No new visitors arrived and no cleaning staff, it wouldn't have made a difference for her to be able to sit on the terrace for an hour or so

Der Zugang zur Unterkunft via App hat zuerst nicht funktioniert resp. war etwas kompliziert. Aber Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat unterstützt.

Il est très calme, et dans le meilleur quartier de Los Angeles, que j’adore ! Echo park. A 5 min à pied des coffees, du parc. A quelques minutes à peine de sunset boulevard, et du 101. Ultra pratique. Nous ne pouvions pas espérer mieux. Le petit déjeuner était parfait et nous attendait dans le frigo. Vraiment très bien reçus ! Tout était facile, l’accès sans clé, le wifi fonctionnait très bien (je travaillais le matin). Je recommande vivement ! Et je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation Merci pour tout 💙

• Olha (10/5): Spotlessly clean, in a safe and quiet neighborhood with gated parking, a cozy patio for breakfast, easy access to great - Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The patio was lovely, with a big table perfect for breakfast. Gated parking, a safe and quiet neighborhood, and close to museums, shopping, coffee, and food. The host also stocked the fridge with complimentary groceries (eggs, fresh veggies, fruits, juice, etc) such a thoughtful gesture. We arrived very late from San Francisco when all the stores were already closed, and this allowed us to enjoy a tasty and healthy breakfast on the patio the next morning. It was truly appreciated and made our stay even nicer.

• 立川 (8/5): The perfect hideaway - It was completely private and the security was excellent. Being within walking distance of Dodger Stadium was also a big deciding factor. The staff were very kind and quick to answer any questions, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely stay here again next summer. There weren’t enough towels for our 4-night stay, so we had to do some laundry during the trip. We were told where the extra stock was kept, but it wasn’t clear whether housekeeping would come in or not. This wasn’t really a problem, but it would be even better if that information were clear from the beginning.

• Cecilie (5/5): Generally a nice and clean stay. The owners took our situation seriously and we feel ambivalent because the stay was nic - We lived by ourselves and there was a gate, that we could open ourselves which made the location more safe to stay in. A lot of areas in downtown LA doesn’t feel too safe to be in, so the fact the villa was private made it a lot better. When we arrived everything was nice and clean. It’s a nice villa to stay in as a couple or two people, and nice facilities as described. Parking for a car, if you rent one, is also inside the gate which was nice. There is surveillance outside. If I had any questions or concerns, I got a quick response. We had a lot af personal belongings stolen from a staff member worth a lot of money. He was supposed to help with ants in the kitchen during the last day of our stay, but instead we came back to ants still being in the kitchen and a lot of our belongings gone. Because everything is online/on an app, the staff also have access to the villa, which is understandable, but it made it uncomfortable to stay there and we spend our last night in a hotel. The owners of the villas took action quickly, and they were serious about our situation, and would interview their staff. Although I gave them names of the people/staff I had chatted with, they didn’t mention anything about firing them and they wouldn’t file a police report before looking through surveillance to see if there was anything to file, I guess. Although we did file one ourselves So to the next renters; make sure that their staff are checked and that the person, who stole from us, no longer work for them. It’s a sad situation because until then it was a nice stay. It wasn’t mentioned in the description that there isn’t a front desk or that you don’t see any staff during the stay. It’s all online. Also not mentioned that you need a smartphone because you need an app for the gate.
• CHUNG SAO Xavier (8/5): - We did appreciate the fire pit, the washing machine and the dryer, the kitchen was well equiped. The place is nice for a couple without kids. A coat rack is just lacking It is hard to eat with a little kid inside the house, the kitchen table is too high, the outside table was ok but if not too cold outside while eating.

• Susan (10/5): Location, location, location. Perfect! - It was everything I needed and more! I did not expect the fire pit to be just mine! I’m not a fan of a rain shower. But it had the hand held wand which I used.
• Marina (9/5): Superb - The appartement was spacious, well equipped with quality material and equipment and very confortable! The area was rather quite hut just 3-4 min walk and there were plenty of bars and restaurants in Sunset Blvd as well as an organic grossery shop. The nespresso capsules were appreciated as well as the washing machine and the dryer! We were not far away from downtown, silver lake and Griffith, hence it was ideally located. We totally recommend and the host was very kind ! We also felt very secure with the camera system. There was some issues with the app from the garage door opening and it took us some time to be able to go out. It was due to internet connection but we were not made aware of any other alternative to go outside. The system is indeed secure but could be a little bit simpler.

They resolved the problem extremely quickly on each occasion and were always available through the online chat function.

Very safe parking spot behind motorized smart phone activated gate. Clean one bedroom villa with full kitchen. Nice quiet and private outdoor seating area.

The hosts were super attentive and had everything ready when we arrived. Anything that would come up, the hosts were ready to solve it. Very good attention. Getting to the place is a little bit tricky. The instructions by the host were perfect and easy to follow. It's just that it involves this very, very narrow road, so if you're driving here, be sure you don't use a big car.

• Kianna (8/5): Loved it! Perfect for Couples get away - So cute and worth the price. Looks just like the pictures. Parking is very secure and the amenities were perfect for what we needed. It felt like a home away from home. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips. Since we were attending a music festival we decided to leave the gate remote behind to not risk losing it. But once we returned, the number pad to enter the gate code lost power so my boyfriend had to jump the gate to get the remote from inside. Not a huge deal for us but could be inconvenient for those unable to do the same

• Peter (9/5): We loved it. After the bustle of LA it was a sanctuary at end of each day. - Just about everything. Fridge stocked with basics such as bagels, eggs, yoghurt,milk and juice. Enough to make breakfast each morning. Bed very comfortable, fabulous kitchen but eat at bench. The kitchen appliances would not be out of place in a masterchefs mansion. Great shower, nice soap, fantastic towels. A little small but cosy and perfect for a couple. Great location for Dodger Stadium and Echo Park. Parking space included. There is no TV but lots of interesting books. Access is via Crosby Lane which some Uber drivers found challenging but it's very clear on Google maps. Crosby Lane is narrow but accessible from either end and the host's directions accurate.
• Clinton (10/5): Beautiful LA apartment for a comfortable stay - Huge, beautiful and quiet apartment in a great location. We had 3 nights here and wish we could have stayed longer as it's super comfortable and has everything you need. The hosts have decorated the place with a lot of thought but also kept it very functional so there's plenty of space - including cupboard and drawer space, hanging hooks etc. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater (though we did not for such a short stay). Pillows were the best, so much so I am going to replace our ones at home with the same brand. It's quiet, but a short stroll to Echo Park lake and the historic houses of Angelino Heights, which was a great to wander. Secure and easy to access with very responsive hosts who make you feel well looked after and welcome.

The place is spacious, clean, and very well equipped with high end appliances (the photos didn’t do it justice!). Our rate includes continental breakfast which is very generous and of high quality. The host, Bobylem, is responsive and friendly. He also left a bottle of wine and cold drinks for us. Probably one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in, highly recommended! None!

• Kaviluva (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed 11 nights in the guest house. Bobylem gave us a warm welcome with a lovely message and a few drinks in the fridge. The guest house is super equipped with high quality appliances especially in the kitchen. Everything you need for everyday use was available - even in the bathroom. The cameras gave us a feeling of security. The lane to the guest house is quite narrow but was easy to manage even with an SUV. Uber drivers also found it easily. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. When the Dodgers were playing the area was sometimes a bit crowded but it was still easy to get around. If we didn't live so far away - we would like to come back more often. :-) Nothing to complain! Our expectations were exceeded!
• Serina (10/5): Exceptional - I came to LA to run a marathon. This home was less than a mile away from the start line. So the location was perfect for me. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and the decor inside and outside was beautiful. The host was very accommodating and responded to me when I had questions during check-in. She even left a nice welcome note and mentioned my race! No covering on the kitchen and bathroom windows. Made me nervous at night time.

Very near the many fabulous shops and restaurants of Echo Park as well as the park itself. Nothing. We just wish we could stay longer and in the larger house with the rest of our family. • Jovan (10/5): Exceptional - Private location, yet still not far from everything. And, the owners were very respectful. The alley connected to villa was somewhat of a maze to ge through, but other than that, no issues at all!
• Paige (9/5): Superb - At the time of my arrival, the lock box was not available but I was able to call the property and be assisted by Nico to remotely open the gate so I could access the property. Once on the property, I was able to use the door code to get access to my casita for the spare keys and a gate clicker. The garden casita is an absolute gem that made me fall in love with ADU-size units. The selling point for me was the outdoor garden which was an extension of the space and allowed me to dwell indoors and out. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen where I was able to make my meals, with a nearby health food store (Lassens) just a few blocks down on Sunset for easy shopping. The space itself is well-equipped and incredibly quiet, a true oasis. One of my favorite features is the bathroom which is a massive picture frame window in the shower that gives you a view of blue skies and tropical plants, the allure of feeling like you're indulging in an outdoor shower. I would hands down come back to this property because of how comfortable the total experience is. The staff/owners were incredibly responsive via phone and email, so anytime I had questions they were quick to respond. N/A
• Patricia (9/5): Perfect 4-day getaway location, very close to downtown but also very residential and relaxing. - Great guesthouse in an upcoming neighborhood of LA, felt pretty safe, walk stairs to Echo Lake and coffee shops on Sunset Blvd. Bus #4 to downtown extremely frequent, fast and convenient to avoid parking fees. We grabbed some bikes at the nearby LA Metro ride share station and there were a lot of easy biking destinations with bike lanes. The house is very cozy and well stocked, nice decor overall and attention to details. Wish we had more time to enjoy the Firepit and secluded patio. Make sure to receive the access instructions before being dropped off as the property access is from the back alley

The villa itself is tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and spotless. One of the best features is the large private patio with fire pit. I Loved everything, my only suggestions would be to provide a more traditional coffee pot / French press, and maybe wine glasses.

• Mark (10/5): We love Garden Terrace Villa - The Garden Terrace Villa is the best place to stay in Echo Park! The house is gorgeous with amazing interior decorations and new modern furnishings. On top of that, the location is prime (just off of Sunset Blvd and right next to the park) and the property had great privacy and security! We loved the fire pit and the patio was great for our dog. The hosts are the most kind and caring, and truly go above and beyond for guests. They left us plenty of refreshments and made sure to check in with us to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. It was more than what we could have ever expected and we definitely cannot recommend enough!

We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but it is nice to have it there. There were games available to play as well and it was an overall perfect stay. We went to a festival at the dodgers stadium and were able to walk back no problem. The location was great and the hosts were even better! They were kind and responded quickly. The place looks just as it does in the pictures. It was a wonderful stay!
