• Bertil (10/5): - Le lieu est super, 1ère fois qu'on mets la note de 10. Très proche du métro, joli balcon jolie vue en haut de l'immeuble. Absolument propre, tout le matériel de cuisson nécessaire, même une machine à laver. Lit très confort, wifi fonctionne nickel 4 étages c'est haut quand on a eu une longue journée de touriste, mais ça vaut le coup

• Monika (10/5): Relaxing and convenient - The location of the apartment is excellent - it's close to the metro station, which takes you to the Colosseum in just 13 minutes. The area is quiet and pleasant. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and well furnished, with all the amenities needed for both short and long stays. There is a large, nice terrace. Communication with the owners was easy and pleasant. We will definitely choose this place again if we return to Rome. Nothing

• Abril (9/5): Muy agusto - El piso era monísimo, muy acogedor, terraza amplia, todo muy limpio, cocina completa... El baño es muy bonito y tiene luces en las que puedes regular el color y la intensidad, y la habitación era amplia, con tele, mucho espacio en el armario y la cama muy cómoda. Lo único malo es que no hay ascensor para los más vagos pero a nosotros no nos importó, y que está muy lejos del centro. Tienes que caminar 10 minutos hasta el metro y tardas como 40 en llegar al centro. Por lo demás todo genial.
• Alexandru (9/5): - - the apartment looks good and is clean - everything smells really nice (the space, towels, bed linen) - the staff is friendly - quiet location - we would have appreciated if they heated the place at least on the day of arrival; we arrived late in the evening and there were only 10° in the apartment. It took a while to warm it up with both radiators and AC so when we went to sleep there were 15° and until morning it barely got to 19°. This was an issue only in the first day/ night - on facilities it was written that slippers are provided, but they were not and the floor was cold

• Klaus (8/5): Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. - Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit eigener Dachterrasse. Gute Ausstattung und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es war alles gut. Bitte beachten: Trotz guter Verkehrsanbindung benötigt man bis ins Stadtzentrum ca 1 Stunde. Die FeWo liegt in der 4. Etage, Es gibt keinen Lift.

• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - We spent almost three weeks in this lovely apartment and felt that we had everything we needed. Monica (the host) is very cordial and always willing to assist. The apartment is in walking distance of Metro line C which is the simplest way of reaching other parts of the city, though there are buses as well. Everything in the apartment was very clean and we were provided with all of the advertised appliances and faculties. The bed was very comfortable (a bit squeaky though) and we had extra sets of linens. Both the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped (enough kitchenware, washing machine...). There's a very spacious balcony (and an additional smaller one) for relaxation, though it doesn't have any cover from rain. A couple of supermarkets are close by, along with several coffee and food places - visit sBar Ajò down the street for coffee, they're very warm and cheery folks. Nothing really, everything was excellent, though it's worth pointing out that the apartment is on the fourth floor and there's no elevator. Also we had some trouble unlocking the front door through the intercom.
• Aliaksei (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the quality and current state of the apartment. It is clean, fresh and well-maintained. Amount of kitchen appliances is moderate but sufficient. Special thanks for electrical kettle. Wardrobe provides enough space for clothing and luggage. There is also a very spacious terrace with table and chairs. Be aware of italian sockets.

• Chloe (10/5): amazing. Would definitely recommend. - Had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Rome, could have spent ages here because it was so comfortable. Loved the balcony/outdoor deck to have a wine on and all of the small touches that a lot of places don’t consider. Was super clean and owner was so lovely. Definitely recommend this place!

Definitely recommend! - The host was very polite, we had lots of facilities, the coffee in the house was amazing, very clean, everything smells good and new. Definitely will come again! The interphone it’s a little loud and someone woke us up early in the morning but the incident has been resolved very quickly by the host.
