Guest Reviews
- faris (6/5): it was decent - space couches must be cleaned, towels must be added, and utensils should be changed
- Sára (9/5): -
- Sara (6/5): - Dat het redelijk centraal gelegen was. Terras was niet proper. Groot terras met weinig ruimte omdat het te vol staat. Kan mits kleine aanpassingen gezellig ingericht worden.
- Nina (10/5): -
- Lujain (9/5): Great place - Everything was great
The apartment was clean well furnished having a terrace is a huge benefit so is the 2 bathroom as we were 3 females and 1 male
The allowed me to put my luggage early as i arrive around 10 am
The location is the greatest thing the colosseum was 10 mins walk so is the trevi fountain No washing machine
- Dawn (8/5): A very pleasant, authentic stay! - The location of the apartment was fantastic, access to most main attractions within a 20 minute walk time. I loved the feel of the apartment, very traditional and added to the authentic experience. it was basic but had everything needed to make for a pleasant stay. it could be a little noisy in the evenings, nothing too much and we did visit at a paticularly busy time. obviously the glazing is in keeping with the period of the property so wasn't a big deal.
- Katarina (10/5): What a gem in Monti! - Wonderful duplex two-bedroom apartment in a funky area of Rome. Around the corner from the Coliseum and easy walking distance to the centre of town. Easy check in, good amenities. I would stay again..
- Nur (2/5): We had come with high hopes. But we saw that the only good thing was the location of this apartment. Other than that, it -
- Radi023 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ricardo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cathy (8/5): Great location and comfortable - Location was awesome and the 2nd bathroom made it easier with a teeanager. The bathrooms were in a much older state than they looked on the phtos and the toilet flush panel kept falling off upstairs. You could still flush the toilet though. The downstairs ensuite, is functional but very small, the door doesn't really block any noise so not too much privacy.
- Παρασκευή96 (9/5): Superb - It was very cozy and at a nice location. The staff were very helpful even before our arrival!! It could be cleaned better .. there was a dirty blanket in the closet and a stain from wine at the table otherwise it was great !
- Rufat (10/5): Ideal for a family stay in Rome - Everything was perfectly thought out for a comfortable stay. Apart from clean and comfortable beds, and good working ACs, small details like coffee & tea, travel adapters, cooking utensils, even dishwashing liquid, cooking oil and balsamic vinegar - this is what makes a big difference. Makes you feel like you belong. Also great location - 15 mins walk from Roma Termini, 10 mins walk to Colosseo or Trevi. This apartment was an icing on the cake for our wonderful family vacation in Rome. Thank you, Elisa! Some very minor issues, but the hosts were very kind, communicative and helpful to resolve. Also, the apartment is on a relatively quiet back street, but you can hear an occasional car noise passing by at night.
- Anjali (9/5): Superb - Two bathrooms worked well for family... Kitchen was nicely equipped... Small but cute..staff helpful n warm... No natural light in master bedroom.. location about 18 min walk from termini station was tough to traverse with luggage.
- Milica (1/5): Accommodation from hell - Considering that we were greeted by an apartment that was full of dust and whose baskets were full of garbage. The dishes were dirty. We stayed for 5 days and we only got 2 towels per person (you don't have a washing machine). But come on, even if you don't have all that, imagine that you are greeted by an apartment without water and the answer is we don't know when it will come or if it will come at all. You understand that there is no space for what we liked, right?! Where to start. We had no water for 2 days. It was over 30 degrees in Rome and imagine how hard it is to be sweaty and dirty for two days. You can forget about using the toilet. We were looking for a solution and we didn't get it. When we asked for our money back or to find us a new accommodation in this neighborhood, the owner told us to move to some accommodation 45 km from Rome. Of course we did not agree and we looked for a backup solution in this area to pay for ourselves and were under so much stress that it was not humane. Fortunately, the water arrived the next day in the evening. I must point out that one of us is pregnant and has been throwing up non-stop. And imagine how inhumane it was without water.
If you write to the owner that you have not been left with a blanket or that the TV is not working, he will write to send someone, but that someone will never arrive.
But, for example, someone entered the accommodation while we were in bed and left. So we didn't feel safe at all.
The bedroom is downstairs right next to the entrance and you can imagine how scared we were. The next day, we placed the chair at the door. This could have been a dream vacation, but really things like this can make you helpless and ruin everything.
- Valentina (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay! 😀 - Wonderful decorated flat which really makes you feel in home 😀.
From spacious rooms with comfortable beds, good heat, well equipped kitchen to great wifi.
Amazing location and walking distance to all key points of the city. Nothing to be commended!
