Quand nous sommes arrivés, des panneaux "Les locations Booking, Airbnb etc. sont strictement interdites" sont PARTOUT dans le hall du bâtiment. Donc comme nous avons trouvé le logement sur Booking de manière tres facile, nous étions très paniqués en arrivant.... Aucun message ni réponses à notre email avant notre jour de check in... Dans l'annonce, il y a écrit que la personne à l'accueil nous aidera : FAUX ! Par chance, nous avons envoyé un message sur Whatsapp et une etudiante est arrivée pour "notre check in". Un check in pas du tout professionel qui nous fait demander si nous n'allons pas nous faire voler dans la nuit. Un reglement en cash est obligatoire.. nous comprenons donc pourquoi. La vue n'est pas comme sur les photos du tout. Produits hygeniques premiers prix achetés dans le premier magasin en bas. 1 seul carte est Remise donc embetant pour 2 personnes ! BREF Appartement qui ne devrait tout simplement pas etre en location courte !!! Lisez ce commentaire et n'y allez pas !!!

- Philippe (2/5): ❌ SHOCKING EXPERIENCE – FAMILIES BEWARE ❌ - I’m a frequent traveler with over 40 hotel nights per year around the world, and I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism and care – especially when traveling with young children. We had booked Lumière Riverside in Ho Chi Minh City well in advance. We arrived at 1:00 a.m., exhausted after a long international journey, with our 4- and 7-year-old children asleep in our arms… only to be told that our room was no longer available. No message, no warning, no solution. They casually redirected us to a low-end, poorly maintained guesthouse, and even had the nerve to ask for a cash deposit. Without the help of our Vietnamese friend, we would’ve been left stranded in the middle of the night with two small kids. This is not acceptable. Families deserve safety, respect, and reliability – especially when traveling with children. This hotel has shown a total lack of responsibility and should be delisted from all major booking platforms. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. 🚫 Think twice before trusting this place – especially with kids. 🚫
