• Ekrem (10/5): Merkezi, temiz, konforlu - Tesisin konumu çok iyi 10 dakika yürüyerek merkez tren istasyonu ve otobüs istasyonuna varıyorsunuz. Alışveriş caddesi ve europasage yürüme mesafesinde. Gezilecek çoğu yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Ayrıca aşırı temizdi. Yataklar konforluydu. Eşyalar çok yeterliydi kahve makinesi ve kahve bile vardı. Sistem güzel işliyor kimse ile muhatap olmadan girip çıkıyorsunuz. Keşke hamburga bizim evimiz olsaydı :)
• Katy (8/5): Nice but lacks attention to detail - Good location, spacious, staff easily contactable Prior to staying I was contacted twice on WhatsApp from Indian numbers requesting payment details. This means the booking system of the owner has been compromised. When I contacted the property via Booking.com I was told to ignore these scammers but it didn’t inspire much confidence. The cleaning wasn’t great. The floor was covered in cake crumbs and grit - it had snowed just before our stay. There was only a dustpan and brush to clean with, which was ineffective. We asked for extra toilet paper and for the floor to be vacuumed and mopped - the paper arrived but the floor wasn’t cleaned. Probably they looked and thought it was okay but the grit drove us mad and we hadn’t brought slippers. Cleaner needs to remove their shoes and not bring more dirt in. The toilet also smelled strongly of urine. At the end of our stay we also reported that the cover on the bathroom fan, which sounds like a jet engine, actually fell off while my partner was using the toilet. He caught it, amazingly, but cut his hand. It could have been worse. The apartment is two rooms. One room is the kitchen, diner, lounge with a sofa bed. The bedroom has two double beds. These are actually singles pushed together. Beds also very soft. We stayed 13-16 Feb.

• Favrholt Emtkjaer (10/5): Super godt ophold. Ren flot lejlighed med placering lige i midten af det hele. Søde og hjælpsomme udlejere. - Placeringen og størrelsen på lejligheden Ventilationen ude på badeværelset larmede meget.
• Jocelyne (9/5): Super appartement au centre de Hambourg. J'y reviendrais sans hésiter. - Pas de petit-déjeuner proposé mais une très bonne machine expresso avec du café en grain mis à disposition. Ce que nous avons apprécié le plus: situation géographique idéale au mileiu de tout; comfort de l'appartement très bien chauffé (il faisait -6° dehors), belle chambre à couché, très propre. Accès facile par code.

• Ann (10/5): We had a fabulous stay in Hamburg, with a concert, opera & art gallery visit as well as visiting the Christmas marke - The location was excellent to walk to the Rathaus & Jungfern Christmas markets, as well as the Elbphilharmonie & the main railway station. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was excellent, as was the kitchen/dining area. No instructions on the use of the TV, very few kitchen utensils eg a fish slice, the sofa was not designed for sitting on. The response to my question on early implied that it was possible to access the apartment before the normal 4pm access time; this was incorrect. If I had known this we would have left our luggage in lockers at the station.

• Rastislav (9/5): top Lage, alles sauber, einfacher Zugang - gerne wieder - super Lage - vieles zu Fuß leicht erreichbar, ansonsten kurze Wege zu den gut verfügbaren Öffis; kleines Präsent vom Gastgeber :-) ein-zwei weitere Ablagen im Bad (zusätzlich zum Spiegel) wären angenehm (wir waren zu fünft) - aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau

• Sergej (9/5): - Чудесное расположение прямо в центре города. Чистая уютная квартира. Оборудована всем необходимым. Можно парковаться прямо под окнами вдоль обочины, но не дешево. По соотношению цена-качество-местоположение могу смело рекомендовать. При электронной регистрации требуют оплатить залог. То есть деньги за жилье уже списаны со счета, но зарегистрироваться и получить код доступа без оплаты залога невозможно в принципе. Ночью на улице проводились какие-то работы и было шумновато. Но это, конечно, не упрек хозяевам.

• Groenevelt (8/5): Comfortable apartment right in the middle of Hamburg city! - Very pleasant and light apartment in the middle of the city. Enough facilities for a comfortable stay when you are with a group. We needed some more proper kitchen materials for prepping a group dinner and the floor was a bit dusty upon arrival but that was manageable of course.

• Hüsnü (8/5): Good value, perfect location, cozy and comfy - Location is perfect, parking space was usually available in front of the house after 20:00(free at night). Could be cleaner, there was a lot of dust under the beds. Normally no one checks but our kid was crawling this is how we saw it😃
• Karen (7/5): Location is great. Accommodation is ok. We would stay there again - but with adjusted expectations. - The apartment was clean and efficiently designed. The check-in was easy. The building has an elevator. We had most of what we needed. But not more. Lots of little things. There was no inventory list - neither shared before arrival so you know what to bring or in the apartment so you knew what was meant to be there. There was no detergent to run one or two washing machines during our stay. (Though there were tabs for the dishwasher.) There was a sleeping sofa for up to three people, but no instructions on how to unfold them. I wish there had been more hooks or shelves in the bathroom and a wider shower curtain to prevent water getting everywhere. There was no pot large enough to cook for 7 people even though the apartment was advertised for seven people. The check-in was very rigorous and included a deposit (as well as sharing your ID number). This made me nervous about all the little things that were broken/ not working properly (broken scissors, water damage on the hardwood floor, ...). Also, during the stay it was difficult to get in touch with anyone. Lastly, a note to everyone who is noise sensitive - delivery trucks and drivers start driving through the street below your windows at 4:30am.

• Mindia (4/5): Not worth the money - Great location It’s advertised as a two bedroom apartment. It is not: four beds were cramped in one bedroom. The makeshift shower isn’t isolated properly. Sound isolation is non existent
• Filip (10/5): Great location, very spacious, clean and good service by Homaris on the check-in details. - Great location in Hamburg city center, and we managed to park right outside the apartment. The apartment was light and spacious, we are a family of 4, two kids at 13 and 15 years, we all shared same bedroom, which worked brilliantly. When we arrived at the apartment, there we lined up crisp’s and beverages at the table, thank you. We picked up sushi just around the corner at Yoko Sushi (highly recommendable), and had a very nice dinner in the apartment. Minor detail, nice beds and all, but if you don’t like very large fluffy pillows, then bring your own.

• Manou (8/5): Spacious and clean appartement close to the old town - Very centrally located spacious appartement, well stocked and clean. Everything looked new and check-in was ridiculously easy. The beds were very, very soft and the bedroom was to light at night. For some reason the offices opposite the appartement keep huge lights on at night and the curtains aren't dense enough too block the light. We missed a hairdrier.
