- Emma (8/5): Staff are the highlight of this hotel. So kind and helpful! - Staff were very kind and helpful Rooms are so small. Just two small shower towels provided and no floor towels. Lower floor rooms can hear all the noise from traffic so it can be hard to sleep.

- Riley Wallace (10/5): Exceptional service and hospitality - The helpful/friendliness of the reception you receive its outstanding if you want a stress free stay book here I was abit short on money as I needed to transfer they let me stay until I sorted my funds as a solo traveler first timer it was excellent the air conditioning is out standing commimg back from outside in the humidity to the almost winter like temperature the air-conditioning has is outstanding its affordable and welcoming I extended my stay another night they had no fuss about it if you want outstanding hospitality I recommend the nexus hotel less than a minute away from good coffee, pho and just culture in general I recommend here Slight leak in the toilet, but that's understandable. I get that back in my own country. it's never perfect, but it sure feels like it The balcony is more a ledge but it makes you feel more confined to the environment it made me admire the street side and bustling city

- Rhyan (10/5): - The room is quite large and well decorated, while also being clean and well-kept. The location is good, with many cafes in the area and being easy to get to as its on the main road. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and were proactive in making sure that my stay was the best it could be. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel is on a main road that sees heavy traffic in the morning, so it can get loud in the mornings. However, that's just the norm of being in HCM, so it wasn't a big deal.

The room was quiet and had excellent air-conditioning which was essential during the heatwave and we slept well. We liked the atmosphere in this neighbourhood. There are many restaurant with in walking distance. Everything we could need was in the room, spotless and very comfortable.

And the room was nice and clean and cosy. The rooms are a little makeshift. That's not to say they're uncomfortable as they're pretty cosy but they are a little pieced together like a mix matched jigsaw in some parts. Otherwise it's really nice !

I rented a scooter and the tiny parking fills up quickly. I got lucky not to have to park across the busy street but can imagine it could be if there were more guest. It’s a small thing but that’s the only small downside I could think off.

Our bathroom got clogged but the staff were very responsive and humble to accommodate us

The iced coffees in the lobby were really good and loved that they served in paper cups, no plastic! The neighborhood is still central and easy to get around and loved being just outside of the touristy area. Easy to catch a taxi and a short walk to so many cool bars/restaurants. Jade Emperor Pagoda is around the corner. There were no areas to put your suitcase/spread out for a few days. The road outside of the hotel is super busy and intimidating to walk across. Not a fault of the hotel.
