• Sherry (3/5): - Great location, nice views. The cleaning fee was higher than the cost to rent the room, however I can promise you there was not $150 worth of cleaning done in that apartment for some time. There was dried up corn on the main bedroom floor and hairs in the bed (linen not changed from previous guest). There are some maintenance issues that require attention too.

• Gottfried (9/5): Aufenthalt gelungen. - Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, sogar Geschirrspüler und großer Kühlschrank, bequeme Betten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für uns mit einer Übernachtung nicht gut aufgrund der Reinigungskosten. Bei einem Aufenthalt von mehrere Tagen ist das in Ordnung.

• Jana (10/5): The stay was great. We had a wonderful time. We are planning to go back in winter - They give you a code via web & email, very easy. I did not need to meet anyone or going to reception and wait there the beds were quite soft
• Kurt (10/5): This place was fantastic in every way and it was a great value. - The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the location was ideal, the hot tub in the common area was fantastic after a day of skiing. The whole check in/check out process was simple and smooth. no complaints
• Sidhusir (1/5): Overly priced rundown suite that has a lot of concealer to make it appear like it's ok quality. - The location was ok but you did need to drive to get anywhere like the ski hill, village shops etc. They had a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Had to go to a different location than our actual facility to register/check-in and collect the key codes...prefer dealing directly with the property that I am going to be staying at as I know I will get quiker service & response when needed. If I had known this property was being managed by a third party I would have avoided booking it! This should be made more clear in the property description on Booking .com for your customers! As for the property itself we were extremely disappointed as the owners/property management have allowed this suite to become like a 2* facility as it is completely outdated to be charging the type of money that was charged; *small 36" tv *fireplace which doesn't work so we had to take our ski clothing to the laundry facility to dry every day *shower curtain that doesn't even cover the full length of the shower *no flipper/spatula in the kitchen to flip food like eggs & pancakes which we had bought to make here *there was no complimentary coffee or tea plus there was no extra bedding (duvet/blanket) for the pull out sofa bed - housekeeping explained that they had left these items there prior to the previous tenant who stayed for just one night but they should have checked while cleaning the facility to confirm *one of the bath towels had a hole in it *checkout time of 10am is completely ridiculous for people that are on holidays *the frying pans are such lousy quality even though they do suffice, for what they are charging everything there should be upscale & not dollar store quality *the bed mattress was super soft and very uncomfortable and the pull out sofa bed appeared very old and squeaky & had to sleep on it in the opposite direction because it was slanted down *the soap & shampoo should be of better quality plus some hand lotion which wasn't provided
• Ttnc (3/5): May not consider WB Vacation Rentals nor room #441 again, unless changes in check-in and update room - in Aspens lodging Check in process was cumbersome, has to walk all the way to Whistler Village Deer Lodge to physically receive access code and sign more paperwork. Whistler Premier and other property management of Aspens just sent digital communication, etc. The room is dated. The toilet refills very slow, had to wait to flush. The dishwasher is not washing well
• Legrand (8/5): If you charge rates like this, the service has to be there. The host is very inattentive - The host is not attentive. The check in process was not sent to me and it was a bit of a debacle getting checked in. My phone died and I was locked out of my room with no code. It took me 3 hours to find a way to get in. There is no lockout process or assistance available.. The fireplace was also broken. I was told that someone wohod come to fix it, but nobody came and there was no follow up from the host
