Kilka dni przed wyjazdem poprosiłem gospodarza o późniejsze wymeldowanie. Zgodził się na wskazana przeze mnie godzinę. Natomiast w dniu wymeldowania zmienił zdanie i kazał jak najszybciej opuścić lokal. Było to bardzo nie fair ponieważ podróżowaliśmy z małym dzieckiem i właśnie przygotowywaliśmy dla niego jedzenie. Wyszliśmy zdenerwowani i głodni oraz w zasadzie nie spakowani bo wrzucaliśmy do walizek rzeczy jak popadnie a dopiero na lotnisku się pakowaliśmy. Nie polecam.

• Olena (8/5): - Чудова локація, близько до супермаркетів, пляжу. Є парковка. Басейн чистий та глибокий, який включений у проживання. Просторі апартаменти. Багато кухонного приладдя Капсульна кавомашина не працює. Хотілося б капці у квартирі. Шкода, що відсутній балкон, його не вистачало. Квартира темна, із-за того, що знаходяться на першому поверсі. За парасольку і лежак біля басейну потрібно платити. Вхідні двері дуже туго відкриються.

• Barry (8/5): Have booked again see you soon 😀 - Spacious, great that it had a washing machine. The bed was comfy. The pool area was really good. It has everyone thing you need on site. The little shop and bar was convenient and reasonably priced. We really liked the water dispenser outside near the pool as it meant you didn’t have to go to the shop all the time for water. They did an Easter egg hunt for the children on Easter Sunday morning and all the children was given an Easter egg. The children was save on the complex. If you have lack of mobility you might struggle with the location as it is right at the top of a very big hill. It’s about 30-40 minute walk from the Beach area. It didn’t bother us. There is plenty of options for taxis and mobility scooters which are reasonably priced.

• Martin (7/5): Habe in Los Cristianos schon besseres erlebt. - Das Apartment war gut geschnitten, geräumig und mit allem ausreichend ausgerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, vor allem Frau Julia, die mich sogar mit eigenem Auto zur Post gefahren ist, damit ich mein Paket abholen kann. Danke. In der Nähe liegt eine Haltestelle von Bus Nr. 467, die zwei wunderschöne Orte (Costa der Silenzio und La Caleta) verbindet, die sich zu besuchen lohnt. Das Apartment war im Keller, also ohne Balkon/Terrasse, was in der Beschreibung nicht explizit erwähnt war. Die Lage war weit (>1500 m) und hoch (100 m) über dem Ozean, also der Weg zurück (z.B. nach dem Abendessen in der Strandnähe) war mühsam und ziemlich "Magen belastend". Zum Essen in der Nähe sind zwar Gelegenheiten im Überfluss, aber keine besonders poetischen, sondern eher eine "Londoner Altersheim" Stimmung erweckend. Ist halt, wie alles, eine Geschmack Sache.

• Roldan (4/5): Decepcionante - El sofá y las cortinas sucias. Uno de los ventiladores estaba mal sujeto y hacía ruido. Una de las habitaciones sin ventilador Piso ruidoso En la piscina no se cumplen las normas, fumando, con pelotas, niños molestando y el socorrista solo pendiente de cobrar por las hamacas y las sombrillas. Encontramos comida restante de otros huéspedes en la cocina, botes de crema solar, espuma de afeitarse , crema corporal y de ducha usados y abiertos. No disponía de toallas de playa como ponía en el anuncio. La fregona estaba vieja y sucia y el cepillo de barrer también estaba bastante viejo. Los cuchillos solo servían para untar mantequilla, imposible cortar un filete. Disponía de botiquín con antiséptico caducado. La ducha traga poca agua y se desborda. Las cortinas no se pueden correr fácilmente para dejar pasar la poca luz y aire que entra.

• Margit (7/5): Good - Everything needed was there. The apartment was clean and nice. The location was good. Loved the pool area. We booked the apartment for five, but the bedding (duvet bag, pillowcase) was for four. It was very disturbing that local families used to wash themselves in the pool area shower, including peeing in the same shower. They didn't even live there, but then got into the car with their belongings and drove away.

• Siobhan (5/5): Stayed here twice now at different apartments and I won’t be returning - It was spacious Ground floor. No balcony. No air con. No tv in the bedroom. No pillow cases on some pillows. No extra pillows or sheets, especially considering there was no cleaner coming in for 10 days. NO WI-FI.

Except for the windows - one pointed to the h - One window was looking at the wall, the other one was turned towards the hallway which was not very pleasant. Also there is actually only one bedroom, since the two beds are practically in the living room.

• Johanna (5/5): Looks good from outside but once indoor :(. - The location was perfect, the outside part of the building looks great and as well the swimming pool with little activities for families and refreshments. The apartment was filthy. No one clean it before we checked-in. Some furnitures were damaged and we found it difficult to keep our children away from them such as the dinning table. The place needs refurbishment or this will affect the reputation of that hotel-apartment.
• Alessandro (6/5): Good apartment if you're planning to not stay home much - The apartment is perfect if you are not planning to stay in the complex too much. It is renovated and in a very good location. We collected the keys at the reception desk after checking in with the passports. Very easy and straight forward. The Wifi worked perfectly. we also found 2 towels per person + hygienic paper and shower gels + some useful things (maybe left from other visitors but it is ok) such as salt, pepper, oil etc. The apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment is dark. Way darker then advertised. The problem is that both windows are in a 2 walking internal hallway. The window 'at the back' is ok, as not many people cross that hallway and you can open the curtains a bit. They main window in the main bedroom is not easy to let open, as that goes to the main hallway and people are always passing over there + it is internal so there's no much light. Also, noises at 4-5am are 'normal' there as many drunk people coming back from a good night are crossing that hallway. Another thing that we did not like is the fact that sunbeds are not free in the complex. I've been in Tenerife many times and in every complex we always found the sunbeds free to be used. You can access to the pool for free, but you must pay 2 EUR for every sunbed per day. The bad thing is that it is not advertised anywhere from the host. I believe they should find a way to provide sunbeds for free as well.

• Mark (8/5): Clean and very good value. - The apartment was newly decorated, thus clean. 2 joined bed rooms, with an open living space which contained a full kitchen with lots of things which you might need, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots pans, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc. A dinning table and a sitting area. There was a selection of games and books, and a TV (wifi needed). 2 extra sofa beds in the living area. The kids loved the pool, which had a nice bar/restaurant. Good value for money. The location was at the top of a long hill, though walking distance to the beach. No balcony or out look, closely facing another tall building. Neither of these things were an issue for us, we could easily make the walk up the hill and pop out to the bar/pool.
