• Paula (8/5): - Instalaciones y ubicación buena a 20/25 minutos andando del centro, estaba limpio y las camas eran cómodas Teníamos que hacer el check out a las 10 y a las 10 menos cuarto o antes ya había una persona esperando fuera y a las menos diez empezó a tocar a la puerta para que saliéramos. Tuvimos que comprar gel y cápsulas de café que en las fotos si aparecían

• Alexander (8/5): Absolut in Ordnung der Erste Eindruck vom Eingang/Flur sollte nicht Täuschen es ist ein Altes Gebäude aber die Wohnu - Sehr Gut gelegen, es war Sauber und die U Bahn um die Ecke :-) Die Nachbarn obendrüber oder Nebendran😂😂 Anscheinend zu viel Kinder die zu Früh in der Wohnung Rumhüpfen 🤷‍♂️

• Cláudio (8/5): An hidden gem in Vienna - An extremely comfortable apartment that was always warm, even during the cold weather in Vienna. The flat is fully equipped for babies or young children, offering a crib and a changing mat, which was a huge advantage. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and fridge. Extra towels and duvets were provided. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from a metro station, a tram stop, and supermarkets. Communication with the host was fantastic: very flexible and always ready to answer any questions. While surfaces, tableware, and bed sheets were visibly clean, there were some lapses in general housekeeping; we found dust bunnies on the floor and a forgotten sock. Regarding maintenance issues, some of the electric window curtains were not functional and could not be operated. Additionally, the kitchen knives were unsharpened to the point of being useless. These issues did not spoil the overall experience, but addressing them would significantly improve the stay for future guests.
• Aitor (7/5): Recomendable a precio ajustado. - El apartamento se encuentra en una zona tranquila, cercana a estación de metro y parada de tranvía. Está bien cuidado interiormente, aunque el exterior está bastante deteriorado. También hay en las cercanías algunos establecimientos hosteleros y tiendas. El portal de acceso al apartamento está poco cuidado y es bastante lúgubre. En el interior del apartamento la manilla del cuarto de baño estaba rota y se caía al suelo cada vez que la usabas. Además la luz del espejo del baño estaba continuamente encendida y no encontramos un interruptor para apagarla.
• Martina (6/5): No lo recomiendo - El departamento era amplio y estaba bien equipado. También excelente ubicación. Lo que sí debo destacar es la atención de Chaim, quien frente a los inconvenientes que tuvimos nos quiso resolver todo rápido y fácilmente. Siempre respondiendo rápido a los mensajes y siendo muy servicial. Yo alquilé este departamento ya que tenía 2 habitaciones con 2 camas para 4 personas. Al llegar me encuentro que la segunda cama estaba completamente rota. Yo creo que deberían habernos dicho antes de llegar para no tener las expectativas tan altas a la hora de hacer check in. Al estar rota, tampoco nos dejaron el sillón cama armado para dormir allí. Y la limpieza del lugar se notaba muy mala, las sábanas no estaban limpias, tenían manchas y pelos. Chaim nos dijo que abramos el placard y que allí encontraríamos sábanas nuevas, todas esas estaban también sucias e incluso mojadas. Por suerte, Chaim y su esposa se acercaron al departamento con sábanas y toallas nuevas y nos hicieron las camas. Fueron muy serviciales. Pero la limpieza general del departamento igual seguía mala. Había mocos en las paredes del dormitorio y el piso estaba pegajoso. La alfombra del living estaba muy sucia.

• TwinklyOne (9/5): - Great and clean apartment. Very spacious with very large rooms. Airconditioning worked great in most of the apartment. We had enough beds and one sofabed for everyone. Kitchen was also great. Bathroom was functional.. Everything looked renovated so it was very pleasant. Location was very good very close to U2 Taborstraße. Good grocery stores nearby. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbours. Our host was available for questions always.
• Gregor (9/5): Schöne Wohnung im 2. Bezirk ruhig und gut gelegen - Sehr ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage in sehr schönem Viertel. Zwei U-Bahnstationen und Straßenbahn zum Zentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe. Großes Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch und Tisch gut für vier Personen. Küchenutensilien in Ordnung. Könnte aber noch etwas umfassender ausgestattet sein. Platz in Schränken auch etwas knapp bzw. schwer zugänglich.

• David (7/5): Lovely apartment in a great location that would benefit from a bedding upgrade - Pleasant traditional apartment on the 2nd floor of a traditional Viennese building. Very quiet neighbourhood 10 minutes walk from Wien Praterstern station. Great access to the city centre either walking or via tram/metro. Spacious apartment with all the facilities you need for a short stay. A/C very useful during hot weather. Fan in each bed room. No noise from neighbouring apartments. Communication with the owner is very good The major fault is the bedding. Duvet covers and sheets are nylon/poly cotton material. The pillows are dreadful. No mattress protectors used. Considering we paid € 150 per night, some good quality bed linen is the least you would expect and would have ensured a much better nights sleep and lifted this apartment in to the excellent category

• Fatima (10/5): Had a great stay here! - Clean, comfortable, we were able to check in early, good communication with owner. It’s spacious, has an elevator (right after a couple of stairs) overall good experience and would recommend to friends. Location could be better but it’s not terrible.

The metro station brings you in a few stops into the city center (Stephansplatz). The flat was super clean, warm and cozy. Also, it was very silent and we had good sleep with curtains, etc. the host was super friendly and helped us with all our requests. The check in was automatic and really fast. Nothing
• Lenka (9/5): Superb - Great location- 10’walk from Prater, 25’to the centre of Wien. Quiet street and house. Equipped with everything you need. Communication with the owner very smooth and quick. Softer pillows, but it is a question of personal preference. :-)

• Sue (6/5): Well situated and clean. Good for a couple or small family. - Excellent location within a couple of hundred yards of a metro stop. Bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Large main bedroom and spacious lounge area. Well equipped kitchen. Apartment was clean. The second bedroom was not as shown in the photo. The beds were against the wardrobes which meant the only available storage in the room was a single under-bed drawer. Whilst this room would be good for children (space was also taken up by a travel cot) it was not really suitable for an adult. I had previously notified the owner that the two adults travelling would be using a bedroom each. The shower is small and the door opens inwards which makes it awkward for anyone of above average build. The apartment comes with a washing machine which we used. Unfortunately, we had to empty it of damp washing (bedding and towels) first. Communal entrance area needs attention.

• Emma (10/5): A lovely, well appointed apartment just north of the city centre. - The apartment is a good size with a lovely large lounge area and 2 bedrooms - very well laid out. There is everything here you could ever need and all the furniture and appliances are of an excellent quality. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was bright and modern and in a nice residential area around a 20 minute walk from the city centre and around 50 mins from the Danube. It is close to the Prater and the amusement park and there are a few restaurants nearby and a Spar 2 mins away. Overall, we were very impressed and really enjoyed our stay here. If I was being very picky, the bathroom was a little small but it was very functional.

• Stylianos (9/5): Superb - We stayed comfortably two couples. Comfortable living room. Renovated apartments. Direct contact with the owner for anything you need. He immediately gave a solution. At 100m is the U2 line and at about 600m is the U1 line. I would prefer it again. The only negative maybe that the mattresses in the small room were not good.

• Victor (9/5): Very good stay in a nice apartment with an excellent connection to the city centre. - Excellent location half a block away from metro station with easy connection to Vienna City Centre. Good facilities. Good size for a family of four (two adults and two children). Good TV with Netflix and other apps. One of the beds was broken (slats were broken) and therefore one of the children had to sleep on the sofa. Both were not so comfortable. However the double bed in the main bedroom was good.
