Estelle (9/5): Séjour agréable - L’appartement est lumineux, propre et fonctionnel. Les chambres sont bien équipées et confortables. La terrasse est très sympa et protégée du vent. On peut aller à pied à corralejo (30 min) Supermarchés très proches La piscine était fermée sans savoir pourquoi. Dommage car c’est une des raisons pour lesquelles j’ai loué l’appartement. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse à mes questions via whatsapp. Heureusement qu’il n’y avait rien d’urgent. La chasse d’eau de la chambre du fond fuit. Il faut sortir de la voiture à chaque fois pour biper au portail. Le bip n’ouvre qu’un des 2 portails.

Sam.buru (2/5): - The hosts were friendly and responded quickly. The apartment is spacious and the terrace views are nice. Unfortunately the stay was affected by significant moisture issues. One bedroom had black mold, including behind furniture, with clear signs of long-term dampness. Although the visible mold was cleaned, the underlying issue remained and we were not comfortable using the room, especially as we were travelling with a baby and a toddler. During rainfall another bedroom also experienced water entering from the roof terrace area, which repeatedly soaked the floor and rug. Because of these issues we were unable to use the apartment as intended and had to reorganize sleeping arrangements. We reported the problems to the host, but unfortunately no agreement on compensation was reached.
