- Mr (1/5): - Nothing, the place is dirty and not even cleaned and the owner is a scam and let us pay for the booking and then last minute tells us to cancel our booking when we already paid! Owner is racist and the apartment is dirty, found dirt everywhere and Even previous guests underwear !

- Nabila (1/5): - The condition of the house was completely unacceptable. I felt disgusted the moment I stepped on the floor for the first time — it was sandy, dirty, and entirely unhygienic. There was a worn-out towel behind the door, the whole house reeked of cigarette smoke, and the kitchen was infested with cockroaches. It genuinely looked like someone had been living there, and the place was only given a half-hearted, superficial clean before guests arrived. This is absolutely disgraceful for a rental property. The host must take immediate and serious action — this level of hygiene is not acceptable by any standard.

- Peh En (1/5): Worst ever - Nothing 1. The whole unit is dirty, dusty, and old. 2. No hair dryer. 3. No toilet paper. 4. Linens were stained. 5. The kitchen is oily. 6. 1 bottle of shower soap for 2 bathrooms. 7. Service was at its worst. * We texted the operator, telling him we need toilet paper and a hair dryer. He didn't respond. * We called him and told him we needed toilet paper and hair dryer, he answered ok. * We asked him how long he would take, he said awhile. * After 30 minutes, we texted again, and he said housekeeping on the way. * After 1 hour, we texted again and no more respond from him. These people should really be banned from doing business.

- Budiman (9/5): Superb - There's is a parking lot for visitors but have to pay RM10 per entry. Facilities such as cutelry, towels and shower gel are provided. Café and restaurant are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Free WiFi is unavailable during our stay.

- Huixian (7/5): Good - They provide breakfast and try to give you perfect service. Room is not clean enough There is bad smell in bathroom, but not the owner's problem, probably it is the building 's problem.
