Location is really good, 5 minute to nearest metro station, it tooks about 15 minutes to the centre.
15 minutes walk to the beach with nice beach and promenade.
It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to reach Malaga airport.Appartmen Apartment is on the ground floor, you can see passers-by through the windows.

- Sead-Aldin (8/5): Great place if you like to cook and don’t plan to spend too much time inside. - Very nice clean modern apartment, for an ok price given high level of prices in Malaga. Good location. The biggest downside - which I did not see in the description - is that it is on the GROUND FLOOR with windows to the street :(. It’s a real pitty, because otherwise the plave is almost perfect :)

- Timo (8/5): Malaga Reise - Klimatisiertes Appartement. Nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Bett war sehr bequem. Ausstattung für 2 - 3 Personen ausreichend, aber zu dritt wird es eng. Strand etwa 10-15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Busanbindung sehr gut. Der Hauswirtschaft-Schrank roch etwas stark nach irgendwas chemischem. Sonst eigentlich nix zu bemängeln

You can walk to the center of Malaga at a leisurely pace. A grocery store, the sea and the promenade, restaurants and cafes are very close. It is possible to find a place for car parking.
- Ana (9/5): Renovated appartment but difficult to get the key - Nice new renovated apartment but the area was a little bit far to the city center.
The only disadvantage is that you have to go and pick up the key from a location in the city and if the flight is very late we received very late the details for the key box which was located at the agency not at the apartment. Key also must be returned there and took me several calls to explain that the flight is early and we will let in the apartment.
Please read also carefully the information as there is a contract which needs to be signed with the condition to return the key.
There is the possibility to have someone delivering the key but the cost is too high from my point of view.
If you add all the extra time and costs for the transportation you can find a better located place The key handling and contract which they sent it after the money were transferred.I didn’t signed anything however I confirmed the conditions and I insisted to have the confirmation to let the key in the apartment

- Alexander (1/5): My worst experience on Booking ever!! - The beach is 15min away by foot. - The check-in is 10min by taxi away from the apparent
- The bed sheets had dried blood and hair!!!!
- The hotel only changed them after 2 days!!
- We didn’t not receive bed sheets for the sleeping couch and the host wanted extra money from us until Booking helped out.
- The hotel personal entered the apartment without asking and without permission! All my things were just kicked away as they were just interested in doing everything as fast as possible. This is so respect-less and furthermore it is illegal to enter the apartment without permission, but they just didn’t care.
- They declined any kind of compensation.

The reception team is outstanding, girls were super helpful. Very smooth check-in and check-out process. There were cockroaches in my apartment but the team deals with the problem accordingly once they’re notified.

Elenas hospitality , there was coffee and tea available and the most important the apartment was confortable and very clean.

- Suvi (9/5): Clean and modern apartment in a nice area close to the subway - Very fresh, clean and modern apartment. Well equipped kitchen and 2 AC units to keep you cool at night.
Plenty of restaurants and cafeterias around, and the subway station is close if you want to get to the city center. We enjoyed this area a lot as well, cheaper restaurants and better service, plus the magnificent beach just 10 mins walk from the apartment.
Heavy lock on the door plus bars on the windows - felt safe to sleep there and leave valuables there while we were gone.
Also friendly customer service, Adriana was welcoming when we picked up the keys and gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations. We also got fresh towels and more toilet paper after a few days’ stay which was a nice surprise as we knew this is not a hotel but an apartment. The ground floor, you hear everything from the street (luckily it’s not a busy street).
We also found one cockroach every day from a different part of the apartment, but it’s a normal issue in this area. Seemed like there has been some poisoning done, as most of them we found already dead. Not a huge issue and we were fine with this, but it’s perhaps good to know.
- Leanne (5/5): Average - Not easy to collect nor was effective instructions provided. Given you have to drive into the centre of Malaga to collect keys to then double back on yourself was not explained at booking. Resulting in a 50 euro taxi Communication was terrible. The noise around apartment was loud.

The kitchen was well equipped.
Shops (supermarket, bakery, banks etc.) for all daily purchases are in close proximity. Only a few meters away.
Public transportation with multiple lines in direction to downtown and the airport is literally around the corner. Level of noise from the street.
One window was covered with a trash bag taped with suitcase tags to it to avoid that light from the street is shining into the apartment. Clearly done by other guests. Here the owner / property management can invest in a small curtain - this not too much to ask and a no-brainer for increasing the comfort of the guests.
The check-in process is very old school. As a guest you need to go to the agency office to pick up the key and do the paper work. Arriving from the airport you pass by the apartment to the agency (downtown) to pick up the key to then drive halfway back in direction of airport to the apartment. Very outdated process as it is super time consuming.

- Richard (8/5): Details about where to pick up keys were MISLEADING & the Property was then a 50 minute walk away! - The apartment itself was fine BUT, see what I didn't like re arrangements for picking up keys The communication from Booking.com was accurate BUT NOTHING ON Booking.com indicated that I would have to pick up keys from a Reception Desk a 50 minute walk away!
To be fair, the property managers Holidays2Malaga sent me WhatsApp messages saying where I should pick the keys up from BUT even the day before I arrived, I was receiving messages from Booking.com telling me a DIFFERENT address, the address of the actual property
When I queried this with the Holidays2Malage, they confirmed I needed to pick the keys up from Avenida Manuel Agustin Heredia BUT was told the property was NOT a 50 minute walk away (see message sent to me on WhatsApp @ 12.39, 4 April).
I picked up the keys .... and the property WAS A 50 MINUTE WALK AWAY!
I was not best pleased but imagine IF I had lots of heavy luggage OR IF I was travelling with young children or IF I was arriving later at night OR IF I had gone straight to the address given me by Booking.com in Carretera de Cadiz, I would NOT have not been able to get in!
Two days later, I am still waiting for the return of my Deposit
- Michael (9/5): Clean and comfortable - The apartment has a decent location, close to Mercodona and the El Torcal metro station. The beach is a bit of a walk, around 15 minutes, but the metro brings you to the city center very easily. Overall, it was a good value stay in a convenient location. The kitchen had everything you needed for small meals. My deposit was returned quickly, within 2 days of departure. I had to go to a second location to collect the keys and pay the 150€ deposit. Normally, it is not a big deal, but my flight arrived quite late in the evening and I would have preferred to collect the keys from a lockbox on site or used a custom code on the door.
- Gigi (8/5): Lovely newly renovated room with all you need for a week's stay. - lovely newly renovated room with all you need for a week's stay. At first the area looks a bit run down, but actually is a residential area, with local bars, bakeries and supermarkets near by. Ok to park, easy access to metro and buses, about 25min form centre or 15 from beach. I wasn't told until after booking that the keys needed to be picked up somewhere else, and that a deposit for the flat had to be paid. In the end it all went really smoothly, but I would have liked to know before booking.

- Michael (8/5): Nice studio in a working class neighbourhood of Malaga, easy access to central tourist areas - The property is good, clean and well maintained. There is a comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, stove, etc. It is in a pretty good location - in the Victoria Kent station area - which makes it easy to get into the centre of Malaga. The neighbourhood is not touristy - this is a bonus for me. I went to a local cafe, met local people, was welcomed by locals. Supermarkets in easy walking distance. The staff at the reception place are helpful, The place where you pick up the keys is a longish taxi ride from where the apartment is. The apartment wasn't necessarily the easiest to find. Not necessarily much to do in the immediate neighbourhood.
- Rashmika (8/5): Studio in a local suburb of Malaga - Good location close to supermarket, bus stop for the centre and lovely beach. It's in a very non tourist area so there's a real feel of being amongst locals. Studio itself was very modern and nicely decorated. All necessary amenities were provided, fridge, washing machine, .icrowave. A quiet area but not far from plenty of eating places and bars. Staff at the company were very responsive to every difficulty we had. Suitable for a short stay but not big enough for a week. Studio is away from the centre but you have to go to main office to collect keys (10km from airport) to then go back on yourself (5km) to the studio. This was difficult at night. Shower didn't have a curtain so water spilt everywhere in bathroom until they fitted a curtain. Studio main door is right on the street so minimal privacy. Some instructions for air con, cooker and info on local area would have been useful.

- Neil (8/5): Excellent value for money in the middle of a real local community with good access to p/transport. - Most of the key points have been accurately reported in other reviews. It's a new and well renovated property in a very local area which is quite distant to the tourist centre but has it's own unique charm. Lots of supermarkets within a 5 min walk - Mercadona was the best for fresh bread and overall variety. It's very close to the beach - lovely promenade for walking and exercise and within a few mins of the Metro (last train weekdays 11pm) which is very new and extremely cheap. Buy a multi trip card for 5 euro for easy access to historic centre. Bus route is also on the main road - buy a multi trip card for the discounted fare price but metro is faster and more enjoyable. The property itself is very comfortable - nice sofa and very good bed. While the property is on the ground floor and opening directly to the street it was quiet in January with no late night or early morning noise. Overall offered very good value for money in the middle of the local community - though can feel a little isolated in the late evening and Sunday/Monday when most business's are closed. A number of things have been identified by other reviewers but still not fixed. No draining board which makes dish drying difficult. There is only one window and the lightbulbs are not very bright so it can feel a bit gloomy at times. The blind is still not fully operational - best leave it at the half way position as the chord is broken. The small window above the door has no blind/cover so indeed light shines through at night - I had eye mask fortunately so wasn't an issue. The cloths hanger is made of plastic (IKEA) so won't support much weight - not an issue for me as I didn't use for cloths hanging. The shower doesn't effectively retain the water during showering so water gets everywhere - mop and bucket is supplied thankfully. But overall the apartment is very well equipped with high quality appliances and everything is new.

- Serhii (8/5): I had a delightful stay, and I eagerly anticipate returning. - The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and new. Manager Paula was helpful, and the late-night key pickup was convenient. The location was perfect, with the metro station 5 minutes away, trains 10 minutes away, and the beach a 15-minute walk. Groceries are really close to the location. The room boasted lofty ceilings, creating a visually spacious ambiance. Lacking facilities for drying clothes after washing. The towels appeared less than fresh, likely due to the absence of proper drying space.

We filtered for less than 1km and we ended up with an apartment that was in excess of 5km from city centre.
We expressed this the supplier but they were unwilling to move us!

- Beata (9/5): Good stay in well-equipped apartment, 4 km from the city center, and less than 1 km from the beach. - The apartment was well equipped - there was a set of dishes and cups, two frying pans, a few pots, in general everything you need. The landlord provided some basic facilities like shower gel, soap, dish liquid, tea, salt, and pepper. The only thing that we lacked was drainboard as we prepared two meals every day and it was tricky to deal with dishwashing.
The apartment was really clean and the deposit was returned the same day.
Despite the fact that the apartment is far away from the city center, it has some advantages. Once we bought a city card a trip to the city center by metro cost 0,33 EUR per person and took us ~10 minutes. Also, it was relatively easy to find a parking lot for our car when we were back ~19:00-20:00. First of all, you need to collect keys in the city center, which is a bit inconvenient.
Second, they ask you to share a photo of an ID and a selfie of each guest via some internal webpage - which I don't like. (Asked Booking if they have a right to do so and they confirmed).
The apartment is on the ground floor in the area where there was a garage before. Despite the fact that there are two kinds of shade, we didn't feel comfortable having them open, and as a result, all the time we spent with the artificial light. Also, there was an issue with drying our towels and clothes after washing. It took a lot of time to have it dry. Additionally, we rejected an offer to have towels replaced after a few days of our stay which turned out to be a bad decision.
- Catherine (7/5): Now fine! Great location and good value. - Property looked lovely - it had been recently done up so all very clean and new looking.
The area was where locals lived and was great for good food places, supermarket and not far from the beach. However - we appeared to be one of the first guests in and some things had not been tested out.
1) A blind fell off the wall as was not fixed properly, and caused injury.
2) The door key lock was sticky
3) One window had no blind so the sun shone in and dazzled in the morning and a street light shone in at night.
4) The clothes rack could only take a very light load before collapsing.
Staff were responsive when we reported the above problems and sorted most of them out. Though this meant workmen coming in for 2 days.
As there were so many issues, and we effectively tested the accommodation out, I felt a partial refund was in order and this was not offered.

- Kenan (10/5): Super Lage 👍🏼 - We stayed one week it was a very good place, it was clean and Paula helped us with everything we needed. The location is amazing since it is close to the grocery shops.
