• Andreea (10/5): Great hosts, super clean and quite flat, close to metro. - Owners are special hosts - you don’t meet them but they make sure you are happy and feel home! A lot of small details that made our stay special: treats, very comfortable bed and pillows, super clean, cozzy design. Despite is on the main street is very quite. Plus the proximity to the metro. It’s impossible to find something.

• Petra (10/5): Krásný apartmán na skvělém místě - Všechno bylo perfektní. Výborná lokalita, z centra dostupná jak pěšky, tak tramvají nebo metrem, obojí se nachází v bezprostřední blízkosti ubytování. Apartmán je čistý a je velmi prakticky zařízen. Komunikace s majiteli je skvělá, Tommaso a Paola jsou velmi nápomocní a pozorní. Dali nám spoustu praktických doporuční. Rádi se sem vrátíme.

Los propietarios cuidan cada detalle, nos dejaron cafes,infusiones,bollería de desyuno,pasta y tomate, y como era Pascua un panetone y un huevo para los niños. Volveré a repetir si algún día vuelvo a Milán!! .
• André (10/5): Empfehlenswert! - Sehr saubere und gute Ausstattung. Die Metro befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem Eingang und man ist innerhalb von drei Stationen am DOM. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und es wurde von den Gastgebern sogar etwas zu essen angeboten. Sehr aufmerksam war eine bereits kalt gestellte Flache Wasser. Hier können selbst Deutsche nichts zum meckern finden 😊

• Erica (10/5): - Lugnt område och man tar sig med lätthet med tunnelbanan till Duomo på några minuter. Tunnelbanan går precis utanför dörren. Bra restauranger runt omkring lägenheten. Frukostrestaurangen tvärs över gatan i rondellen var fantastisk! Ren och fräsch lägenhet. Skön säng och kuddar.

• אילן (10/5): מיקום, נקיון, גודל הדירה - מיקום מעולה, 20 שניות מתחנת מטרו וחשמלית שמביאה אותך למקומות המרכזיים בקלות. מסביב לדירה הרבה מסעדות. מקום נקי מסודר עם מים ונשנושים שזה ממש נחמד.בעלי הדירה זמינים ומאוד נעימים. דוש ממש קטן, וגם הייתה סתימה, אך טופלה מהר מאוד ע״י הבעלים.

• Romina (10/5): Gracias Paola - Cada detalle dentro del apartamento es increíble, ya que ofrecen demasiadas amenidades y la joya es la atención que Paola y su hijo Tomasso ofrecen, ya que te hacen sentir en casa y siempre están al pendiente de tu estancia. La ubicación es buena, varios restaurantes de interés y literalmente a un lado de la linea 3 del metro que te permite llegar a varios puntos de la ciudad. Volvería a quedarme aquí mil veces 😍😍 que no me quede mas tiempo

• Rania (10/5): Best place to stay in Milan. - Although I didn’t meet them personally Paola & Tommaso were very helpful during our contact with them on WhatsApp. They kept all the essentials which a person needs to feel they are home. They also left us some snacks and chocolates and all spices if anyone loves to cook. I loved the amazing peice of art on the wall which looks like part of the original building. And also loved the idea of the guest book. Nice to read what guests wrote about their experience. I’d highly recommend the apartment for those who need to stay in Milan and it’s just out of the ZTL zone for those who have a car which could be parked in the gargantuan near by which cost only €25 per day (clean garage and perfect location). We parked it for 2 nights since we we used the metro to go to the Duomo. There are lovely restaurants around. It’s 10/10 Nothing. The place is sooooo perfect

• Asen (10/5): You can stop searching, this is the best value place in Milan - Great location - tram and metro stop right in front of the building’s front door. Spotlessly clean! Comfortable bed. Extra covers if you need them. Very spacious, great value for such a size in Milan. Modern furniture, everything is well-kept and everything works. Kitchen and bathroom contain not only all the essentials but also many additional things - even small treats and breakfast cakes! It really feels like a home. Has an elevator, making it easy to get your bags up to the floor. Despite being in a busy area, the flat is well soundproofed - I had no problems sleeping. Most of all, the hosts, Paola and Tommaso, clearly care about this flat. It is theirs, not some agency. As soon as you book, they get in touch with lots of tips for the nearby area, discounts at good local restaurants, and then when you are a day before arriving, they send you a very clear and detailed video of how to get into the flat, plus they keep in touch over messages to make sure everything is fine. Thank you very much, I will always try to book here when I am in Milan now that I know this place! Just a small bit of dripping from the top shower head if you don’t pull the tab all the way to switch to the cord, but easy once you realize. Also, if you are tall, watch out for the low main building door (this is not a fault of the property, it’s common in all Italy)

We can find almost everything we need to cook a simple dinner which saved us a lot. The room is bigger than my expectation and very beautiful & comfortable for us to live. We will definitely consider to stay here again if we come back to Milano. It would be better if the air conditioner could be cleaned. Its filter looked dusty so we didn't use it.

• Tom (9/5): Small and clean stay in good location - The location right by the metro (Porta Romana) was very convenient. Tomasso was a very welcoming host and we could leave our luggage in the apartment even though we arrived early. The apartment was small, but well-appointed and clean. Bear in mind that the sofa bed and double bed are essentially in the same (small) room. So if you need both beds you will basically sleep in the same room. That wasn’t very clear to us from the description or pictures. The shower is tiny.

We visited the QC Therm spa and this was so convenient, just over the road so after we finished out twilight sesssion at midnight we could go straight to bed.

The facade of the building was under renovation so there was almost no natural light.

The apartment is perfectly put together and lots of thought given to guests’ needs. He even left Halloween snacks for our children - they were thrilled! The location is super - the metro station outside is v handy and local shops, bars and bakeries and good. Nothing - it was the perfect base to explore Milan

He messaged us as soon as we got there and was able to recommend some good restaurants to us throughout our stay. The accommodation was spacious, modern and very clean. Shower gel and shampoo were provided which was good as we had limited luggage, and he also provided umbrellas which were needed as it was raining when we stayed! Location was also great, right near the tik tok famous spa and a metro station which was very convenient.

• Lamar (7/5): Great apartment, poor communication. - The apartment was clean, tidy and well organised. The host’s attention to detail was clearly evident. There is a lot of storage. The apartment is conveniently located near to the metro, a tram stop, various restaurants and a supermarket. There is also a lovely spa nearby. The check-in process was chaotic. While the street number of the building was available prior to the day of arrival, information on how to access the apartment, including its number was only provided literally at the very last minute on the day we arrived. Similarly, a request for passport information was made the same day, before receiving word on how to enter the accommodation. There seemed to be an assumption that we had constant access to wifi on the day of arrival, which was not the case. It created an extremely stressful situation. I therefore believe that communication could have been better. Messages to the host were not always answered in a timely manner. Additionally, all operational information should be made available from the outset to avoid error. As a side note, there are some people who believe that black people have nefarious intent. Therefore, having to loiter outside of a building trying to figure out how to get inside, without full details being made available, was nerve-wracking, to say the least. This “check-in” experience was the worst of the 6 places we stayed during this European trip.

• Eva (10/5): The apartment is gorgeous, cozy and well located. - The apartment is newly renovated and is very lovely, comfortable and located near the city center. The host Tommaso is very friendly. He gave us many useful recommendations for restaurants and Milan's landmarks worth visiting. If you have time you should take the tour Tommaso offers, learning all about the city history, discovering to the tourist unknown, but magnificent little streets of Milan and tasting typical Italian specialities. Everything was perfect.
