• Sabine (7/5): Très belle rue animée mais beaucoup trop bruyant - L’emplacement Le bruit . C’était extrêmement bruyant. Situé au dessus des restaurants , il y avait du bruit jusqu’à tard dans la nuit . Et vers 5h les éboueurs passaient ramasser le verre .. impossible de fermer les volets

Ya sabía que estaba en muy buena zona y había visto las fotos publicadas pero estaba en mejor estado de lo que me esperaba. La zona tiene mucho ambiente (sin llegar a ser molesto por la noche) y mucha variedad de cosas que hacer, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y era muy espacioso. El trato con Marco fue genial. Nos ayudó para encontrar y entrar al alojamiento, no puso problema a que dejasemos las maletas en el apartamento antes de hacer el check-in y hasta nos recomendó sitios para comer y nos mandó una guía turística de Milán. Recomendaría sin duda para quedarte unos días en Milán. No tengo ninguna queja.

• Tochukwu Clifford (9/5): Beautiful apartment, great facilities would definitely stay there again if I visit Milan - Very clean and well maintained apartment in choice part of city with view of canal. Some noise from the canal makes it into the apartment which is expected and wouldn’t say it was an issue.

Hot water not that hot and pressure fluctuated.Very noisy air conditioner.Only 1 electrical appliance at a time on or you effectively power! Very noisy from 6.30am Street cleaning and deliveries to all the restaurants. If you go to bed early not the place for you due to be over the restaurants.

• Laura (8/5): Great apartment in central location - Our host Marco was very quick to answer and provided all the details to check in. He even let us put the suitcases there earlier. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, modern and has everything needed. The only negative is the soundproofing of the apartment. There bars down below stay open til 2am and then the truck comes to pick up all glass.
• Isabelle (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very nice with very high ceilings, lots of light. Views onto the canal. Well appointed. Good hair dryer. All communications with Marco were on WhatsApp, very responsive. But we didn't meet in person. While being right in the middle of the action, it can be noisy at night. (I had to go to bed early to catch an early morning flight, and it was not as quiet as I would have liked, even with all windows shut)
• Jeanette (10/5): I highly recommend this apartment and the area of Navigli. - As soon as we walked into the apartment we felt refreshed after staying at small apartments through France. It is huge. The view out the window to the canal and many restaurants along the way was fantastic. Easy walk to underground and train station. Our host Marco gave very clear instructions on entering the property and enquired how we were getting on.
• Courtney (9/5): Just what we needed! - Loved the space, location and amenities. Communication with host was easy too. Very little to dislike. There was some noise but that is to be expected when the area is bustling, it is part of the Navigli charm.
• Aisling (10/5): Great apartment! Would highly recommend! - Very clean, spacious and very comfortable apartment. It has everything you would need for a great stay. Very close to the metro and tram stops but also around 25 minute walk from the Duomo. Plenty of shops and bars nearby too. It can get noisy at night time. Not the property owners fault for this but it is worth noting. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.
• Gary (10/5): 5 star ⭐️ - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great information given from the owner Marco from start to finish. Fantastic upmarket property spotlessly clean in the lovely Navigli area of Milan. Aircon was perfect after coming in from the bright sunshine as too was the cable tv for winding down the night. Everything about the property was cool just open the window and watch the world go by below while overlooking the canal.

• Erdal (7/5): Good - Location is great for dining and fun. The environment is very noisy. The noise continues until late at night and starts again in the early hours of the morning. Also, they turn off the heater after 22:00. The room is very cold.

• Toni (7/5): Gorgeous apartment - The apartment inside is gorgeous and is exactly as shown in the photos. Lovely furnishings and very spacious with great attention to detail. Lovely views of the canal, an easy walk to the historic centre and very close to the metro station. Marco was very helpful with check-in instructions. Unfortunately, being located in quite a lively nighttime district, you won’t get a lot of sleep. Restaurants, cafes and bars are situated on both sides of the canal and they stay open late. There is no sound proofing in the windows and the noise coming from outside is extremely loud….you will hear literally everything going on outside as the apartment is on the 1st floor right above a bar.

Excellent location in a vibrant area with great transport links Great communication from hosts Not a complaint but there is some noise in the early hours. The windows are good at keeping the majority of it out This is out of the hosts control and it would not put me off staying there again
• David (8/5): We love the Navigli area of Milan, but the noise late at night and then again early in the morning, would make me think - The fixtures and fitting’s were excellent, the apartment is modern and well styled, just like a quality hotel. The location is great and it was easy to get in and out. Unfortunately the noise from the restaurants and canal walkway was loud and continued on until late.

• Jordan (10/5): We loved it. Beautiful place, very clean, and well situated. Great place to stay. - Very very helpful hosts and great communication. Beautiful and clean apartment in a vibrant area. Even though it was near a lot of restaurants and people, the apartment was very quiet. We had a few questions during our stay, and it was all fixed/sorted very promptly and friendly. Signage for the hot water switch - but this may be because it’s not normal back home. Again though, simple message to the hosts and a prompt response was all sorted. Larger bed blanket as it was a little small for the bed size.
