- Hyeeun (10/5): I really enjoyed staying here and would love to stay again in the future. - The accommodation was in a great location and very easy to reach from the airport. It was also close to the subway station and convenience stores, which made getting around Tokyo very convenient. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious by Tokyo standards. The check-in process was a little confusing. The check-in pad said that the room passcode had been sent, but we had already received it in advance by email/message, so we were unsure if we needed to do anything else.

- Karen (8/5): Très bon hôtel pour arriver sur Tokyo et commencer notre voyage tranquillement. - Hôtel bien placé, à 5/10 min de la station d’Asakusa. La chambre est très bien pour deux et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Le lit était très confortable. Les hôtes répondent très vite aux messages. La chambre était propre dans l’ensemble mais un petit coup d’aspirateur en plus aurait été apprécié. Rien de gênant néanmoins.
- Joan (8/5): - The staff response quickly when I ask to reclean our room. The bathroom is quite big and has seperate toilet and bath. It's near 7 eleven, train and bus station. Has a peaceful neighborhood. Along the street you can see the skytree. The Self check in is quite hard to use.

- 舒晴 (4/5): - 空間寬敞 位置方便 1）退房後無法寄放行李，會提供車站付費locker的資訊，但是訂房資訊頁寫24小時行李寄放，我詢問後工作人員說退房後不提供，之後要入住的旅客如果有退房行李寄放的需求，可能要注意一下 2）自助check-in手續讓人困擾，平板速度緩慢，當天有兩組房客要入住就遇到困難，隔天出門又看到另外一組房客要入住也遇到困難，雖然平板上有與工作人員通話按鈕，但是打過去是常常沒有人會接聽的 3）入住後反應房間沒有吹風機，只能用訊息跟工作人員溝通，來來回回提供房間各個角落照片證明房間內真的沒有吹風機，雖然最後工作人員給了對面房間的密碼，讓我去拿對面房間裡的吹風機來使用，但是卻浪費了一個半小時用訊息跟email在那邊來回溝通，本來想晚上散步去晴空塔走走，整個心情都被打壞了，而且對於工作人員提出可能放吹風機地點覺得不可思議，吹風機不是應該放在固定位置嗎？如果真的可能放置在洗衣機上方櫥櫃或馬桶上面櫃子等不應該出現吹風機的角落，實在會讓人覺得放在這邊是找房客麻煩還是找自己麻煩呢？ 4）房內有洗衣機但是無提供洗衣精，有評論寫有提供，應該是上一組房客像我們一樣買了沒用完就留給下一組房客使用

Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am is very ridiculous !!! U could proceed early check in or late check out with a high additional charge and this is really not welcome for long haul travellers !!! Better looking for other options if u need a better friendly policies. No change of bath sheets and hand towels for 7 days, so poor housekeeping.

The property is also within walking distance of Asakusa, Sumida River, Senso-ji and Oshiage (Tokyo Skytree). Surrounded by nearby establishments, including 7-Eleven and Lawson. There’s a nearby Matsuya which is open even late at night and more restaurants for foodies. There’s a mini playground nearby too! And few steps away from a tax free shop with super cheap body shower gel, beauty products, toiletries and more. The unit is well-equipped with complete amenities such as a microwave, kettle, and mini kitchen. The bathtub is a great feature-especially for families with toddlers, perfect for a relaxing bath . Spacious and excellent value for money. Thoughtful extras like an umbrella for rainy days make the stay even more comfortable. I just find the tablet a little confusing. But i don’t bother. Good stay overall

- Dra Mercedes (1/5): Pésima experiencia - Al llegar al hostel, luego de un día de vuelo con mi familia, llame y escribí para solicitar ayuda con el selfi check in y nadie respondió. No pude dormir en el hostel. Pague $75 de taxi de ida y $75 de regreso al aeropuerto para tratar de solucionar desde allá. Al día siguiente, tampoco respondieron ni a la oficina de información del aeropuerto. Nos devolvieron el dinero, pero no los $150 de taxi. Pésima experiencia de bienvenida.

- Judy (8/5): Staying a couple days - Before getting there I got messages on how to get into the place, rules, wifi, etc. Doing the check-in and check out was super easy, I didn't had any issues! It was an amazing location, close to Tokyo Skytree you can get there walking a couple minutes. A lot of convenience stores, restaurants, cafes. The place was comfortable, the beds were soft, the shower had hot water, it was quiet even when going upstairs and you are able to watch the cable TV, or you can connect a game console to play videogames. There was dust on the couch and some other areas of the kitchen/living room. It's small if you're thinking of bringing a huge luggage takes too much space and it'sbette ryo open one by one, it's better a carry on, you ca open 2 at the same time. Maybe to someone could be annoying, when when opening/closing the door it locks fast or you need to pull hard to open.

- Kanokwan (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr praktisch und funktional durchdacht. Der Aufbau des Zimmers war sinnvoll gestaltet, sodass alles gut nutzbar war. Zudem war alles sauber und gepflegt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die ruhige Lage, die für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gesorgt hat. Der Sanitärbereich (Toilette, Bad und Waschbereich) war sehr kalt, da sich dieser offenbar nicht ausreichend beheizen ließ – im Gegensatz zum Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Zudem gab es Probleme beim automatischen Check-in: Der Zugangscode funktionierte zeitweise nicht, wodurch es zu Verzögerungen beim Betreten des Zimmers kam. In unserem Fall mussten wir etwa 30 Minuten warten.

- Takashi (7/5): おおよそ期待どおりだったが、清潔に対する感覚に個人差？ - 泊まった３人で点付けしたところ、１０点中８、７，４と評価が分かれました。平均をとって６とさせていただこうと思いましたが、２人はまだ未成年なので２人の平均点から平均をとって、ホステル＝ホテルでない、好立地にあって割安な宿泊費など費用対効果も考えて7とさせていただきます。 室内ゆったりしていてくつろげました。 冷蔵庫が大きくてよかったです。（冷凍スペースで氷も作れた）。 持参した洗濯ロープと携帯ハンガーに、ホステル据え置きのハンガー（８本くらい？）を使って洗濯も乾燥もできました（浴室乾燥機もフル活用）。夏場の湿気がすごくて毎日洗濯が必要な状況だったので本当に助かりました。アメニティのバスタオルも毎日洗って使っていました（当方３泊でしたが、バスタオルは一人２枚分置いてありました）。 コンビニのセブンイレブンが徒歩３分以内にあって大変便利でしたし、安心感がありました。 今回、こちらのホステルの予約を決めた理由は「浅草寺、東京スカイツリーともに徒歩１５分圏内」という立地を重視したものでした。観光客で混雑していない早朝の浅草寺散策を３日間毎日できることを楽しみにしていましたが、実際は雨天が続いたことが災いして、最終日チェックアウトした後にようやく雷門を訪れた次第です。。。東京スカイツリーも、早朝予約で人の少ない展望台を堪能しようと思っていたものの、折からの雨続きで450ｍの天望回廊に雲がかかるレベルになっていて、おそらく曇っていて眺望が良くない、というか見えない・・・ということで、予約をキャンセル。これもまたチェックアウト後に当日券で昇ることになりました（この日も麻布台ヒルズの横に見えるはずの東京タワーが曇って見えないレベルでした）。でも、ソラマチでの買い物を２回楽しむことができ、土産物購入には困りませんでした。 清潔に関する感覚の違いが出やすいのかなと思いました。許せる範囲かそうでないか、みたいな。このホステルは営業開始から２～３年でまだまだ築浅なので清潔なのはある意味当然です。ですが、今後どうなるのか気になるところです。 まず、１階エントランスが臭かったと、同伴者らそろって不満を言っていました。室内はそうではなかったし（そうだったら評価はもっと低くなっていたでしょう）、エントランスなんて通り過ぎるだけですから私はさほど気にしなかったんですが、確かに臭い消し用なのか香料の臭いのようなものが使われているようでした。もしも改善可能ならよろしくお願いします。 また、室内の床が汚かったと不満を口にしています。ですがこれも私は気になりませんでした。「まあこんなものだろう」と。 ただし、浴室の清掃が不十分には感じました。チェックイン当日、浴槽の表面見ると、ところどころに水滴の乾燥跡が見られました。また、洗い場側の排水口にあきらかに黒い髪がべっちり残っていました。これらを見て、清潔という評価多いけどやっぱこの程度なんやな、とは思いました（ホテルと同じことを求めてはいけないのかもしれませんが普通のビジネスホテルなら処理されてあるはず）。 浴室洗い場にお風呂用のイスがないのが嫌だと、同伴者が言っていましたが、まあこれも置いとくと掃除してないと汚れがどんどん酷くなりますし、設置すべきかは難しいところですね。外国では立ってシャワーするからイスは要らないんだと思うのですが、日本人のフロ文化との違いですね。全体に浴槽周りの清掃がどうかなあとは気になりました（家でフロ掃除担当しているからかもしれませんが）。 あと、トイレの流れがあまり良くない作りになっているのかなと思いました（排水パイプがゆるやかな下りになっていてドカッとは排便が流れなさそう）。そのため子供が流しそこねた大便がその後なかなか流れず難渋しました（自宅と同様、水は流したもののうまく流れなかったらしく、気づかずそのままトイレを出た。後で入った私が見てびっくり、みたいな）。しかし、ここのトイレ、たまたまなのかトイレブラシとトイレ洗剤が常設してあってそれらを駆使して最後は流れました。トイレブラシとトイレ洗剤が置いてあるのは不測に便器を汚した際のサービスなのか、排水パイプが緩やかだからなのかはわかりません。

The towels are not soft anymore. Maybe it's time to replace them 😉

- CHENG-KAI (7/5): 交通非常便利，生活機能佳的住宿地點，值得再次入住 - 1.走3分鐘會到本所無妻橋站A0出口剛好是電梯，對於行李箱大的住客很友善. 2.有先線上登記入住資訊的話，現場前台大約5分鐘就能完成入住登記，入住後有電梯非常棒，床很乾淨很舒適，2人房整體空間還夠用. 3.對面街道有7-11的後門，走3分鐘附近路口有小超市，走10分鐘有大超市，地點非常方便. 4.窗戶能看到晴空塔. 1.穿鞋子不能進室內能理解，但是穿脫鞋的地方極度狹小，對於體型大的人較不方便，得半開大門穿鞋. 2.入住後沙發靠窗的位置很明顯有灰塵，不過不影響使用. 3. 管理方應該要設個提醒：浴室與廁所開起換氣前，要打開窗戶，不然大門會被吸住沒辦法開啟，我想大多數房客都會遇到.

- Yan (10/5): A pleasant experience, if I visit Tokyo next time in the same area, will stay here again. - The room is well designed with everything you need. We’ve stayed here for four nights. The room is clean, beds are comfortable and the bathroom dry function is excellent. The place is located in a quiet area but close to convenience store and subway station, and is 15 minutes walk to Senso-ji Temple and 10 minutes walk to Skytree. The room is a little bit small, but it’s in Tokyo so wouldn’t complain.

- LING CHUN (10/5): 民宿離淺草線的本所吾妻橋站走路只要5分鐘，sky access每天有幾班車直達，車站A0及A5出口有電梯，不用扛行李走樓梯真的好方便。 床跟枕頭都很軟有些人可能不習慣，但我覺得還好，每天都一覺到天亮，民宿位於住宅區晚上很安靜。 整體來說覺得 - 地點 沒有。
- Hsiang Li (10/5): - 最滿意的是住宿業者非常積極處理浴缸和洗手槽阻塞的問題。今天反映、明天回來就全部修好了，這點真的讓人很放心、很滿意！房內設施都很新，空間也算大。床偏軟，如果不習慣太軟的旅客可能會覺得不太舒服，但我自己覺得非常好睡！ 台灣人推薦🇹🇼🇹🇼 一番満足した点は、浴槽と洗面台の詰まりを宿泊業者の方がとても迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくれたことです。今日伝えたところ、翌日戻った時にはすべて直っていて、本当に安心できました。 お部屋の設備は新しく、スペースも十分広いです。ベッドは柔らかめで、柔らかいベッドが苦手な方には少し合わないかもしれませんが、私はとても寝心地が良かったです。 整體來說幾乎都很好，推薦推推！ 從飯店走路到淺草大約 15 分鐘，算是方便；不過離本所吾妻橋站稍微有點距離，步行約 7 分鐘。剛好遇上東京寒流，拖著行李走回飯店會有點累。 🇹🇼 全体的にほとんど良くて、とてもおすすめです！ ホテルから浅草までは徒歩約15分で便利ですが、本所吾妻橋駅までは少し距離があり、徒歩で約7分ほどかかります。ちょうど東京の寒波に当たってしまい、スーツケースを引きながらホテルへ戻るのは少し大変でした。

- Hung Yang (9/5): - 旅店離地鐵站很近，走5分鐘就到了，記得從A0出口，這是唯一有電梯且最近的出口。旅店附近有一間便利商店，很方便。旅店內空間雖然小，但住兩人綽綽有餘，住三人稍微擁擠。廚房的設備齊全，雖然我們住7晚，僅用到冰箱、微波爐、熱水壺。垃圾分類很清楚，有分瓶罐類、塑膠（非寶特瓶）、寶特瓶、可燃垃圾共四種，夠大夠裝。浴室旁邊也有洗衣機，洗完可以直接晾在浴室，開乾燥功能，隔天早上幾乎就乾了。 WiFi 太慢，幾乎等於沒有網路。 床太軟，個人覺得不舒服。

- Serge (8/5): - Grandeur de la chambre. Tranquillité des lieux. 2 séjours à trois semaines d'intervalles. Chambre 302 et 405. La chambre 405 n’était pas d’une propreté irréprochable, le plancher n’était pas propre et la douche non plus. C’est un endroit équipé pour cuisiner mais il n’est pas très bien équipé en couvert. Pas de coupe à vin ni de verre.
