• Rocio (1/5): Casa en malas condiciones y pésimo trato - Casa en malas condiciones de mantenimiento. Platos y vasos sucios q tuvimos q lavar antes de poder usarlos.la ventana de una de las habitaciones no se podía abrir,el Agua de uno de los baños no corría y no podíamos ducharnos bien,se fue la luz de la mitad de la casa la última mañana q estuvimos, nos hicieron tirar la basura antes de irnos de la casa y después del estado en el que estaba la casa, nos cobraron 40€ de la fianza porque la tapa de uno de los portarrollos del papel higiénico se había caído (ya estaba así cuando llegamos). La peor experiencia que he tenido nunca con un apartamento de booking.
• Derya (5/5): Det er helt ok. For en kort tur, hvor man ikke oppholder seg på overnattingsstedet så veldig mye funker det. - Det var bra at vi hadde to bad, det var store rom og kjøkken. Likte også han som møtte oss for å kom dit. Det jeg ikke likte var at vi måtte betale ekstra fordi vi kom etter 20. Varmt vannet holdt ikke for én person engang og det var veldig dårlig trykk i vannet i dusjen, vasken og doen. Så flekker i senga, det kan hende det var vasket men det var flekker og så ikke pent ut. Synes ikke beliggenheten var i nærheten av noe spesielt.

• Gajtanovic (10/5): - The apartment was beautiful, clean, very spacious, and in a great location, most major sights are within walking distance.

• Cleo (8/5): Het was een fijne uitvalsbasis en er werd snel geschakeld door de accommodatie om bepaalde mankementen te verhelpen. - Veel ruimte in het appartement. Fijn dat er een bad was, een keuken en woonkamer. Er was wat achterstallig onderhoud: wc ding om door te trekken was er af, raam kon niet open, badkamer niet to to date. Best flink wat trappen maar gelukkig wel een lift aanwezig (maar dit was mij van tevoren niet bekend).
• Ferencz (8/5): Összességében jó volt a szállás, közel volt a főbb látnivalók hoz. - A lakás tágas volt, tetszett, hogy két fürdőszoba is volt. A poharak nem voltak tiszták.

• Slavka (7/5): - Location of property is on a 10 - 15 min walk from Termini station, lovely patisserie just around the corner. Staff was nice and made the check in smooth coordinated with our needs. The flat is spacious and well cleaned. There were issues with living room window handle (couldn’t close the window), not working dishwasher, issues in bathrooms (grouting, broken things). Lots of maintenance issues. We had a problem opening the main door of the building at 1am. So I went to the hotel on the opposite to ask for someone to come and help. Staff was very helpful and said they saw yesterday and the same day other people couldn’t open the door either. That was very frustrating. Luckily we managed to get into the building.

• NUMAN (6/5): - the location is good. The furniture in the apartment is old. The bathroom is very uncomfortable. The condition of the apartment, especially the sanitary facilities, is unsatisfactory.

• Rijad (6/5): Prostran apartman, gdje trebate obratiti pažnju na dodatne troškove koji mogu izazvat neugodnost - Prostranost apartmana, dva kupatila. Pogodan za boravak 6 ljudi. Prozori u dnevnim boravku i spavaćoj sobi se ne mogu zatvoriti. Pokvarene je brave/mehanizam za zatvaranje. Perilica za suđe ne radi. Dio apartmana ima klima sistem koje se može kontrolirati, Drugi dio apartmana se kontrolira od strane vlasnika prema njegovom planu, pa morate zvati vlasnika da upali klima uređaj kada ste u apartmanu.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Despite some minor flaws, we wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, it is very well equipped and in a great location - Excellent location - walking distance to most monuments. Good public transport connection. The apartment is actually much larger than it seems in the photos. The living room can be closed - a big advantage when traveling in a larger group, everyone can count on privacy. The apartment is very well equipped - you can easily prepare a meal, do laundry or iron clothes. There are many grocery stores and tasty restaurants in the area. We had a slight problem with understanding how the air conditioning works - at first it was very cold in 2 rooms, later we solved the problem. You also have to be careful not to turn off the button responsible for heating the water, otherwise you will have a cold shower
• Ana (8/5): Very good - Location was good, host was pleasant. House was beautiful Water got cold very soon , it is 3 bedroom house and we where 6 girls but only 2 could get shower, after water was cold. Also in house was very cold too

• Clodagh (8/5): Very good - Staff was nice. Location was very handy close to a few bus stops so it was fairly easy to get places, walkable distance from the Termini also. Overall very nice apartment Some parts weren't very clean and some people in the group thought the beds were too hard

• Rebecca (5/5): Great location, needs modernising and a deep clean - Spacious flat, good location, good restaurants nearby, great communication with hosts, left complimentary toiletries and cleaning items for kitchen which was very helpful In need of updating, not very clean with dirty tiles/grout in bathroom, only one of the showers useable, dishwasher not useable, pillows very old and uncomfortable, kitchen cupboards broken, quilts on top of beds dirty from previous occupants
• Hakob (6/5): Good location, poor facilities and cleanliness - Location is good. In a calm and safe area. Apartment is located in business/governmental neighborhood. Near to bus stop and about 30 minutes by walk to various touristic destinations. Nice restaurants near to apartment. Apartment wasn’t clean. Air conditioning in the second bedroom wasn’t operating well. It was always on and it was very cold, not possible to sleep. We had to contact administration every evening to fix the issue.
• Nino (7/5): you get what you pay for, nice place for the money. - the welcoming agent met us on time and was helpful. the place was as on the photos. it is a bit of walk from the very center, but there are some good restaurants on the street, and but stop around the corner. it is quiet at night. neighbors are friendly. there were 2 keys provided, which was very helpful as we were 6. needs a bit more cleaning. the dust was everywhere, and the floors were not very clean. we rented the place for 6 persons, and only 3 or 4 could take a shower at the same period of time. check out is @10, and there is no way the let you leave the bags there.

• Noeleen (10/5): I loved it we all did - Great position and lovely apartment . Very spacious there were five of us and we still had plenty of space. Nice restaurants around the location very quiet and could not fault. Would recommend to anyone. I am sorry I cant say i didnt like anything.

• Elaine (8/5): Everything good but low voltage - The stay was comfortable, the staff was responsive and helpful, love the dining room with spacious cooking area. The apartment was a bit too cold, even though we turn up the temperature. The water pressure for the shower was unstable, and the circuit breaker keeps tripping and beeping even we only turn on some of the lights, TV and washing machine.
