The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Xuerui (1/5): Horrible - nothing I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay. I strongly advise against staying here for several critical reasons. Firstly, the air conditioning was broken throughout my stay, despite numerous complaints. For 16 days, my repeated attempts to get the issue resolved were ignored. Alarmingly, I discovered previous guests had reported the same problem long ago, indicating a long-standing issue that the hotel has chosen not to address. The malfunctioning unit also emitted disruptive flickering lights, particularly bothersome at night. Secondly, the Wi-Fi stopped working one day. Upon investigation, I found the battery in the Wi-Fi unit was severely swollen, posing a potential explosion risk. When I reported this to the staff, I was shocked that they expected me to dispose of the hazardous battery myself and provided no assistance in fixing the Wi-Fi, leaving me without internet or air conditioning. Communication with the hotel was frustratingly inefficient. The hotel is operated by a large company, and every time I raised an issue, I was met with platitudes like "we will resolve this promptly" and "we understand your concerns," but no real action was taken. The different departments passed the responsibility around, requiring me to explain my problems repeatedly to different people. Additionally, the hotel's infrastructure was poorly maintained. A large hole in the window screen allowed mosquitoes to enter, causing sleepless nights in sweltering 37-degree heat. The balcony, which could have been charming, was cluttered with construction debris, making it unusable. There was also a large hole in the bedsheet, and when I reported the blanket was too thick, I was told to use the sheet directly instead of being provided a proper solution. Unable to tolerate the situation any longer, I checked out a week early with a lost of around 800 euros with no refund from the company yet.

If I want to return to Milan, I cannot take this apartment again. - A cute apartment large enough for two people, and nothing more beautiful. It is on the eighth floor and there is a beautiful view There is no washing machine to wash clothes for those staying more than three days. I don't recommend it. There is a problem with the entrance door. Sometimes it doesn't work, and it may take five to ten minutes to try. Secondly, I contacted the staff because of this problem. They said that sometimes there is a problem with the door handle. Air conditioners didn't work at all. Firstly, the air conditioner overlooks the bedroom and the hall. I contacted them about this issue, but they told me they couldn't send anyone at the moment because we had ten days in the apartment without air conditioning, and the temperatures were very high. If I want to change the apartment, I cannot import money, and there was a problem in the bathroom at the time of showering. my sister. I tried to solve this problem, and the bedroom is so small that you can't pass through it freely at all
- Kurcubic (5/5): Will not consider again - The location was nice and quite convenient Customer support was too generic, slow, and didn’t help. We didn’t receive the key link on time until we asked and were in front of the building (we were not early for the check in), wifi connection is not stable at all for any work you would want to do in the apartment, the air conditioning did not work on top floor of the building (to which customer support asked if we turned it on?) the light on AC in the bedroom keeps blinking during the night (which we also asked the customer support about and they asked if we tried to turn it off? 😅) All in all the service was not satisfactory.

There is a crazy guy who lives next door to the apartment , he tried to get into our apartament, punching the door , he was toxicated , also the check in took 1 hour and was a bit complicated with their personal app they had , when someone comes for leisure , the check in should be in 10 min max
- Maria (9/5): A very nice little flat! - Very nice and clean, appliances work perfectly, shower was amazing! In a good area with very good connections to central parts of Milan. Just a minor thing, the blind in the sitting room was broken, but as we were mostly out it didn't matter much.
