The cleaning lady was so kind and well mannered. No international program available on TV except local channels and Chinese language on TV which makes it impossible to understand.

They provided excellent suggestions for me when trying to search for the best transportation option to go to Hong Kong. They even helped with the didi navigation. The apartment was split into tow floors and the staircase was a bit narrow.

• HaoZhe (7/5): - The apartment itself is quite spacious and well equipped with high-quality electrical household appliances. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The first room I was given for my first night had a strong and unpleasant plastic or chemical smell, which appeared to come from the neighboring nail salon. This made the stay quite uncomfortable and, in my opinion, the room was hardly suitable to stay in. For the second night, I raised a complaint, but unfortunately it was a bit too late and all rooms at the same price were already sold out. As a result, I had to pay an additional 30 RMB to move to an upgraded room. On the first night, the reception staff member was not impolite but seemed somewhat reserved and not very approachable, which made communication less comfortable. On the second night, a different staff member was on duty and was much more welcoming and easy to approach for questions or requests.

• Muthumaharajan (9/5): A good memorable stay in a compact and happening place. - The location of the apartment is in old town but at the centre of the town. Just in few steps is the electronics market and components market. The best location for business. The room was clean and neat. It had the basic requirements such as a small kitchen with stove, kettle and some teas. There was washing machine which was helpful. The place was compact with beds up above the living room. The bed was comfortable. Two ACs for living room and bedroom was available and worked good enough. Hot water was available anytime. The staffs are polite and helpful. Though kitchen had stove but there are no utensils at all. As we aren't suited to Chinese foods we had to buy a pan and few other things to do the basic cooking for our breakfast. The room is super compact that you cannot have more things to bring on for two people. But it is adequate. During booking we are said the front desk people speak English, but they are unable to. But they are helpful to support with the help of a digital translator / phone. Not 100% sound proof, minute foot steps are whispers are heard.

The location is excellent — very close to the Futian Exhibition Center and convenient for business or shopping. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, giving a comfortable “home-like” feeling. The staff were friendly and responsive, making the check-in and overall experience smooth. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, accessibility, and great value in Shenzhen. The check-in process could be a bit smoother, especially for first-time guests. Some areas of the apartment could use small touch-ups or updates to feel even more premium. The soundproofing isn’t perfect — you might hear hallway noise at certain times. Communication with the staff was good, but sometimes responses took a little longer than expected.

The washing machine and clothesline were very useful. The pillows had a strong odor and I had to remove them from the room; they only changed the pillowcase, but the entire pillow needed to be washed regularly.

Aldhow it was very clean and comfortable. Also in booking is one direcction and they give me another direcction by message. Only this was a little bit disapointig. But in general was fine. The staff did not speak english.
