- Andreas (8/5): Immer wieder gerne - Die FeWo liegt in der 9. Etage, mit Blick auf den Fluss und in die Ferne. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, alles funktionierte, nachdem man herausbekommen hat, wie... Die Lage ist gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Innenstadt, Hafen, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe war zwar unkomplizert, aber wir mussten zunächst noch an eine andere Adresse fahren, an der der Schlüssel hinterlegt war. Eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Herd wäre hilfreich (an dieser Stelle: Er funktioniert, wenn die Zeitschaltuhr eingeschaltet wurde). Das Duschbad ist wirklich klein.

- Crawford (8/5): Great balcony and view, nice workable space - Excellent balcony overlooking the river and all the boat traffic. And a usable balcony as well, places to sit and relax outside. Comfy beds and comforters for warm weather. Stove top has some issues, left front burner won't go high, and rear right not working. Otherwise all appliances great, and a very competent washing machine!
