• Maria (10/5): - Communication with the owner was very easy. Electronic key code system was handy. Especially since we checked in very late in the night. Neighborhood was quiet. Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable to sleep. The apartment has aircon in every room which was really nice. Owner was very helpful with everything. This is not the owner's fault, but our flight arrived very late and it was a little scary to walk so late in the night in the dark suburbs. We had a tiny problem at first in finding the right door.

• Deak (1/5): Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! - I had an absolutely horrible experience at this apartment. The place was filthy from the moment I walked in. The floor was covered in dirt and dust, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The bed linens were stained and looked disgusting—I’m sure they wasn’t even washed after the last guest. We were lucky that they had a washing machine and we could wash them. I announced the property owner and the response was that it’s 23 o’clock. ( our arrival time was announced at 22:30-23-00) and that he can’t do anything about it. We also had to vacuum and wash the floors. You can imagine that is every single guest’s dream to do laundry and to clean at 23 o’clock after travelling. The next day he sent the cleaning crew, but even after cleaning the apartment wasn’t clean. He offered me another apartment, but we were away and couldn’t come back for our luggage. And honestly, after we cleaned this apartment, we could have ended up in a much dirtier one and take it all from the beginning. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Accommodations like this should not be allowed to be listed ca on Booking.com. Stay far away!

• Lothar (9/5): Pleasant stay - The apartment was clean, we received the door codes safely five days before our arrival and they worked perfectly when we arrived. We were allowed to leave our luggage before the scheduled time for arrival. The apartment is located in a quaint neighbourhood with a view on the interior court, not the street. The beds were very comfortable. The metro station Cimiano is quite close as is a street where you find many shops (two supermarkets), barbers, bakeries, and restaurants. Everything is quite affordable because it is a neighbourhood where ordinary people live, many of whom are immigrants from all over the world who often run their own restaurants. When we come back to Milan we would try to stay again in the apartment. Noise (drilling, hammering, etc.) was made late in the evening and early in the morning in an apartment on the same floor.
