• Stig (7/5): Centrala Alicante - Läget är helt fantastiskt med närhet till strand, restauranger och shopping. Att köksutrustningen saknade en hel del som vi fick köpa till, t.ex. apelsinpress, korkskruv, vass kniv, mindre kastrull med lock, potatisskalare kapsylöppnare. Spis och ugn gick inte att använda samtidigt - då gick samtliga proppar - fanns ingen info gällande detta. Hyresvärden hörde inte av sig en enda gång under de tio veckor vi stannade och kollade att allt fungerade. Soffan har sett sin bäst före datum, fungerade inte som avsett.

• Milan (1/5): Razočaran. - Ništa Tokom rezervacije uplatili smo celokupan iznos unapred. Tek nakon izvršene uplate dobili smo poruku od vlasnika da je potrebno doplatiti dodatnih 30€ jer smo vreme dolaska naveli u 22h. Ta nadoknada nigde nije bila naznačena prilikom rezervacije i da smo to znali unapred, sigurno ne bismo prihvatili takve uslove. Za 7 noćenja i 7 dana boravka niko nijednom nije došao da zameni peškire niti da očisti apartman. Smatram da je to minimum usluge za boravak te dužine. Poslednjeg dana nam je čak napomenuto da sami izbacimo smeće, što dodatno ostavlja loš utisak. Krevet je veoma neudoban, sastavljen od dva odvojena dušeka umesto jednog celog, što značajno utiče na kvalitet sna. Sofa je polomljena i ne može uopšte da se sklopi. Sve u svemu, iskustvo je bilo veoma razočaravajuće i nažalost ne možemo preporučiti ovaj smeštaj.

The appartment is quite dark, no daily light,and quite poor electric lighting.Quite bed isolation, I sleot wuth ear tampons.Bathroom should be renovated.It was difficult to reach the owner...But,excellent location and comphy bed( soft)made my stay good. Noise, no good lighting, old shower.

• Rafik (3/5): Catastrophique - Juste l emplacement ..rien d ‘autre Totalement Déçu….Rien à voir avec les photos postées sur booking À l arrivée déjà pas assez d éclairage…lampes brûlée …machine à café en panne.. le fauteuil cassé ça prouve qu’ils n ont pas vérifié l appartement avant notre arrivée et le combe c est la coupure du courant électrique en plein nuit 😩😩😩 ..

• Desmond (8/5): Great location - Location was great, close to main promenade and lots of restaurants close by Sound proofing not the best, Not the property owners fault but building works close by meant the flat was very noisy

• Wright (7/5): Great location/needs attention. - Location was great, less than a 5 min walk to the beach, marina, shop or restaurants. Small balcony with double doors. There was a lift (we didn't use it much as we were on the 1st floor). The bed wasn't the most comfortable. No bedside lockers. Electric sockets were behind the couch. The corkscrew was broken as was the recliner couch one had the base stuck half out. No tea towel & no Bin in the bathroom. Street cleaners woke me up a couple of nights but didn't last very long. It was the end of the October so some of these things may not have been a problem earlier in the year but they need someone to check these things. We didn't spend much time in the apartment so it didn't bother us too much. A great location but the bedsit apartment needs improving. No

• Vigara Martín (7/5): Aprobado - Sin duda lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. Estás en pleno centro pero a la vez al lado de la playa y con el TRAM a 8 minutos de la casa para poder moverte por el resto de alicante sin problema. La limpieza era bastante deficiente, todas las tazas y cubiertos estaban mal lavados y el sofá estaba roto, no se podía cerrar el compartimento de las piernas.

• Volodymyr (7/5): Правдивый отзыв - Расположение,наличие бытовой техники Я с женой сняли номер на 7 суток,там было всего 3 простыни,2 больших полотенца и 1 маленькое,что явно недостаточно.Штора и одеяло грязные,в пятнах,все подушки с запахом пота.Учитывая что номер без стиральной машинки,нет таза для стирки,сушилки для белья,поломаны жалюзи на балконе,поломан диван,утюг,холодильник без стеклянной полки.Второй комплект ключей от номера неохотно выдали на следующий день.Wi-fi исчезал каждые 10 минут,в первый день пропал свет,пришлось самому восстанавливать,не работало 3 лампочки,поменяли одну.Тапочек не было,из туалетно-косметических принадлежностей присутствовали только 1,5 рулона туалетной бумаги и 3 пакетика геля для душа.Много мелких недостатков не указываю.Сада мы не нашли :) Не понятно почему высокий рейтинг...Однозначно не рекомендую!!!

• Mary (6/5): Pleasant - The location was convenient The bed was very soft. The sofa was broken and uncomfortable. It is a very noisy street. Shower doors have lots of mildew.
• Jerry (7/5): Good - Loved the location, loved the appartment was ok size and was clean No toilet roll when arrived , didn't tell us where to put rubbish , and bed boards kept falling through at night ..they need repairing
• Ian (7/5): Good - First floor easy access very central location Only one key between 2 people. No cups for tea, coffee until we informed the agent who was unaware of this and rectified this. The washing machine was not connected therefore we couldn't wash towels which were not replaced during a 5 night stay, this was not information were aware of at time of booking. We were given 2 towels after complaining in lieu of spare bedsheets which we already paid for. We thought the lack of attention was slacking and only hope that the 70 euro charge for cleaning would be appreciated by subsequent travellers. Overall not the best stay,as we visit ALICANTE at least 5 times a year.
