The property is absolutely gorgeous—spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and in a perfect location close to everything. Communication was excellent throughout - super helpful and accommodating, which made everything feel really easy and relaxed. The bed was honestly one of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in, and the whole space felt like a peaceful little retreat. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again! NA

• StuartG. (9/5): Great base to see Byron - The Hideout was a really good stay. It's a 15-20 minute walk into Byron Town centre and we we're able to park right outside. Communication was great with the host both before and during our stay and I knew exactly what to expect, where to go and how to gain access. The unit itself was spacious and super clean. Bed was really comfortable. Separate kitchen and shower area and coffee pods provided. Every thing you need for your stay. No negative points and just a couple of things to be aware of so you can make an informed choice. Parking outside is on the road so you're not guaranteed a spot, but it looks highly likely you'll get one. And there is no outside area to sit. Great AC in the unit means its not an issue, just something to be aware of

• Irene (6/5): Not much sleep, very uncomfortable pillows and bed creaking noise with any movement. - Location was the best. Bed:Awful noise with any movement,pillows were uncomfortable. Mismatched old sheets. Terrible sleeping experience and none had. Coffee machine:Milk frother missing. Had to ask for more toilet paper as only 2 in cupboard, was so embarrassed. Bought our own toilet paper after this incident. No tv, no full length mirror.

• Philipp (10/5): Die beste Unterkunf bisher auf unserer Honeymoonreise - 10/10 vom Bett bis hin zur Küche alles wunderbar. Die Lage ist top in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die Gastgeber kümmern sich super schnell um Anliegen. -

• Uwe (3/5): Kleiner Schock, in einer Garage für 200 Euro zu übernachten. - Kein Frühstück, Lage 1 km vom Zentrum Wir haben die Unterkunft im 3. Anlauf gefunden, weil wir nicht damit gerechnet hatten, in einer ausgebauten Garage für 200 Euro die Nacht zu wohnen.
• Paul (10/5): - This is a gem of place. Really well thought out to get everything in. Nice big shower and well equipped fitted kitchen. Bed very comfy . Place is super clean and looks the part. Really good aircon. Good wifi Although we didnt meet owner we organised early check in which was great. There is small cafe about 20 yards away which is always very busy so must be decent. You are about 1.2 km ? From middle of byron bay so you may want to get taxi home Would deffo come back Nothing really, i suppose a tv would be nice but how long do you spend in appt ?
• Elbourne (8/5): Couple travellers - Great location, very friendly and accommodating host with just a leisurely 5 minute walk into town.
• William (9/5): - The whole set-up was just what we needed. Comfortable, good facilities, useful car-port and a great location (15min walk to the beach, 10 to main street). The host Nina was amazing, on-hand with help when we needed it. A microwave would be useful, and blackout curtains as there was external light.

• Gina (8/5): A lovely private, quiet space. - It´s a great space - looks like a garage from the outside, inside it´s a cozy apartment. Very private, quiet and comfortable with everything you need - kitchenette, sitting area, great shower.

• Larni (3/5): Underwhelming for the price especially after hiking and camping - The location was a good walk to town not more than 5 minutes No TV. Pillows, blankets and mattress need an upgrade. Need somewhere to hang clothes. No water bottles in the fridge just a tiny lonely Long life UHT milk a bit miserly.

Also we believed there was on site parking and were only able to park on the road, which was OK but not as secure. • Louise (10/5): Perfect weekend break - The bed was so comfy! Nice 5/10 min walk into town and a cafe right across the street! Host was also lovely and responsive.
• Genevieve (8/5): Very good - Nice and quiet. Loved the convenient location of the coffee place up on top of the hill. Bed was quite squeaky and didn't look like the bend ends were probably attached. Seemed like it needed re-screwing. Otherwise very comfy.
