ketura (4/5): Lugar lindo, porém decepcionante. - Lugar lindo minha segunda vez lá, porém as regras não são cumpridas e o dono faz vista grossa. Na área da piscina tinha uma disputa de sons, uma caixa era aquelas músicas baixas subterrâneas e outro era pagode. Sendo quê, é proibido caixas de som na área da piscina, mas para não perder os hóspedes isso é ignorado infelizmente, pois o lugar é muito lindo. Sons altos na piscina, bola dentro da piscina. Regras que não são cumpridas tornando decepcionante sua viagem.

O lugar é muito lindooo, os funcionários são extremamentes dispostos a qualquer ajuda, é para quem quer ter paz, conexão com a natureza, ganhei até um gatinho rsrs. infelizmente o apto não têm fogão convencional e nem micro-ondas, porém têm no espaço aberto, mas o micro-ondas é pequeno e onde tem o fogão é bem esquisito. O lugar trás uma paz imensa, mas têm hóspedes que não respeitam as regras da área da piscina e não tem ninguém pra observar por exemplo: pular na piscina é proibido, som na área é proibido, la é na natureza quem vai é pq quer tranquilidade principalmente para quem tem filhos autistas como no meu caso. Então uma abençoada levou uma caixa de som para área da piscina, o filho estava pulando na piscina e jogando bola dentro da piscina, quando ao lado da piscina tem o local que é justamente para bola, devido à isso tivemos que sair rapidamente da piscina quem tem filho autista sabe como é, fiquei triste pq estão nas regras do condomínio porém nenhum funcionário para garantir que sejam cumpridas, saímos mais cedo devido a isso, pelo lugar eu voltaria mil vezes, mas só quando tiver certeza que as regras da área da piscina sejam cumpridas.

Juliano (7/5): Espero que resolvam isso para que eu possa voltar e aproveitar com mais armonia e aconchego - Da área de lazer e lugar bem confortável apreciável Falta de atendimento a receber o cliente no lugar ,e não instruir pessoalmente onde se localizam os quartos e chaves.o portão de veículos demora muito para fechar que coloca em risco nos clientes,sem nenhum segurança presente anoite , geladeiras desgastadas a pintura e eletroportáteis da coxinha velhos e da área externa da piscina, chuveiro piscina sem a torneira para poder usar ,controle da tv do quarto sem funcionar e verifiquei que existe uma sauna mas não funciona.
