The location was excellent and it exceeded our expectations! Being able to pay for a late check out was an added bonus! We have no bad things to say about the apartments - they were fantastic! Maybe another full length mirror in the second bedroom, extra pillows for those that wanted 2, but that’s just being picky!

The area was quiet and safe and a short walk to the main square. The TV was set so low I could only lipread. The controller was not the one that came with the TV. As I was on my own, I wanted to watch TV in the evenings. I found this frustrating. I'm not deaf, but the sound was imperceptible.

- Lorraine (9/5): New apartment close to the beach! - The location is amazing if you love the beach. The front door is approx 50 metres from the boardwalk in La Cala which is a fantastic amenity. The communication with the hosts was really easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We had a nice terrace where you could have a meal or sit and read for a while. We will definitely try to stay here again. The beds were OK but not super comfortable. A sun lounger for the terrace would have been great.

La zona es tranquila. Y en minutos andando todos los restaurantes y ocio. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo, con todo el menaje necesario. El trato del personal muy agradable. Lo que no nos gustó es el mal olor de las cañerías, es abrir la puerta y da un olor desagradable. La tapa del wc estaba rota. Y por la noche los aires acondicionados de los vecinos que dan al patio interior es muy molesto, estábamos en el bajo y abrimos los balcones porque no nos hizo falta el aire y no fue agradable a la hora de dormir.

Didn’t hear any noise from other apartments in the building which was good. There was no coffee machine even though it was listed in the facilities. There was a coffee pot but this isn’t the same. Only two towels supplied. Think there should be more.

Loved the way you have codes rather than a key you can lose to get into the property. We don't like to eat out all of the time, it would have been handy to have an oven rather than just a hob and microwave.

Clean with all the equipment you would need for your stay. We had a problem with the shower screen and it was promptly repaired. The beds could be modernised. The frames were very squeaky and noisey when moving around.

- Davis-birch (8/5): Great location - Great location, easy controls to get into the apartment, well equipped kitchen (however no oven) however we always planned to go out for meals. Cleaning lady was lovely and friendly. There are some great places to eat in La Cala so make sure you go out and enjoy the area The whole apartment is like an ikea showroom, and the sofas need a repair, we had two apartments as there was 7 of us, as it was a family holiday and both sofas has ripped, looks like they have tried to fix them before but may be worth just buying a better quality sofa. But other then the sofa the apartment was nice :)

- Leon (7/5): Fijne locatie. - Het was zeer schoon. De bedden ook prima! Locatie, heel centraal. Dichtbij het strand. Goede host. Er was geen koffieapparaat!!! Alleen een mocca. Te weinig handdoeken. Synthetisch dekbedovertrek en lakens. Echt niet fijn. Te broeierig. Te afgelast. 3 messen, lepels etc. Er ontbrak een flesje olijfolieen een wastab voor de wasmachine . Het zou gastvrij zijn als je ontvangen wordt met een fles water en een flesje wijn. Verder was het heel sfeerloos.

- James (5/5): Location made up for our stay. - Location Noise from other apartments. Aircon didn’t work very well and wouldn’t stay on. TV, lack of channels, especially English. Lack of crockery. Only one wine glass, no bread knife etc.

- Patricia (5/5): A pie de playa. - El alojamiento estupendo , no le falta detalle. El aparato de aire del vecino , que da al patio, apenas nos dejó dormir.

- Juana Maria (6/5): BIEN PERO MEJORABLE - La ubicación a 2min de la playa La rápida respuesta del anfitrión para solucionar temas que nos surgían. Lo básico en utensilios de cocina, baño. El olor del sumidero de la terraza. Que booking me de un presupuesto para 5 personas y después de pagar me reclama el anfitrión pagar una cama extra, cuando en el sofá se podía dormir perfectamente. La entrada después de las 15,00h por olvido al enviar la clave de acceso. A las 6,30h de la mañana el camión de la basura de las botellas con un ruido espantoso. Los aparatos del aire acondicionado de otros apartamentos debajo de las ventanas nuestras con mucho ruido. No tenían ni toallas de playa ni sillas ni sombrillas. No se podía aparcar en la puerta nada más que para descargar y luego había el mismo coche días y días enteros, que no pudimos cargar el coche a la salida. La verdad es que la calidad-precio justito.

- martaboti73 (9/5): SATISFACTORIO - La ubicación, la comodidad, la tranquilidad del edificio, No es que no me gustase sino es una critica constructiva, en la cocina suponemos que se rompería y no se han repuesto los vasos, y para 4 persona sólo habían 3, el tema de la cafetera que era la italiana y somos bastante cafeteros. Pero lo que se debería mirar son desagües del lavabo que aunque no tuvimos ningún problema hacían mucho ruido. Y el tema del aire acondicionado que hay sólo uno en el comedor y la verdad que menos mal que no hizo demasiada calor pero es escaso para todo el apartamento y se apaga pasado un rato con lo que nos teníamos que levantar de madrugada a encenderlo.

- Katarina (9/5): - Boendet var bra, välstädat. Nära strand, restauranger och affär. AC:n gick bara under korta stunder, vilket gjorde att det var väldigt varmt under nätterna.
