• Guest (4/5): Pas top! Bruyant et mal équipé! - Appartement pas très loin du centre-ville et des différents musée. Une des chambres donnait sur la rue et il y a un restaurant bruyant en face, à quelques mètres! Donc sommeil difficile à trouver avant minuit et réveil vers 5h00 du matin à cause du passage (voitures, motos, piétons). Dans le logement: - pas de balai ni pelle ni serpillère! - torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle qui n'absorbait pas l'eau!!! Heureusement que nous avions emmener 2 VRAIS torchons! - 4 petites cuillères pour....4 personnes! - hotte aspirante et néon au dessus du plan de travail menaçaient de tomber! - tringle pour poser les serviettes mal fixée (pas de vis d'arrêt ce qui fait qu'elle tombait régulièrement!) - mauvaise régulation de l'eau chaude (pas de thermostat sur le robinet de douche et sur le robinet de l'évier). - balcon sale et odeurs d'égout qui remontent. - 1 seul jeu de clefs pour 2 couples soit 1 jeu pour 4 personnes!
• Luca (10/5): Ottimo appartamentino nel cuore di firenze - Posizione centralissima. Con pochi minuti a piedi sei completamente nel centro di firenze. Doppia camera da letto e doppio bagno. Bello. Unica pecca, sei impossibilitato ad aprire le finestre dato il caldo perché pieno di zanzare. Occorrebbero delle zanzariere.
• Pino (9/5): Great place great location. Just needs Airconditioning - The property is in a fantastic location. It’s a great place to stay for a small family. Needs Airconditioning. We stayed there when the weather was hot and it was hard sleeping as the rooms were so warm. Definitely needs Airconditioning. With Airconditioning it would make it a perfect stay.

• Emmanuel (8/5): Very good - Very good location, quiet and close to city center. Filippo is very welcoming and reactive. The apartment is very clean, well equiped. Still during august very hot period, a bit hot as there is no air conditioning, as clearly stated on the description.
• Sean (10/5): Florence is great and this apartment is a great place to stay to see it. - Location was great, very central to historical sites, restaurants and convenience stores. Large living space- for Italy, very comfortable. It is an older building and you have to expect that some of the facilities are going to be not exactly perfect. The kitchenette is very small so you won't be cooking big dinners here. The bathrooms are tiny and you have to manoeuvre around them a bit. These are minor inconveniences compared with the great location and the comfortable space.

• Ian (9/5): Great location in a very comfortable flat; close to the centre but still peaceful. - Great location on the south side of river, but easily walkable to the centre. Cafes and restaurants close by as well as some sights - eg very convenient for the walk up to Piazzale Michelangelo. Very comfortable flat for a family of four to stay in. Good communication with the owners. It's possible to cook meals there, on a nice induction hob, though the kitchen was a little small, without an extractor fan, or kitchen towels.

• Samia (10/5): Our stay in Firenze - Hello the place is well located and very clean. We had an easy communication with the owner. I recommend it to anyone wanted a nice place in Firenze. If you have a car not easy to park.
