- LUCIA (3/5): La casa calidad/precio. Carisima. La casa mas cara y peor donde hemos estados en 5 años. - La chimenea y la piscina. La casa esta muy vieja y deteriorada en cuestion de mobiliario. Las paredes interiores con pintura descascarillada y rajas en las habitaciones de la humedad. Azulejos y rodapies caidos o a punto de caer. Puertas que rozan y cuestan mucho de abrir. Bombillas fundidas en varias estancias de la casa. El agua del termo salia fria en casi todas las habitaciones en pleno mes de invierno. Mucha falta de mantenimiento en la casa. Se ve que no invierten en su mantenimiento.
