- Maria (1/5): - eigentlich nichts Check in war zu beginn nicht möglich (Seite für Check in war nicht erreichbar). Bei Telefonischer Rücksprache wurde man nur auf die Homepage verwiesen. Der Hinweis auf die Nichterreichbarkeit der Seite wurde ignoriert. Ohne elektronischen Check in (der nicht vor Reiseantritt angeboten bzw. möglich war) gab es aber auch keinen Code für das Zimmer. Der Check in war erst ca. 1 Stunde nach Ankunft dann doch noch möglich. Außenanlage sehr ungepflegt. Zimmer incl. Sanitärräume verschmutzt. Dusche wg. Schimmel nicht benutzbar. Brausekopf gab fast kein Wasser frei, da extrem verkalkt. Extreme Frechheit: Jeder Benutzer (auch ich) zahlt 35,00 REINIGUNGSPAUSCHALE zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis - und dann wird so etwas geboten: Fernseher nicht benutzbar, da Sprache auf Arabisch eingestellt.

Je trouve qu'il a assez de protocole et de détails sur la procédure de réservation, c'est l à réglementation, on peut dire,un peu tracassante. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas su garer ma voiture, pas assez de place.

- SixPac (8/5): Waisted Huge Potential - This apartment has an incredible potential if only someone was there to supervise it daily. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Kitchen we equipped and the common lounge is elegant, large and beautiful. Just 10 minutes by car to the airport and free parking. It's our second visit. On both visits, the common kitchen was left dirty and smelling bad by previous visitors. In the evening, the others cam back and cleaned the kitchen, prepared dinner and cleaned again after they finished. Only then we could have our dinner. So, finally it was ok, but it shouldn't start like that.

- benedicte (5/5): Déception - Que personne ne réponde à mes appels aux numéros de téléphone affichés dans l entrée de l hôtel avant plus d’une demi-heure, que rien ne soit indiqué sur la porte (nous nous sommes demandés si c était bien un hôtel ?!), nous pensions nous être trompés d adresse… la réceptionniste nous a répondu après environ une heure d attente pendant lequel nous n avons pas pu accéder à notre chambre alors que nous avions payé la nuit en totalité tout ça parce que même en étant client Genius 3 il fallait s enregistrer en ligne (lien invalide) et payer une taxe touristique. Pourquoi ne pas simplement inclure cette taxe dans la facturation globale et après paiement donner le code d accès à la boîte à clefs ??? Pour tous ces dysfonctionnements je ne recommande pas cet endroit

You can reach the host by messaging only... Code was not delivered on time. No clear signs on the building and the parking is a nightmare. It is all in all a dormitory type accommodation. No go, absolutely...

- SixPac (9/5): Good Value for Money - Close to the Vienna airport Exceptional elegant common lounge but we were the only guests. Well equipped full kitchen. Slipping room very small, right at the top of the house. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Room had no windows, felt a bit stuffy. The kitchen could be cleaner on arrival. There were dirty dishes in and around the sink. It could be due to the fact that we booked on line just half an hour before arrival.
- Michelle (1/5): - Von aussen hat es nett ausgeschaut Beim reingehen schon hat es sehr gestunken in dem Haus. Ca 20 Sprüher standen im Haus die nicht gingen. Nachdem zu urteilen besteht dieses Problem schon länger. Zimmern nicht gemacht , waren noch dreckig von anderen Gästen, Aufenthaltsraum standen überall Bierdosen und die Küche hat wie auf einem Schlachtfeld ausgeschaut! Ich kann diese Unterkunft niemanden empfehlen!!!
- Radu Uta (1/5): Room 10: A Smell You Won’t Forget - The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and warm. Room 10 smelled intermittently of shit and pickled cabbage; it was impossible to stay in the bathroom. The ventilation window was about 4 meters high and couldn’t be opened normally — a colleague had to climb on my shoulders just so we could reach it. I asked the host how the window could be opened and was told that it couldn’t. There were no available rooms to change to, and the host also said they couldn’t get rid of the smell and had tried several times, including with specialized companies. Therefore, I advise you to cancel your reservation if you are assigned Room 10 — it’s impossible to sleep because of the smell. If it hadn’t been winter, we probably would have slept in the car.

- Fatma (2/5): Ungemütlich kein schöner Aufenthalt. - Am Telefon war eine nette Dame, die uns höflich behilflich war. Nicht sauber, Dusche ging nicht kam kein Wasser. Steckdosen waren kaputt.
- Edward (3/5): Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt (schlafen), mehr aber auch nicht. - Das Zimmer war sauber, der Zugang einfach (Selbstcheckin). Es gab einen Kühlschrank in der Küche, in dem man Dinge lagern konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr stickig und warm, das 3. Bett war sehr hart und ungemütlich. Das WLan war nicht sicher, mein Computer hat einen Angriffsversuch gemeldet. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, was ein Lüften einfacher gemacht hätte. Meine Tochter fand das Haus gruselig.
- Lisa (3/5): Gute Lage - wenig gutes Zimmer - Die Unterkunft ist nahe am Flughafen. Der Check in und die Kommunikation problemlos. Dachgeschosszimmer ohne Klimaanlage, war dementsprechend heiß und unangenehm. Leider hat es in unserem Zimmer sehr nach Kläranlage gestunken, war nachts dann kaum auszuhalten. Waren nur eine Nacht dort und bekamen kaum Schlaf.
- Eva-Maria (6/5): - Lage direkt am Jakobsweg für Wanderer super, Vermieterin sehr freundlich Die Dusche hat eine spezielle Bedienung, die nirgends erklärt ist und der Duschkopf sprüht in alle Richtungen, im Bad ist ausserdem keine Ablage für Toilettetasche etc Irgendetwas, wahrscheinlich die Klimaanlage am Gang direkt vor der Zimmertüre (total sinnlos da dieser nicht mal Fenster hat), brummt ca 2x pro Stunde sehr laut über mehrere Minuten (auch Nachts) - Betreiber darauf aufmerksam gemacht, sollte repariert werden! Dafür ist das Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage und entsprechend heiss...
- Arianne (7/5): - Die Lage ist in Ordnung, ca. 15-20 Minuten vom Flughafen Wien entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Umgebung ruhig. Check-in hat problemlos funktioniert. In der Nacht sind Gäste gekommen und haben in der Küche gekocht und sehr viel Lärm gemacht. Sie nahmen keine Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste und dass es Nacht war wenn alle schlafen.

The shower didn't have good pressure and the head was half broken, the pillows could have been a little better they were very thin but otherwise overall my night stay wasn't too bad it was pretty good.

- Sonia (8/5): - Serene environment is a plus, and anytime self check in option really helped as we reached almost in the morning. the bathroom was quite congested but room size was nice. could look at removing dirty linen from the cupboard and outside the room.

They have info on Booking that they have airport transfer, but it is not true, they just gave us the number of a taxi driver who charged us 70€ for 13km. The room and the hotel smelled like gabage, it was coming from the bathroom and couldn't be aired out... The balcony was very dirty, looked like it was never cleaned... Fortunately we stayed one night only.

- Paul (8/5): Decent, but needs some fixups - Bed was comfortable. Rooms were all quiet and clean. Host is communicative. Room 10 smelled funny (sewer?), so I was switched easily to Room 1, which was fine except the showerhead needs attention (clogged or something). Wifi was decent, but sometimes faded out. The refrigerator in the common and well-equipped kitchen is in desperate need of cleaning. In a stay a few days prior, I found the curtains in Room 5 curtains were half-disconnected from their track, kind of annoying.

- Kenneth (10/5): Very nice place to stay - The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom was large, shower was functional and ample towels were provided. WIFI was excellent (needed a magnifying glass to read password). TV had Netflix, YouTube (but no actual TV channels that I could see). There was a full kitchen available on the main floor. There was no mini fridge in the room (I have medicine that I need to keep refrigerated and do not like to keep in a common area). Minor point - the numbers on the lock box where the keys to the room are kept are very hard to read because of the lighting in the hallways. It took me several minutes to open the lock box to access the key even though I knew the combination. Very frustrating. Airport Shuttle quoted at 60 Euros - Taxi was 35.
