• Florian (10/5): Geräumiges Appartment in lebenswertem Viertel - Die Unterkunft ist geräumig. Man vermag problemlos eine Woche darin zu verleben. Das Internet ist stabil, sodass man auch von dort aus Arbeiten kann. Der in einem Zimmer vorhandene Schreibtisch vereinfacht etwaige Smart-Working-Pflichten zusätzlich. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet, sodass man sich auch problemlos selbst versorgen könnte, so man dies wollte. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in einem Viertel voller Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die innere Stadt ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief reibungslos. Man erhält viele hilfreiche Tipps. Lagebedingt stehen wenig überraschend keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Dass man zwei Kaffeekapseln für eine Kaffeemaschine erhielt, die mit Filter arbeitet, war hoffentlich ironisch gemeint. Das sind aber Marginalien. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

• Anette (7/5): Læs ovenstående - Passede meget fint med to store rum. Ville være godt med møbel til opbevaring af tøj i det ene rum. Vi er utilfredse med at vi ikke kunne få fat i Stefan, da vi ankom lørdag aften 22:15. Venlige beboere hjalp os, og da Stefan dukkede op fortalte han, at hans mobil var på lydløs. Det er ikke ok. Som et minimum kunne Stefan i løbet af lørdagen have tjekket nøgleboksen! Havde han det, ville vi have været meget tilfredse! Venlig hilsen Anette Aalberg

• CityFlaneur (8/5): - Location of the house. Bourgeois atmosphere in the apartment. Some basic kitchen utensils are missing. Some furniture should be repaired.

• Elena (10/5): Rummelig lejlighed med charme og gode faciliteter - Rigtig fin og rummelig lejlighed, med masse af plads, højt til løftet og gode faciliteter, stille kvarter. 5 minutters gåtur til nærmeste sporvogn til bycentrum. Værten var meget venlig og hjælpsom.
• Ünver (10/5): An affordable and well-equipped apartment in a very central location in Vienna — ideal in terms of both price and amenit - The great things about this apartment are the very spacious and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and airy. The kitchen is well-equipped for those who want to cook. Messages are responded to promptly, and the staff are very attentive. Thank you! Those who choose to stay here should be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
• Serguei (8/5): Good value and great location - The location and it was relatively quiet. The wifi connection was not great and the mold in the bathroom is hazardous. I don’t believe you would be able to get away with a moldy bathroom in Canada…

• Antonio (7/5): The apartment was bright but not so pretty elegant, but anyway it was clean and well located - Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen with several equipments. Position not far away from the city center (1.5 km) and it was possible to reach the dowtown by walking. Located on a quiet street. The wooden floor in the bedrooms was very noisy (especially during the night everytime that someone walked over it, other people even in the other room could be woken up by the noises). The heating system was very noisy when turned on (in one of the two rooms the first night it has been impossible to sleep in one room because of a continuos "tic tic tic.." coming out from the pipes - we had to get it off for the rest of the nights). There wasn't any wardrobe in one of the two bedrooms (only two chairs, a sofa, a short table and an unuseful small ping-pong table). In the toilette there was the lamp holder with exposed electrical wires just over the door (it could have been possible to touch them by hands). A large damp stain was visible in the shower room with some presence of mold.
• Marina (10/5): We enjoyed our stay here "BRIGHT ELEGANT FLAT in Center" and had a great time in Vienna! - Simple and very clear instructions from Coco (the owner). Pleasant communication. Lovely huge apartments, great location. Nearby is a supermarket (2 min), bus stops (50 sec), metro (3 min). The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary. Sparkling white bed linen and towels.
• Patricia (7/5): Good - The space in the apartment was great. The only problem was the stairs to get to it. If stairs aren't a problem, then this place is wonderful.

• Tatiana (8/5): Very good - Bright flat with authentic interior design and a looot of space. Very quiet. Online Check in procedure was a little difficult, the system did not allow to register a child under 14y.o. although we booked it for 2 adults+1kid.
