• FABRICIO (10/5): - ‐ Matteo e Duccio foram muito atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Seja no check in antecipado, ou nas dúvidas sobre a cidade: transporte, estacionamento, ztl, etc. - Apartamento muito bem equipado, não senti falta de nenhum item durante a estadia. - Apartamento muito bem localizado, não utilizei nem carro, nem transporte público para chegar aos locais históricos. Mercado e uma padaria bem próximos. - Além da limpeza, outro fator positivo foi tranquilidade e a ausência de barulho no local. Nada, tudo perfeito!

• jeromeg (10/5): Florence en couleur. - Hôte acceuillant et serviable . Parking à 14€ la journée à 1km. Appartement proche à 20min à pieds du centre où sinon en bus. Appartement complet avec tout ce qu'il faut. Calme pour la nuit et climatisé. Rien.
• Maple (10/5): Recommended for couples and family with small kids. - The apartment is well maintained, clean and spacious. The location is in a quiet area not far from the centre and busstop. The host, Matteo is really friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the ground floor, easy to access. -

• Silke (8/5): - Kleine gemütliche Wohnung. Dom etc. gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz schnell gefunden- weißer Bereich = kostenlos. Dusche: Fugen, Abdichtung und Fußmatte muss erneuert werden!

• Arsenii (9/5): Great apartment in a very quiet area. - Just a 20-minute walk to the main sights in the city center. The place had everything we needed for cooking and a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant.

Also, thanks for letting us leave the luggage after checkout! It smelled a bit musty; the sofa not very comfy. The outdoor yard could be cleaned and taken care of- it would be much nicer!
• Ivan (10/5): Nice apartment, great, central location - We had a very nice stay. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Everyone loved it! Both the bed and couch were comfortable for sleeping. There are cafes, bakeries and grocery stores in the area. On Friday there was a loud party in the building but nothing ear plugs can’t block.
• Charlotte (10/5): Home away from home in Firenze! - I booked this property at the last minute while traveling. I wanted something outside the city center to be closer to family and I could not have asked for a more perfect location. Right next to Bar Donatello, this unit was on the first floor (yay for no stairs!) and was beautiful. The furniture was comfy, it had a washing machine, and while I didn’t need it, I was glad it had a kitchen. I had enough room to spread out, I had all the amenities, and I felt very safe. This is reachable from both the airport and the train - about a 10 minute walk to Firenze Campo Marte (maybe 15 if rolling luggage) and an easy bus ride and short walk from Firenze SMN. You could walk that if you feel like it. I found it very easy to walk to everything I wanted to see in Florence from here. It’s a peaceful walk to the river and to the Duomo. Not a long walk to get to any of it and I’m a slow mover. If you need a place that feels like home, a place that’s clean and well maintained, and has everything you need to reset on your travels, this is it. I appreciate how quick the hosts were to respond and how they were able to adapt to my travel schedule to give me the keys and show me around. So much better than a hotel experience. Everything here was great. There was nothing that was missing.
