The fan remote control doesn’t work.

The interior design is high-end and elegant, with extremely comfortable beds, making it a very convenient place to stay. Very satisfied, but the Wi-Fi signal in the bedroom is very weak.

• LockMan (9/5): Luxurious and comfortable high-end apartment - The biggest highlight of Tropicana The Residence KLCC is its proximity to the Petronas Towers, just a few minutes' walk to Suria KLCC and the park. The apartments are elegantly furnished, with complete facilities, and the quality of the pool and gym is outstanding. Overall, the experience of staying here is both convenient and luxurious, and I would love to come back next time. Overall it's okay, but the dining table is a bit small.
• Kyrill (10/5): Premium Condo close to KLCC - The Condo was only a few minutes away from the Twin Towers, with cafes and malls just downstairs, the unit had stylish modern decor, fully equipped facilities, a comfortable bed, and beautiful views from the window, making it perfect for both holidays and business trips. The overall experience was satisfying, but some of the small kitchen appliances were not working, which made cooking slightly inconvenient.

• Edwiny (10/5): Luxury Stay with Iconic View of KLCC - The views of the Petronas Towers were spectacular, and the rooftop pool was stunning. The apartment was luxurious and the host was very responsive. The apartment was great, but we had to wait a few minutes for the elevator during peak hours.
• Margaret (4/5): Disappointing - Location Firstly they ask you in booking.com about your estimated arrival time - don’t bother, because this is ignored. We informed that we arrived KL around 7am. Whilst we understood the room would not be ready, we expected them to at least advise about baggage storage or let the staff know our arrival time. Nothing. Reception staff will only assist residents in the building, not guests. We ended up booking another hotel around the corner for the day. We decided to just stay the night in the hotel. All that was required for this owner is to simply tell us that there would be no possibility for an early check in and we would have book for the night before we arrived - but communication is very poor with this owner… The apartment was so dirty, scungey scourer on the kitchen sink, dusty shelves, black mould in the shower area, the towels were stained. We asked for the apartment to be cleaned & this request was rejected. On our second night we returned to the apartment & the swipe would not work, we had to wait nearly an hour to gain access. There is no check in staff to greet & again the security who is only there to look after the residents was inundated with booking.com or airbnb customers who he couldn’t help. We felt very sorry for him!

• Géroux (9/5): The room has a sleek modern design - It’s a 15-minute walk to the KLCC Twin Towers and the unit was sleek and modern, and the high floor offered a stunning unobstructed view of the Petronas Twin Towers at night though there were small issues like water stains near the kitchen sink.
• Alessandro (10/5): The sky pool is stunning; you can swim while enjoying the night view, which is very relaxing. - The room design is very modern, with a Starbucks downstairs, making life convenient. Nearby, there is also The Linc shopping mall which is fully equipped, including a washing machine and kitchen, making it suitable for a family to live in. Shopping, dining, and taking the subway are all very convenient. Some rooms have obstructed views and cannot see the beautiful scenery.
• Jeastin (10/5): can directly see the night view of KL Tower and Twin Towers, and the interior design is advanced. - Absolutely loved the rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the Petronas Twin Towers, and it’s only a 5 minute walk to Suria KLCC and Avenue K shopping malls. The parking lot is relatively narrow, especially it is not convenient for SUVs or large cars to turn.
• Abdul (1/5): Bad - We booked our accommodation through Booking.com, and our booking was showing as confirmed right up until we arrived from the airport. Unfortunately, when we got there, no one showed up to receive us. When we contacted the property, we were told that their contract had already ended. We were very disappointed, as we were left without accommodation after a long journey. Booking.com should have informed us in advance if the booking was no longer valid. It is very frustrating that the booking was still showing as confirmed until we reached the property. At the end, they did arrange alternative accommodation for us, but it was not of the same standard as the one we had originally booked. Overall, the experience was frustrating and stressful, especially after travelling. We hope Booking.com will look into this issue seriously to prevent similar experiences for other travellers in the future.
