• Claire (10/5): - Excellent location close to all sights of interest,the beach and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Very clean and comfortable, easy check in process with really responsive staff.Roof terrace is a lovely place to relax and spend time and really makes the stay.Also very reasonable price! Nothing.

• Sabine (7/5): - Lage war sehr gut Dachterrasse angenehm Es war nicht sehr sauber Der Kontakt war anfangs schwierig,das mag aber daran gelegen haben,dass es der erste Tag des Angestellten war. Preis zu hoch für den Standard,aber vielleicht lag es an Santa Semana
• Annette (6/5): - Die Lage ist zentral, das Apartment war frisch gereinigt (noch nasse Böden, als wir nachmittags um 17 Uhr ankamen), sauber und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt sehr ruhig. Es gab Kaffeekapseln und Duschgel. Die Kommunikation erfolgte rein automatisiert, Zugangsinformationen recht kurzfristig. Schlüsselabholung an einem anderen Platz, ca. 15 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt - wenn man mit Gepäck ankommt, geht man erst zur Abholstation, dann zum Apartment; man sollte dafür Zeit einplanen Die Treppe in Haus in den 3. Stock ist gemeingefährlich: enges Treppenhaus, ungleiche Stufen, Geländer kaputt. Mit Gepäck nur für fitte Leute möglich. Das Apartment ist recht feucht, eine Wand war sogar richtig nass.
• Mª Ángeles (5/5): Salubridad cuestionable - La ubicación El apartamento tenía humedad por casi todas las paredes y restos de material caído sobre los muebles de la cocina. Desde el punto de vista de la salubridad no daba seguridad.
• Marieke (9/5): Fantastisch! - De locatie is middenin de oude stad, dichtbij alles. De buitenruimtes zijn fantastisch! Uitzicht op zee en de kathedraal Enige minpunt: geen passpiegel en plek om spullen in badkamer om je spullen neer te zetten.
• Thomas (5/5): - Tolle Lage, Funktionelle Wohnung mit schöner Dachterrasse in altem Haus. Wohnung war kleiner als erwartet. Bei der persönlichen Übergabe wurde keine Infos weitergegeben (Wlan Passwort, Bedienung TV, Elektro, etc. ) Die Zimmer und das Bad waren nicht sauber geputzt (schmutzig, Haare, Tiere, etc.). Der Herd ist zu kompliziert zu bedienen. Das Küchentuch ist zu klein zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs (kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden). Man hätte sich etwas mehr Mühe geben können mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung.

• Ewa (10/5): The best roof terrace! - The location and the view from the roof terrace are insane. The apartment is basic but very clean and comfy. Very clear check in instructions. Great value for money!
• Alyce (10/5): A great apartment in a perfect location - Perfect location, modern clean apartment, comfy bed, great shower, with an amazing roof top private terrace. Yes, it is up 60 steps on a narrow internal stairway with no lift BUT this is to be expected and well worth it if you wish to stay in a traditional Spanish building, in a perfectly located back street, overlooking the Cathedral, with a sea view and a glimpse of the Roman Theatre! Some of the crockery wasn't clean, not a major problem as we just washed what we used.
• Maria (8/5): - Location, terrace, AC, nice rooms, comfy beds. Very narrow staircase to the apartment, hard to get upstairs with heavy or bulky suitcases. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The other issue we had was clogged pipes in the shower but the building manager took care of it quickly and José Luis, the plumber, fixed it for the rest of our stay.

• Marcus (8/5): Very nice place. Lovely terrace - Roof terrace was fantastic. Apartment was comfortable, well equipped and in a great area. Single bed in second room is pretty narrow. I received a message asking me to contact the host if I needed anything. When I did so, I got no reply.

• Byrnes (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location. Huge roof terrace overlooking the cathedral and city. Large modern apartment with lovely kitchen and bathroom. Home from home. Light airy and very clean. Definitely recommend.
• Matthew (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed with my wife here and we had a fantastic stay. The location is great, right in the heart of Cadiz so surrounded by amazing bars, restaraurants and shops. After a long day of tourism, we would finish each day by having a glass of wine on the terrace which was perfect, with views over the cathedral and was gorgeous while watching the sunset. The apartment was very clean, modern and had all the amenities that we needed for a perfect stay. Would highly recommend, communication was very straight forward, as was picking the keys up. A slight bit of noise could be heard from the street, but nothing to impede a good nights sleep.
