- George (8/5): Gent is a wonderful place, Belgian(Flanders) transport is amazing especially if aged over 65 - Location was great, Within easy walking distance of shops and main tourist attractions, close to tram stops, Bright, clean apartment The heating controls appeared to do nothing. Indicated a constant 20-21,5 degrees irrespective of settings. t one stage had to reset it to get the controller to respond at all. (in fairness Huswell did respond quickly to tell me to turn off the apartment power for 30sec or more but lost interest was only a 'service' recommended. Could not cool down apartment at night. The noise opening windows at night not an option due to noise of delivery trucks loading/unloading directly under apartment using crashing trollies over the cobble stones. 2am to 5am seemed to be the quiet time. All the info they provided online was generic and most not relevent
- Julian (7/5): Prima, maar niet fantastisch - Wat mij het meest beviel, was de mooie afwerking en het gebruik van hoogwaardige materialen. Vooral de houten vloer gaf de studio een warme en stijlvolle uitstraling. Daarnaast voelde het appartement heerlijk ruim en licht aan, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte. Wat minder prettig was, is dat de locatie niet helemaal in het centrum ligt en het toch een aardig stuk lopen is naar de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Daarnaast werkte de douche niet goed: zelfs op de koudste stand was het water nog veel te heet. Ook het inchecken via de app vond ik minder fijn; hoewel de instructies duidelijk waren, voelt het niet persoonlijk en is het bovendien gewoonweg onhandig om alles via de telefoon te moeten regelen.

- Ibrahima (1/5): - Ik heb een toegangscode ontvangen die niet werkte ik heb meer dan 3 uurtjes aan de deur gestaan support service meerdere malen gebeld en mails gestuurd zonder antwoord ik heb uiteindelijk met mijn vriendin een nieuwe locatie moeten zoeken en bijna om middernacht wordt ik gebeld met een nieuwe toegangscode ik was niet tevreden over de klantenservice
