Guest Reviews
- Guest (9/5): - Apartamento muy espacioso y comodoooo y con muy buena ubicación nada
- Verónica (5/5): I recommend the apartment, definitely not the customer service. - The apartment was really nice and comfortable. Customer service was really deficient for the following reasons:
1. Most of the messages are automated, and they asked me several times for the deposit (which I had already made) and passenger registration/ check-in (which I had already done).
2. I had indicated both in the reservation and in the passenger check-in/registration that there would be three of us and we needed the extra bed made. There was no fitted sheet when we arrived at 4 pm. The contact person wrote to me at 8:30 pm in a very arrogant and unpleasant manner without even identifying herself (she said their name was HEXUVIUM). After exchanging 14 very heated messages, she agreed to give me the code for a suitcase where the fitted sheet was located.
3. They still haven't refunded the deposit, and NOW, and only NOW, they are informing me that they will deduct some city taxes (via an automated message, of course), and they won't even tell me how much they will be...
Therefore, the service was very poor, but the apartment was very nice.
I recommend the apartment, definitely not the customer service.
- ShuTing (5/5): - The location is good, and it’s quite comfortable inside. The real problem is the guarantee system which makes me feel that it’s a scam. Seems they don’t have any physical office and when I try to contact them, they have mobile-phone numbers in France, Switzerland etc.
Also the woman is charge is not really helpful, and usually answer slowly, also there are some equipment that cannot work in the apartment, it’s a pity, because otherwise it will be a good apartment to rent.

- Stephen (7/5): The advantages (space and proximity to services) outweighed the disadvantages; we would come again. - The property was close to the metro line and buses; there were also two mini-market shops nearby and a large supermarket (Carrefour) not far away. All accessible on foot.
The living space was large (60 m2 total) with separate lounge (living room), kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was large and comfortable.
We had plenty of space to meet friends, and the entryphone was very convenient for letting them in.
We loved the large shower with plenty of hot water.
The video instructions for accessing the lockbox and getting into the room were very useful.
The weather was hot so we appreciated the two large electric fans, though air conditioning would have been better.
The Wi-Fi was fast, though it was switched off when we arrived, and we had to discover that for ourselves.
The kitchen was well-equipped, including a full-sized fridge, induction hob (but no instructions; fortunately we know how to operate them, but some people might not.)
There was also a large dishwasher with basic washing tabs, but no rinse aid. We had to pay a €500 deposit, which was returned quickly, minus the Brussels tourist tax, 14 days after the end of our stay, as promised. We were a bit nervous about this.
Transferring the deposit was unnecessarily complicated.
We didn't get the instructions on how to find the lockbox containing the keys until the day before we arrived.
This also caused some anxiety.
In future, we would not be worried about this.
There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.
The air freshener spray could not be used as it had no nozzle.
There was only half a toilet roll, but another was supplied with the replacement kettle.
The original kettle leaked from its base, and the replacement we received looked mouldy inside (see picture). It might have been OK, but we expect better than just OK.
There was no way to switch on the kitchen lights (spotlights) under the left-hand set of cupboards.
Finding the rubbish bins in the basement was tricky, but we were lucky and met someone who knew where they were.
- João (1/5): Stay away, property requested a deposit and didn't return it in full. - The neighbourhood is calm, the property is close to the metro. There is car parking nearby, although be careful because it is very unclear what the parking policies are. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice view. The apartment charges a 500 EUR deposit that must be sent through bank transfer. This payment is not processed by booking.com but by an external party. This is completely unclear on the booking.com app when making a reservation. I only learned about this because the property informed me right after I completed my reservation. I immediately told them I am very uncomfortable with this but the property refused to waive the cancellation fees. Booking.com sided with the property and was of no real help here. To check-in you must fill in a form that asks for an excessive detail of information and even copies of the IDs of all guests. This seems to me completely unreasonable, especially taking into account GDPR. Finally, after a week, I got back 485 EUR of my deposit. The property claims that they kept 15 EUR for a "city tax" which I was not informed about at any moment of the reservation. The property refused to provide proof that this fee was announced to me before hand. Booking.com was not helpful at all and did not solve the situation. Stay away, save yourself some peace of mind, and go somewhere else. And be aware of other properties also charging a deposit. I will never fall into this trap again.
- Tomas (3/5): Nice apartment, but beware of the deposit! - The apartment itself was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and in a good location. However, the deposit process was extremely frustrating and took nearly a month to be refunded, requiring multiple follow-ups with both the host and their payment provider. If you're considering staying here, be aware that the deposit is not handled through Booking directly and could take much longer than expected to be returned. While the stay was good, the difficulty in getting my money back significantly impacted my overall experience.
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The location was great for buses and metro, plus the parking lot is available.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and the living room is beautifully decorated.
There's a deposit needed, but it's super worth it. Only downside is that windy days can knock the chairs on the balcony, and the walls are thin so sometimes you can hear the neighbors.
