• stuart hirst (9/5): - Decent location in the centre of the city. Decent gym and swimming pool for use. The apartment has a small kitchen with a microwave and stove. Good veiw of the city. Area quite safe and no issues. Bed was quite hard. No English instructions about the room There are four taps in the shower, one of them on the right turns off all the water in the apartment, which I was unaware of and turned off as it was off when I arrived. Had to contact management, but English instructions about the apartment would be nice.

O host Sr. Bosco foi muito atencioso e gentil e sempre pronto a atender pelo WhatsApp. A vizinhança é meio estranha a noite na rua mas não tive problema algum.

• Jose (10/5): Em uma próxima viagem, consideraríamos muito nos hospedar nesse studio novamente. - Studio excelente. Prédio seguro. O studio é bem decorado, arejado, limpo, com móveis e utensilios novos. Cama confortável. Superou nossas expectativas.

O check in ágil com os funcionários da portaria, e o anfitrião responde rapidamente. Fiz o checkout e já reservei para o próximo mês. Enquanto mantiver a qualidade, será meu novo ponto fixo em São Paulo.

• Cláudio (8/5): Vale a pena , principalmente para o público LGBT - Studio Excelente e tecnológico , anfitrião responde sempre e é muito prestativo . Estrutura do apartamento e do prédio muito boa e tudo muito limpo e arrumado !! Achei muito burocrático para entrar/cadastrar e NÃO PODE RECEBER VISITAS . Achei mais rigoroso que muito hotel, então quem busca praticidade lá NAO é o lugar O Uber informou que região é muito perigosa para roubo de celulares , então tem sempre que ter atenção .

• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The host gave the best hospitality possible! He went above and beyond what normal hosts give in terms of attention, helpfulness and genuine friendliness. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to book again one day :) The area is fine you just need to be careful.
• Mohamed (9/5): Great place, very recommended - Everything was brand new, very clean, modern, organized Studio, very new building and elegant. The location is good and central. It has Alexa, but Alexa speaks Portuguese 🤠, which I had to learn how to speak to Alexa in Portuguese in my stay there. Good internet, swimming pool, small Gym and laundry in the building, nice view to the city. I have enjoyed my stay there and definitely I do recommend it. The 1 point less out of 10 is because of the construction noise, that it happened a few times. But for sure, it is just exceptional. I am still very happy with my stay, and I would like to come back to stay in this studio, if I will visit Sao Paulo again.
