Na tejto budove s mnohými airbnb ubytovaniami mám rada polohu, služby, dole sú .obchody, taxíky, práčovňa, úschovňa batožiny, možnosti stravovania. Mala názov The Colony Infinity, teraz sa volá Visma . Bývam tu vždy pri návšteve Kuala Lumpur. Takže viem porovnať mnohé z ponúkaných apartmánov a štúdií. Tento patril k priemeru, čo sa týka vybavenia, čistoty. Rezervovalala som si ho kvôli vírivke, aby som večer mohla v kľude relaxovať. Infinity bazén je čím ďalej v horšom stave Lehátka potrebujú výmenu, v bazéne plávali plasty. Apartmán zodpovedal popisu. Ako hosť by som však ocenila spoľahlivú wifi zodpovedajúcu 21. storočiu. Tiež na balkóne zo spodnej spálne nie je žiadne posedenie, takže ak si večer chcete zrelaxovať na balkóne tak jedine sedenie je na schodíku ,umelá tráva je po daždi mokrá a pod ňou je pleseň. Na hornom balkóne sú dve stoličky a malý stolík. Myslím si, že vzhľadom na počet postelí 4-5 je to málo. Vírivka - len raz nám tam tiekla teplá voda, ináč stále studená. Neviem, kto chce relaxovať vo vírivke so studenou vodou? Posteľné prádlo.- po príchode, po odokrytí postele som našla tmavé čierne vlasy na plachte a pokrčený vankúš, z čoho usudzujem, že neboli menené. Pri preberaní apartmánu by som ocenila inštrukcie, ja som o nich musela žiadať, normálne prídu 24 hodín pred ubytovaním/ u iných ubytovateľov/ až potom boli zaslané. U veľmi milej slečny, ktorá nás prišla ubytovať by som ocenila aj informácie. Napr. informovať hostí o používaní zásuviek a vypínačov, keďže sú tam bezpečnostné vypínače, čo nie každý vie. Taktiež o vynášaní smetí do kontajnerov na vonkajšom prízemí budovy, čo tiež nie každý vie. Celkovo hodnotím pobyt v tomto apartmáne ako priemer, aj s ohľadom na cenu. Tá je premrštená. Neponúka nič viac ako iní, okrem vírivky, ktorú nemôžete riadne užívať. A taká instantná káva, cukor, a fľaška vody na uvítanie by za tú cenu potešila hosťa . Ako človek, ktorý manažuje firmu neznášam, ak mi majiteľ píše, ako ho mám hodnotiť.

• SYED ASRAF FAHLAWI WAFA (10/5): Excellent Location and Amenities, Needs Clarification in Property Naming - Positive Aspects The accommodation exceeded expectations and presented a superior alternative to the originally planned location. The overall experience was highly satisfactory. Its prime location near the Kampung Bharu tourist area is a major benefit. Guests have convenient access to a wide selection of dining options, with numerous restaurants and local eateries within easy walking distance. Furthermore, the property boasts excellent connectivity, as the MRT Medan Tunku station is only a short 5-7 minute walk away. Area for Improvement: There is a lack of transparency in the naming convention used for this homestay's advertising. To ensure clarity and manage guest expectations effectively, it is strongly recommended that the listing utilize the actual building name or specific location details. The current naming caused confusion, as the initial search was for a property at "The Penthouse KLCC" (a different building), leading to the booking of this homestay. Additionally, the booked room did not offer a view of the KLCC as might be implied by the current advertising.

Many restaurant there 1. jacuzzi has problems. can't flush the water. flush button is broken. children can only use it once. 2. There is no outdoor table set on the upstairs balcony. you can't sit and relax outside while enjoying the night view

• Joey (10/5): I would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay in KL but in a crowded neighbourhood. - The location was ideal! Near many restaurants and a convenient 7/11. Small pick up and drop off for taxis was nice so we would not feel too rushed when getting in.

Some of the house shoes provided are worn out, going down the staircase can be a hazard, need some line markings, the bedsheets were not changed, the property manager for the building needs to be told to upkeep the public pool, the underwater lightings are detached and hanging on their cables, the pool sofa cushions are torn n worn out, some of the drain plastic gratings are broken, building maintenance are poor. Overall, the price of the apartment is overrated.

• May (10/5): Awesome jacuzzi overlooking kl city, other aspects also satisfying - Loving it, enjoyed the jacuzzi, hidden gem in the city, can’t wait to book again. View of kl city from the shared swimming pool area were supposed to be very nice as you can see KLCC and kl tower clearly, but at night the swimming area is brightly lit and floor is wet, so you can’t sit around and enjoy the view. However the apartment unit itself has very nice kl city view from its both balcony, yes it has two balcony!
