• Karl (10/5): A wonderful property with a beautiful view of Wembley Stadium - For anybody that needs a pet friendly place to stay in London, and love football to, this is the place to go, a lovely location and the view of the national football stadium Wembley from the balcony enjoining a cup of tea was lovely and a beautiful site to see, the communal garden was also a welcome addition. Enjoyed our stay as it was near to all amenities, shops etc at Wembley Park also if you love your football, it’s great to walk around the football concourse area and take in the views of London, we loved it ❤️ Loved everything however this is out of the owners hands only one lift working on arrival and the next day both were out of action, this did not detract from our wonderful stay

LA cocina está bien equipada El apartamento aunque estaba ordenado tenía bastante suciedad, sofá, alfombras se veían sucias . Intentamos pasar un aspirador pero el aspirador en sí estaba aún más sucio. La ropa de cama y toallas además de ser escasa estaba húmeda. con lo cual tuvimos que ponerla a secar y aún así fue muy incómodo. La cama era muy blanda e incómoda. Las ventanas estaban cerradas con llave y hacía bastante calor.
• Paul (10/5): Perfect stay and no issues at all, very happy 😁 - The location was perfect, it was clean and it had everything u need for a stay. Communication between owner and staff was so easy. I travelled with my daughter she had the bed I had the sofa, it was really comfortable no issues what so ever There was nothing to dislike about the property, will be recommending to friends and family
• Orla (4/5): Overall very disappointing stay. Not worth the money that they are charging for this place. The only redeeming feature o - The location was the only great thing about this property. Would not recommend unless you have an event on in Wembley. We experienced a lot of issues with this property. Cleanliness being one of the main issues - bedroom carpet was covered in hairs and stains. Bedding was clean but tattered looking. Found an old wrapper under the covers at the end of the bed. Property advertises a double bed and a “pull out” sofa bed- it is in fact just a normal couch that the guest is expected to sleep on. Oven was extremely dirty, had a lot of crumbs and old stains so we did not use it. So much grease and other debris in the oven. No fire extinguisher at this property either. Property claims to have wifi but it did not work for any of us. We contacted the property owner about the issue and nothing was done to resolve it so we had to resort to using our roaming in a place with little to no phone signal. Shower is very awkward to use, it is a bathtub style shower. Bathroom floor gets very wet and slippery after a shower which is a safety hazard. Facilities are not up to standard, extremely basic. No toaster at this property, lacking other essential items. Washing machine did not work for any of us so we could not clean our clothes. This place has a lot of potential it just needs more attention to detail and a few more additional upgrades.
• Sue (8/5): Perfect location - Proximity to Wembley Stadium. Property was clean, but disappointed to find marks on bedding, in spite of the fact it was freshly washed. Sofa also has marks on it. Toilet roll holder and toilet seat need fixing. Getting into the flat took a bit of time, locks needs looking at. In all needs a bit of time and attention spent on it. But again, it was clean. Ideal for an overnight/couple of days stay but wouldn’t want to stay for a long period of time

• Owen (10/5): Excellent, convinient location, accommodating host. - Excellent location, a stone throw away from Wembley stadium. The flat is tidy and convenient, the balcony makes the stay more enjoyable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, they reply to any queries quickly. The ease of contacting staff, the flexibility of the host, along with the smooth handover of keys was what made the stay different to other accommodation. NA
• Kelly-Marie (4/5): Should of been better than a hotel room - Location is fabulous for Wembley events Property is tired and lacking essentials. Face to face handing over of keys a bit of an inconvenience as have to set time and doesn’t allow for flexibility on arrival day. Hob has been broken since end of 2024 looking back at reviews, I was told by owner it’s awaiting repair when I reported it. No pots, pans, tin opener, corkscrew, kitchen knives/scissors etc. Basics such as a few teabags or salt and pepper like most rentals not provided. Bedroom doesn’t have bedside lamps, carpet dirty and bed lumpy and uncomfortable. Lounge furniture very uncomfortable and no batteries in remote for tv so didn’t work until I bought some! Cleaning is poor. Bathroom stinks of stale urine, dust behind sofa and oven filthy. Towels have a damp smell to them and General unpleasant smell throughout. This place could be great with some upgrades that wouldn’t cost a lot and improve this rental massively.
• Anonymous (8/5): Great location and facilities but could do with a bit of extra comfort in the sleeping arrangements - Perfect location for a gig at Wembley. 10 minutes from seat to front door. Nice to have an apartment to make breakfast and chill before and after a gig. The sofa bed is just the sofa so not really as advertised. My daughter didn't really get any sleep as its quite hard. The mattress on the bed also slopes on the right hand side so wasn't overly comfortable.
• Philip (10/5): Perfect Flat Next To Wembley Stadium - Perfect Location right next to Wembley Stadium. Luxurious rooms and good facilities. Enjoyed my stay and will recommend to family and friends. Thankyou. There were facilities to make hot drinks but no actual tea and coffee.
• Christopher (4/5): Over priced and basic dirty apartment. - Good location, the only good thing about the apartment A dirty apartment, sofa dirty, floor under the sofa disgusting. Cooking hob cracked- looked dangerous to use. TV didn’t work- plus no batteries in the remote, wi-fi code was incorrect. Contacted the host who gave use a code which didn’t work either. Finally got it working through trial and error. No tea, coffee on arrival. Towels too small in bathroom. No shampoo, just made in China handwashing liquid. Bedding looked like it had been slept in. Table cheap and nasty and chairs in living room unsafe to sit on. Sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on, covered in stains. Picked up the key at Wembley stadium and the person we met wanted 10 pounds from us because she had to wait for us. The host said the ‚lady’ with the keys would wait an hour for us. Very basic in all aspects, the host charged us 20 pounds to check out at 12 and not 10am.

We didn’t have another guest until today, so the cleaner reached the flat just today after you left and told me that you left the flat unlocked, the light on and the water running. I will have to inform booking about this because this will increase my bills. I am sure you are not so careless with your own flat, so please next time care about others as well. Thank you. My response: Hi, Your message is both unprofessional and unacceptable. You failed to inspect your property in a timely manner, waiting an entire week before raising any alleged issues — this alone undermines any claim you are trying to make. I categorically deny leaving any tap running; had that been the case, significant water damage would have been obvious and immediate, which you have not reported. As for a light being left on, that is a minimal issue and would not justify attempting to shift blame onto a guest, especially when you provided no clear check-out instructions. As the landlord, the responsibility for managing the property lies with you, not with your guests. Any increased costs you claim are a direct result of your own negligence in property management, not my actions. I will not accept being held accountable for your failure to properly supervise your property, and I advise you to review your practices before contacting former guests with baseless accusations in the future. Final notice: any further attempts to harass or make unfounded claims will be formally reported.
• Cameron (9/5): Superb - Brilliant stay a stones throw from Wembley stadium. Everything was brilliant only thing that could be improved is adding a few more pans and utensils to cook with.
• Stephanie (5/5): Nice location but property needs attention. - Very close to Wembley stadium where we needed to be. In walking distance to stadium and shops. Nice view from balcony. Nice layout within the flat, microwave, kettle, cups and plates to use. No person onside to fix any problems that occurred. Lights blown in bathroom and no replacement bulbs to use. No window and pitch black in bathroom. People smoking cannabis on balcony below. Neighbour blasting music until 6am. Apartment could be cleaner. Bunch of gathered hair on bedroom floor. Cooker needs cleaning, hob top broken/cracked right through, debris at side of sofa. Spare bedding needs to be washed.

• Fadillah (1/5): Sad. I will not come back .. - It was a perfect location to be nearby the wembley stadium.. but that was seriously the only good thing about it.. The moment we checked in at the 8th floor. There was a nasty smell in the hallway I couldn’t handle it. They had a carpet floor in the bedroom full of stains. Also the bed they made up, it had a brown stain on it.. de extra bedsheets, blanket en pillows had a weird smell. (I don’t have pictures of it unfortunately) The next day we used the bathroom it smelled like sour urine. The smell came out of the bath tub & toilet.. the towels had also a weird smell. I thought the apartment wasn’t very clean!!! We didn’t use the stove but it looked damaged. (We took a picture just in case they think we damaged it) We ate at the table. The chairs were not stable I was scared that it broke if i wanted to sit comfortably You can hear everyone in the hallway outside the appartement. So it’s noisy. I won’t recommend it if you are alone and scared of sounds bc it sounded like if they were in the appartment.
• Anastasija (9/5): Superb - It's a great place, in an amazing location. It's right next to the stadium and just 5 minutes from the OVO Arena. We came for an event at the OVO Arena and we were amazed at how close it is. Everything clean, cosy. View from balcony- amazing! Great for a short stay.

• Luke (2/5): Great location but poor quality and not well maintained. - The property is well located next to the stadium which is fantastic for the short walk to our event and for the local amenities within Wembely Park. On arrival we reported the sofa bed as being broken and unusable meaning that one of our guests had to sleep on the floor owner response was one word “Ok”. The bed was extremely uncomfortable all furniture was cheap and uncomfortable eg bed and sofa. Bedding wasn’t fresh and smelt like the bed had already been slept in, the toilet smelt strongly of urine, carpet was stained and the overall cleanliness lacked attention. It feels like someone lives there and has just moved out for the night. Not good value for money.

The owner blame us and try charge extra costs for broken sofa, with was not our fault. But the worst it was a rude and discriminate comments about the weight one of us. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

The lads met us with the keys off the train and were in constant contact with us to make sure we found the flat! The flat had lovely towels, kitchen facilities and all the beds were made up and comfortable! Nothing the flat was great!

Too hot. Couldn’t control temp on thermostat. Heating came on in the morning when it was already too hot! No ventilation/fan in bathroom. Kitchen utensils/pots and pans were very basic. No normal TV to watch.
