most evenings it is very noisy because of the proximity to the square mentioned above.

• Sarah (9/5): Wonderful apartment in our favorite neighborhood in Florence! - Our 9 night stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic. We love this part of Florence, and the small but lively Piazza della Passera is a real gem (and yes, like most of Florence, loud at times). Communication was excellent and the apartment itself was very comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

• Margrete (10/5): Amazing location, cozy, comfortable and clean a past y - Amazing location in cozy Piazza with restaurants, shops and all the Florence sights within walking distance. I personally love this side of the Arno River, as it’s full with locals and some tourists. The apartment is cozy, clean with a large bedroom, nice bed and plenty of storage. What really makes this place special are the staff at Mamo Property Management. They are super responsive, very kind and understanding with the objective of being service oriented- which they are! I will definitely be back and book this apartment!
• Sienna (9/5): clean, comfortable and central! - the apartment had everything we needed during our 3 night stay! the kitchen was well stocked with lots of utensils, coffee and tea. the location is super central and very close to lots of different attractions. the apartment was very clean and very comfortable. staff were very friendly and attentive and made sure we were enjoying our stay. would definitely stay here again!! only minor things - it can get a little noisy downstairs on street on the weekend but that’s to be expected. there was a bit of a strange smell in the bathroom but that went away once aired out so it wasn’t a problem
