• Michael (9/5): Modern apartment in a fabulous location between the sea and the old town - The apartment is located almost next door to the Mediterranean Hotel which is where we collected the keys. The staff were very helpful both on the day and during our stay, answering any questions and booking cabs. We were escorted to our apartment by the hotel receptionist. The apartment is very modern and of a good size. It is located on a quietish road overlooking the beach and the sea. The old town is immediately behind the apartment so the location could not be any better. The bedroom is a very good size and it has a spacious bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Whilst the kitchen has good hob, microwave and washing machine there is next to no counter space for food preparation. We dined out most of the time so it did not really effect us too much. It would have been problematic if were cooking meals every day. There are no written instructions for guests about how anything works in the apartment. Nor are then any brochures/suggestions of places to go or good local restaurants. Such information would have been useful

• Marjo (9/5): Kahden viikon talviloma - Huoneisto oli kaikin puolin hyvä. Asunto on neljännessä kerroksessa ja maisemat olivat upeat, suoraan merelle. Erinomainen sijainti. Rauhallinen. Avainten nouto onnistui hyvin viereisen hotellin vastaanotosta. Asunnossa oli puutteita, jotka olisivat helposti korjattavissa. Suihkussa ei ollut hyllyä pesuaineille. Peiliä ei ollut, piti käydä hississä katsomassa yleiskuva. Asunnossa oli vain valtavan isoja lautasia, kävimme ostamassa muutaman pienemmän ja murokupit. Saksia ei ollut. Eikä sängyssä pussilakanoita. Muovinen leikkuulauta puuttui samoin terävä veitsi ja siivousaineita. Ainakin muovin kierrätysastia pitäisi olla.

• Patrick (10/5): Aanrader voor verblijf Estepona. - De locatie en de inrichting. We verbleven op vierde verdieping, waardoor we ook weinig straatgeluid binnen kregen. Wasmachine ook handig. Wakker worden met zicht op zonsopgang en palmbomen vanuit je bed is altijd zalig. Dat de ruiten niet gepoetst waren en quasi ondoorzichtiger waren hierdoor. Er was helaas ook geen poetsgerief voor de ruiten aanwezig. Wel om te dweilen en voor de afwas, maar niets voor de ruiten dus.

• TANJA (9/5): Mooi appartement, prachtige ligging - Het zeezicht en het comfort in het appartement Midden in de nacht werden de glascontainers en de vuilbakken geledigd aan de overkant van de straat.. elke nacht wakker tussen 1u30 en 2u

• Uwe (8/5): - Die Lage direkt am Strand und direkt an der Stadt. Estepona ist eine sehr reizvolle Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das für das Apartment zuständige Personal im Hotel war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vor der Apartmentanlage stehen große Mülltonnen die von der Gastronomie und den Anwohnern ständig genutzt werden. Die Mülltonnen werden sehr regelmäßig entsorgt. Insgesamt entsteht hierduch regelmäßig starker Lärm. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern geht die Lärmbelästigung allerdings.
• Kristian Hedelin (10/5): Fin lägenhet med superläge direkt vid stranden och fantastisk havsutsikt - Läget är oslagbart, direkt vid stranden och strandpromenaden. Dessutom den fantastiska havsutsikten från alla rum och öppningsbara glasdörrar ut mot balkongen . Nära till restauranger, några rakt under på gatan. Det fanns bara ett vinglas och inga skärknivar. Men receptionen där nyckeln hämtades fixade det. Annars allt toppen.
• Roisin (9/5): Estepona stay - Friendly accomodating staff.Prime location close to beach and restaurants. Everything was effortless and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Only one small detail it would be nice if apartment was cleaned during our stay.
• Katja (8/5): Hieno huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla, ekan päivän säätö laski fiilistä. - Sijainti rannalla oli loistava, parveke oli iso ja sopivasti varjoisa iltapäivällä. Jouduimme väliaikaismakoitukseen ensimmäiseksi yöksi, koska edellinen ei ollut palauttanut avainta eikä sitä oltu huomattu ennen kun saavuimme. Respan mukaan heillä oli huoneistoon vain yksi avain. Lisäksi wc-pönttö oli huonosti kiinni seinässä ja rappaukset tippuivat kun siinä istui.

• Ronan (10/5): WOW! If this apartment was for sale I’d makean offer - Exceptional location overlooking the beach with the old town a minutes walk away. Nothing whatsoever to dislike about the property.
• Adelaide (8/5): Very nice place and very friendly reception desk. - The view was wonderful and the intérieur design nice. Very central place! À dishwasher would have been nice.
• Ana-maria (10/5): Exceptional experience - Modern facilities and perfect location next to the beach and the promenade, and close to supermarket and everything important in Estepona. Great facilities inside the apartment and underground parking available for a great price (10 EUR). The staff is very nice, available 24 hrs - they changed the broken TV in our room the next day after our arrival, although we mentioned we don't need it. We visited in January and they have great heating system and cozy warm duvets. The beds are rather short, for us it wasn't a problem, but for a tall person could be an issue.
