• Anthony (9/5): Heel prettig en schoon appartement. - Heel fijn appartement. Centraal gelegen dichtbij Yumbo en Cita. Zeer schoon appartement met alle voorzieningen in de keuken. Goede bedden. Op de bg dus je loopt gelijk naar het zwembad. De bedden zijn 1.90 lang. Voor lange mensen, bungelen je voeten over het bed.
• DAVID (10/5): Excelente y cómodo - Probablemente el mejor apartamento de Maspalomas. La reforma está perfecta, es amplio y cómodo. La cama es muy grande y cómoda. La ducha está muy bien. Está perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario. Incluso detergente de lavadora. La recepción es 24h. Como sugerencia, estaría bien poder acceder al apartamento por el jardín que da a la calle, sin tener que cruzar tanto pasillo.

Reseption har ingen ting med Pretty pool og gjøre, det ga de klar beskjed om. De kun leverer og tar imot romnøkkelen og er ikke spesielt hyggelige.

• Natti (8/5): Entspannt ankommen und sich wie zuhause fühlen - Top Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, sogar ein deutscher Bäcker nur 2 Min. Fußweg entfernt :) Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Min. Parkplätze rund um die Anlage in den Seitenstraßen kostenlos verfügbar. Sehr sauber. Vom 5. Stock tolle Aussicht auf Playa de Ingles. Gerne wieder! hellhörig - man kann die Nachbarn von oben hören wenn sie z.B. die Stühle über den Boden schleifen oder rechts/links die Nachbarn ihre Türen zumachen. Bei offenem Fenster im Schlafzimmer hört man die Geräusche (Straßenverkehr/Menschen - vor allem nachts) von der Straße (Avenida de Tirajana).

• Silvija (7/5): Empfehlenswert - Es gab sehr viel Sonne auf der Terrasse und in der Nähe vom Pool, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab nicht so warmes Wasser, es war kurz warum und wurde mitten in der Dusche kalt.

• Armas (8/5): De lo demás muy encantada - Del apartamento todo muy cómodo y un apartamento muy completo. Da mucho de desear la piscina ni siquiera la limpian tenía hasta renacuajos la piscina da mucha vergüenza y mucho mohos.

• Ilda (9/5): En general volvería a reservar el mismo alojamiento. - En general todo, pero que tengas acceso directo a la piscina desde la terraza y que también haya aire acondicionado tanto en el salón como en la habitación. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor si quieres comer/cenar. No hemos tenido problema para aparcar ya que casi todo es zona blanca. Desde la habitación se escuchan a los vecinos de al lado ya que la pared da habitación con habitación.
• Patrick (10/5): - C'est la deuxième année que je loge dans cet appartement. Je suis complètement hystérique lorsqu'il y a des cafards américains qui sont énormes aux Canaries et j'avais bien demandé de faire attention à ce point. Comme l'année dernière ils avaient fait tout ce qu'il fallait je n'ai eu que deux cafards sur mon séjour ce qui est vraiment minime et Cristina et d'une aide et attention exceptionnelle. Je recommander vraiment cet appartement l'immeuble est sécurisé il y a une réception à l'hôtel qui saura vous aider en cas de problème en espagnol et aussi un peu en anglais. La localisation est idéale à peine cinq minutes à pied du Yumbo pour les commerces je vous déconseille d'aller faire vos courses dans les supermarchés du coin aller plutôt au Lidl qui est à 3 km de l'appartement vous y êtes en taxi pour quatre euros vous faites tous vos courses moi j'ai dépensé 120 € pour 15 jours de courses car oui dans l'appartement il y a tout ce qu'il faut au niveau de la cuisine un micro-ondes mais également aussi une machine à laver et tout ce qu'il faut pour stocker la nourriture ainsi qu'un congélateur au-dessus du frigo. Voilà je ne peux que redonner ma recommandation comme l'année dernière pour cet appartement que j'ai occupé encore cette année 15 jours et qui franchement été 15 jours de rêve. Hélas les prix augmente pour l'année prochaine donc sans doute il reste dans le même immeuble mais peut-être je ne sais pas je vais voir dans un autre appartement que j'ai trouvé presque 500 € moins cher pour les mêmes dates. Mais sinon rien à redire appartement exceptionnel. Ah si j'allais oublier si vous avez un trop gros ventre vous risquez de ne pas rentrer dans la douche c'est le seul point négatif car la douche est très étroite pour rentrer dedans. Encore merci à Cristina pour m'avoir permis de passer 15 jours de vacances exceptionnelles. rien
• Federico (7/5): Besides all of this this b&b is strategically located well and the rooms are super nice and clean! So overall I had - The room was really nice and clean. And very nice because I had the view on the pool. It was a little bit hard from the reception to get in the room, slightly dispersive. I think the receptionist should take you to the room and not leave you around trying to find out where your room is.
• federico (9/5): VOLVEREMOS! - Aunque era muy pequeñito, para nosotros fue ideal ya que viajamos mi pareja, yo y mi hijo de 3 años. Súper moderno y la cama enorme y súper cómoda. Los vecinos son muy cercanos y agradables. Residencial muy tranquilo y familiar, la piscina maravillosa, la guagua en la puerta, tienes un rent a car nada más salir del apartamento, la ubicación maravillosa ya que en coche a la playa no se tarda nada y tienes muchos comercios y restaurantes alrededor. Todo nos encantó pero si tuviera que mejorar sería que tendrían que dejar más rollos de papel ya que solo te dejan 2 para toda la estancia, y aunque no vimos muchas, hay cucarachas en la noche que alguna se mete en el apartamento(es lo normal en la playa)así que lo único que pusieran más trampas para cucarachas.

• Danny (9/5): Great stay - This apartment was In a fantastic location. The apartment has all of the facility's that you could need. It was extremely clean. We had no big issues at all. The host was always available on message if needed. The bathroom was quite small and this obviously can't be helped. A reconfiguration if ever renovating would be great.

• Nigel (9/5): Very happy to recommend this apartment. - The apartment is very comfortable, clean with everything that we needed including a lovely welcome pack. The pool has an ample supply of sun loungers and during our stay was quiet and relaxing. The location is excellent for bars and restaurants and the beach is within walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay and will certainly book again in the future.

• Aaran (8/5): Great little appt close to Cita and Yumbo. - The Apartment sits firmly between Cita and Yumbo centre! Making the location perfect so not to worry about transport needs. Apartment was clean, tidy and freshly done up. Kitchen had everything you needed for a self catering holiday. We highly recommend grabbing your mug from apartment in the morning and popping un the corridor to the kebab restaurant Sultan and ask them to make your coffee as they make an amazing cup and have no issue with turning up with your own mug. We had a little morning visitor that brought us a smile, a little cat that came to say Morning so we got her a bag of treats and that was it she became part of our morning routine. Only had a couple of issues but these are mentioned on the site and made aware by the host to be honest so we are nit picking. The bedroom is twin beds and when you’re going over as a couple it can be a bit annoying falling down the gap when you push the beds together. I think this can be solved by when the booking is made the host could as of they want the two singles or a double bed. And if double bed selected a king mattress topper is used to keep both mattress together and have a king sheet/ cover available. (Only suggestion). We purchased tie wraps from Chinese shop and secured legs together. Air con is in the living room only! If they provided a good quality fan it would have worked perfectly to push the cold air into the bedroom, as it is due to the humidity we had the air con on a lot to cool appt down after long days exploring. Shower is a bit tight to get into, if your on the bigger waist size then could be a bit of a squeeze to get into the shower. Host.. in no way did the above effect our holiday the appt was lovely, just bits that effected us and might not effect others.
• Csaba (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment with balcony and access to pool. The flat had everything one could need and was clean, the bed comfortable. There were no issues with hot water. Staff was friendly and responsive. Street sounds could be heard in the bedroom during nights, such as cars passing by. Light from the outside corridor could not be completely shut off in the bedroom. It's a bit weird walking through restaurants to get to the apartment. The tennis court can not be used, it looks heavily damaged since some time with no repairs undertaken.

• Alan (10/5): Really great apartment - Location, cleanliness and the photos are actually true to the actual apartment. Need a couple of more things in the apartment i.e a strainer for pasta ( full cooking facilities are there but not this!), maybe cleaning materials, information booklet on where the garbage goes/ washing machine works etc. All in all it is lovely, just need a few more items inside.

• George6584 (9/5): Excellent self-catering apartment - Great modern apartment with all you need in terms of kitchen appliances, utensils etc. Helpful staff at reception. Great location - 10 mins to beach, 5 mins to Yumbo. No air-conditioning, but there are ceiling fans which were of some comfort.
• Rico (10/5): a nice little home for a week - - location very good (Yumbo 5min & beach near enough) - nice, modern interior (100% like the booking.com-photos) - very clean - very quick and helpful response from host (before arrival and also with questions during my stay) Nothing. Only one thing to mention: If you are very XXL the shower-entrance would be too small to enter. For me it was totally fine.
