• Chantal (8/5): - Mooi zwembad, mooie complex, betaalbaar restaurant en mooie omgeving.
• Andrew (9/5): - The room they gave us, didn't have a balcony but upon telling them they moved us to one that did.Jorge came and moved our stuff to the new room. Then we discovered the restaurant was very reasonable Not sure if any thing but there was no where for suitcases in the room or to sit ,in the room, two chairs on balcony.
• Silvia López (9/5): - La atención del personal que nos atendió y la comida excepcionales. Me encantó la presentación que contrataron de algumos personajes de la farándula alrededor de la piscina. El ambiente súper alegre. Además dejé mi tablet y el administrador muy amable y diligente me la envió por Correos de Costa Rica y me llegó en perfecto estado. Dentro de las habitaciones la limpieza impecable, no obstante fuera de ellas se siente un olorcillo a orines y/o caquillas de gatito.
• patrick (8/5): Rustig en mooi verblijf met groot zwembad, uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding - Prima ontbijt met oa vers gemaakte wafels. Mooie kamers met airco en sommige met een balkonnetje. Erg goed restaurant. Groot en proper zwembad. niets
• Alejandro (7/5): - Odio amor, mucha naturaleza y paz pero al ingresar a terceros a la piscina y crear eventos muy ruidosos, se pierde esa armonía El personal muy lento, pasan hablando entre ellos y no están atentos si se necesita algo (restaurante)

• Gerard (9/5): Pour notre équipe de 6 amis une très belle étape sur la longue route entre Uvita et Cahuita - L’emplacement, le confort des chambres, la piscine avec un très bon restaurant et du personnel attentionné et accueillant 👍 Demander une chambre côté piscine car l’autre côté le chien du voisin est un peu bruyant 😜
• Antonio (5/5): Hotel bien, restaurante mal y cambió toda la experiencia. - El servicio de la chica quien nos recibio, trato totalmente diferente al del tipo que nos trato mal en el restaurante por la noche. El servicio del salonero por la noche (barra), fue despectivo y horrible, no conoce absolutamente nada acera de servicio al cliente. Y el administrador de las disculpas no pasó, tan siquiera tomar acción después de lo mencionado.

• Patricia (8/5): Loved the property… just not Sundays. - Beautiful property. Grounds and buildings well kept. Restaurant/ Bar onsite very convenient especially as the setting made you wish to stay. Also a good location for day trips. While I applauded the management for their creativity to bring business and support the property; we were not expecting what Sunday brought to the peace we had been experiencing. Again, I applaud the management; yet would have appreciated notice of the loud noise and activity that comes about on Sunday (maybe only during busy season?? Not sure). They have a very nice pool area that is also open to the public for a fee. Apparently on Sundays MANY local families come to enjoy …and very loud music is a part of that. Okay.. that ends. Yet also… the next phase is karaoke Sunday nights. All in all, loved the stay. Personally, I would avoid a Sunday stay. That is just my voice however.

• Rivera (8/5): Very pleasant stay. Very pleasant staff. - Great restaurant & breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. A few tweaks could really bump up comfort and presentation - simple things like nightstands with side lamps, towel racks, toilet paper holder. refresh window treatments, rearrange awkward furniture layout. Upgrade towels and linens. Beautiful grounds, entrance and restaurant. Pool was being refurbished with swim-up bar, so unfortunately not available during our stay.

• Dave (1/5): Booking confirmed but hotel shut! - Booked and had my booking confirmed by the hotel but on arrival the hotel was closed. Had to cast around, after dark, to find another hotel. Very poor.
• Chris (2/5): Lost in the dark. - We couldn't find this place it's not in Google maps, they dont have a website as far as i can tell. The phone number listed in the reservation was incorrect ( this is probably booking.com fault) but was very frustrating when you are driving in circles on bumpy dirt roads. We ended up just finding another hotel. When I complained about it to them they gave me attitude that several other people were able to find them. Well im guessing they weren't driving around in the dark with bad gps coordinates for an hour. I feel like this was booking.com issue but the hotel should check to see if they are providing the correct information. Or like i said use technology like google location and real website so people can find them. My girlfriend is local to the area and even she couldnt figure out where this place was. I cant speak to the quality of this place, it looks nice if you can find it!
• Claudia (10/5): Was simply expecting a clean place with a pool to run off two days but absolutely LOVED the place. - Nicely surprised at the nicety of everything, especially since the date was good thursdayfriday, when everything is closed in CR and whatever is not closed wishes to be, lol. Very nice service, great place. Enjoyed it a lot and will return. Liked everything. I would only maybe adjust the choice in pool music lol. But it was over by 6 pm.
• Heidi (8/5): Excellent, except for the reservation mixup - When we arrived, the staff did not have our reservation. In their book our reservation had been cancelled, although we never cancelled our reservation. Luckily, they were able to accomodate us, and we only had to ask 2 students if they could share a double bed.
• Happytraveler (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely grounds, no mosquitos, river below. Checkin and checkout is liberal, not at exact times as written. Very tasty breakfast. Hosts very nice. Parking easy. They do accept credit cards. Took awhile to program the Roku TV to get into my Netflix account. Quite small room with only one bedside stand and only outlet in the bathroom.
