Guest Reviews
- Jon Magne (4/5): Disappointing - I’m writing this review in English! The kitchen was okay, the room was okay, we had a TV and our own bathroom with shower and toilet! First we didn’t like the kitchen because it didn’t have enough throwable cutlery and the water boiler was dirty, and food we had in the refrigerator was stolen, so that was sad..! The room: The bed was not comfortable, me and my girlfriend did not sleep well. The bathroom was cold and the shower suddenly stopped working, so that wasn’t fun..but somehow we fixed it! It was also very cold in the bathroom 🥶

- Giulia (8/5): Buon alloggio - Buon alloggio, pulito e comodo.
Check-in e check out semplici e in autonomia con codici forniti dall'hotel.

- Suzana (1/5): Overall disappointing. - The location was the only positive aspect I was advised that the property was located in the basement, without windows, the day before my arrival, when the 48h cancellation policy had already expired. Additionally, finding somewhere else last minute that was reasonably priced in a city like London would have been impossible. The basement flat was very smelly, the bathroom was mouldy, the remote control for the TV didn't work, the bed was badly positioned, meaning the person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other to get into bed. It was really stuffy, even though it wasn't that warm outside. I can imagine how much worse it could have been staying there in the summer. Additionally, the advert didn't give enough information about the property. It would have been helpful to have known beforehand in what condition the place was before booking.
- Anna (7/5): - Close to Finsbury Park and hygienic. It would have been good to know the room would have no window as it got very stuffy in the warm weather but appreciated the fan.
- Shauna (6/5): - Easy accessible entry N/a
- SUE (7/5): -
- Martin (8/5): -
- Harley (10/5): - Staff were incredibly helpful all throughout booking and the stay itself. Location to the venue we attended was great!
- Arthur (4/5): Value stay - It's cheap with a private toilet. It was clean too and in a good location. It's a white dungeon. No colour or windows. I'm pretty sure prisons need to adhere to higher standards hah
- Julie Hepworth (4/5): - The location was great, easy walk to transport, I booked an apartment however not what was pictured, it was OK for a sleep situation. No point saying there is a TV when the remote does not work, it's not a smart TV, not working . Yes there were 2 kitchens, no cutlery and cook top sealed down by silicone? Fry pans & pots were unusable, Oven trays were dirty, there is a microwave & fridge which is useful, hey we understand accommodation but they need to work out what they are offering
- Ünal (9/5): -
- Andres (10/5): Muy bien para dormir - La ubicación No pude regular el aire acondicionado
- Jessie (9/5): Great value, convenient location, easy access. - Great location, super easy to get into the room. Nice quick walk to the tube station.
- Kamile (7/5): -
- Nadra (8/5): Very good - Perfect location for what I came for, it was well situated. No noise either from other tenants/ walls were good.
I requested a room with windows and I was well accommodated with the prettiest garden. The access codes on the doors should be updated to avoid confusion ◡̈
- Hayley (9/5): Great stay would stay again if required - Lovely easy to find and near the tube station
- Jayne (7/5): Worth the money compared to other accomadations near the stadium - It was near to the stadium easy to gain entrance to the property and lots of information given before hand The shower in room 0 was very very hot or very cold
There was no window and it was to hot in the room
- Andreu (8/5): Very good -
- Elijah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frewenie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pilar (1/5): Expensive, no window damp and humid bedroom - Location No window, damp humid no ventilation. Bad mattress and weak shower impossible to regulate temperature. Floors and walls dirty. Very bad experience and very expensive! 132£ for 1 night is a rip off.
- Abraham (10/5): Pleasant stay at heart of london which is easily accessible to all main locations - The property is inside london and is economic for the travellers who wanted to visit London for emergency There is a very well equipped kitchen and an attached toilet where most of hotels in london do not have
- Ashley (7/5): Good -
- Gil (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shaun (7/5): Adequate - Air conditioner did not work. Radiator came on during the night.
- Naomi (1/5): Terrible. Heating deliberately tampered to prevent heating to save them money! Door locks faulty. - Worst place in London. Call them self a hotel but no staff. Given wrong electronic door code AGAIN - could not gain entry to my room at night AGAIN. Heating not working AGAIN - cold all night. Expensive room. They lie - had exactly same problemlast time - they pretended they were shocked and it had never happened before/since - MONTHS later booked into same place without realising! And EXACTLY same problems as last time. Bad area aswell.
Also bright green light in ceiling all night - disturbs sleep, unable to switch off.
- Ahonen (8/5): Very good -
- Lauffer (8/5): Fun! - I like the location, the room size, and layout. That it was at the basement.
- Mya (10/5): Exceptional -
- S (8/5): Very good -
- Shaun (8/5): Very good - Easy access to tube and Emirates stadium Not being able to check in earlier than 3
- Fellinger (7/5): Fun stay for a vacation for 2 - The location. Close to some very fun little cafe's to get a coffee, tea etc. And also close to a local Sainsbury's for simple and quick groceries. The location close to the train station Tufnell Park is also very handy for the Northern Line goes straight to the center with Leicester Square, Covent garden and all other fun tourist places. For us only it was that the coffee machine wasn't available. So we needed to go out to get a morning coffee. Also there wasn't a clear sign of a room ventilation so we held 2 doors open to make the room a bit cooler because it warmed up pretty fast.
- Laura (8/5): Very good - The room was smaller, located on the ground floor, more in the basement area, and without windows, which we were informed about two days before stay. However, the accommodation was very nice, modern, and clean overall. The bed could have been bigger, but considering the size of the room, I understand that it might not have been possible. The location is very nice, and the distance to the city center is a big advantage. The kitchen was equipped very basic. If we wanted to cook throughout our stay, we would have to buy many basic ingredients like salt or oil. All the furniture was modern and new, and the common areas were clean and well-maintained.
- Aphie (9/5): Very nice place to stay - Very clean, location and save N/A
- Kerime (7/5): Good -
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sophie (8/5): Great location for Finsbury Park - Great communication. Clean and tidy , very well equipped kitchen. Only thing I can say is maybe to supply a fan in the basement room , it gets very warm and stuffy .
Can’t complain about anything else .
- Ashley (6/5): Pleasant -
- Hollie (6/5): it was nice - it was clean and looked really lovely all the other people staying were noisy, I got woken up at 5:30 in the morning by loads of banging
- Mo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ben (5/5): Passable - Was very quiet to far away from train station
got given the wrong room and had to change mid afternoon (no Problems moving, Just a pain
staff not speak much English
- Anonymous (5/5): Mediocore - It was in a quite location. The bed was comfortable. No window but you can open the back door. The room didnt look like on the pictures. Code to the room did not work. When we messaged for help they didnt get back to us till the next morning. We had to ring up and after 30 mins got help. The floor was dirty. Small tv very far away. The whole room was light in the morning from the window above the back door. There was also a bright emergency light so if you like to sleep in the dark that would be a problem. Toilet was unhinged but someone came to fix it. Small shower.
- Claus (5/5): Nice and clear. But stsy away in warmer seasons - Clear and Nice location for the price Stuffy room. No Windows and no AC. Even though it was only 20 degrees outside it was arround 25 inside. I pity the people Who står there when it is hot
- Shukesh (8/5): Was good - Cleanliness, kitchen facility, tea, coffee, ample towels, secure facility Met expectation
- Louisa (7/5): Good - It was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a few days in the city. The location was quite central, the station Tufnell Park was only 500 metres away. We were missing the hair dryer and toilet brush which we would have urgently needed.
There was a light outside that couldn't be switched off and made it harder to sleep.
There was no door stopper for the connecting door between bath and bedroom.
- Anju (5/5): Passable -
- Ian (2/5): Don't walk away...RUN!!! - Good location
Shower was good N0 window, no fan, no AC. Room was very hot and stuffy - even with heat completely turned off. Temperature was never below 23 C and usually between 25 - 26 C. No hot water in bathroom sink.
Room is below staircase - so noisy at all hours as other guests come and go. Hands down the absolute worst of 8 different properties we stayed at this trip. (the other 7 properties we stayed at were very good) The worst part of all was when we booked this room 3 months ago, there was no mention that it was windowless.
Do yourself a favor and give this place a pass.
- Pick (9/5): Superb - very clean and close to a tube station the stairs are very narrow
- Ubong (7/5): Good -
- Mihai (8/5): Very good value for the money we spent. Would definitely consider staying here again upon returning. - The location was very well situated, close to the Tube and Bus routes, with a convenience store nearby. Very quiet area. The room was lovely and we could get it very well heated. The shared kitchen was right next to us, stocked well enough and clean. It was also easy to access the location when we first got there. While the room was very well heated, the bathroom was quite cold. The poor radiator from the bathroom was as hot as could be, but it didn't seem to help one bit. You could always hear the other people staying there going about their ways and unlocking their doors. The stove and over were not working (not a deal breaker for me, but since they were there and not working I thought I'd mention it).
- David (7/5): Good - Modern furniture, fittings. Good bathroom. Convenient code check-in at any time Security light outside the window made it difficult to sleep
- Kondakova (4/5): Normal place where to stay, easy go with metro. - Good location and clean room Room was in basement, with no windows...at least we had our own entrance in room... Bathroom was with very cold floor as it was in basement..water pressure was terrible..there was very little pressure and washing hair was impossible....
