Guest Reviews
- Marco (7/5): -
- Sam (8/5): Great location with good facilities - Location was great Water pressure wasn’t ideal
- Nore (8/5): -
- Rita (5/5): Good Location, But Disappointing Stay Overall - The location is definitely a strong point. It’s quite central, and you can reach the city center in about 17–20 minutes. There are also supermarkets and other useful shops nearby, which makes things convenient. The cleanliness was acceptable, though nothing particularly impressive. Communication with the hosts was extremely difficult. In urgent situations, they were not available or willing to speak, which was very frustrating.
The apartment itself is very small for six people. It feels cramped, especially since four people have to sleep in the living room. There isn’t even a proper wardrobe or storage space for belongings, which makes the stay uncomfortable.
Additionally, the apartment is not properly equipped for six guests. There aren’t enough chairs or suitable furniture, and the kitchen utensils are insufficient for that number of people.
The shower was terrible — very low water pressure, and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Washing my hair was a real struggle.
Cleanliness was also below expectations, as we found dirty bed sheets upon arrival.
- Catherine (6/5): Overall pretty good, but some more amenities would’ve been nice. - Location was excellent and the kitchen and bedroom were good. Everything was clean. The towels were very small, there was no storage space and we were unable to get the tv or the hot water working.

- Roberta (10/5): - I gå afstand fra byen.
- Rogge (9/5): -
- Celestina (8/5): - Good value.
- Bastiaan (7/5): Okay value for money - Nice location, modern and clean Lacked a lot of basic facilities, like utensils and basic ingredients. The yard could also use a touch

- Helen (8/5): Very good -
- Murray (5/5): Passable -
- Nicola (7/5): Good - location mold
- Megan (8/5): Other than this it was a nice property and ok if you just need somewhere to sleep - The property was close to the centre a 10 minute taxi journey or 20 minute walk- sleeps 6 comfortably The owner called me and asked what time I would be getting to the property I confirmed we will be landing in Dublin approx 8pm. Upon arrival to the property we were greeted by a lady cleaning the property at 8:30pm as she said the cleaner had not turned up. We dropped our bags off and left to go out , when we returned back from the centre at about 12:30am the lady was still at the property and was about to leave ,it was really strange. There were also quite a few stains on the bedding and the bathroom wasn’t very clean.
- Hugh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (10/5): Slept 6 of us well! - Nice place for 6 of us to stay. Came back from our night out and chilled on the couch watching TV with a few beers. Small back garden was a nice bonus.
- Connor (7/5): Good -
- Alex (10/5): Great - Clean and spacious
- Gaynor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angela (9/5): Superb -
- Shelley (6/5): Pleasant - Some pubs close by and good variety of eateries but not the best area.
House was clean on arrival and host answered within a reasonable time. The key code we were provided was not correct. Nice but limited items in the bathroom for example, no microwave, and the key broke on the inside of the house with no back door out and stuck meaning we missed our transport to the races. Very disappointing but the host did send someone with a replacement. Location is not city centre and I got clamped when told I could park outside costing 125 euro.
- Charlotte (8/5): Very good -
- Jonathan (6/5): Pleasant - Place was clean, location is within walking distance from the town centre No hot tap water in kitchen or bathroom
No tea/coffee mugs
- Bm (5/5): Passable - Location was good TV not working remote control missing and there's not even an aerial or dish at the property for signal when we contacted host they ignored our question, no microwave as advertised, parking also falsely advertised its €4 per hour with maximum stay of 3hrs,
- Sarah (4/5): Good if you’re just using it as a place to sleep but not so great if you want to spend more time in the property because - - Comfortable beds
- Nice bathroom and kitchen
- They let us check out an hour later as I was over for a hospital appointment and it saved us from having to hang around the hospital for too long - There were two of us staying at the property and when we couldn’t find a second knife for our dinner we checked the dishwasher which contained mouldy cutlery which must have been there for a while.
- We couldn’t find a remote for the TV and when we turned it on by hand no channels appeared. We also struggled with joining the WiFi. I messaged Murat a couple of times about this and he never addressed these issues even though he’d read them as he replied to my other question about how to get hot water in the shower. However, there was still no hot water in the sinks. As for the TV, I can only assume it doesn’t work.
- There was no tea towel and the only cloth provided was dirty so we were left without anything to clean and dry cutlery etc and worktops.
- The blinds don’t completely cover the windows in the studio bit where two of the beds are so if you’re sleeping in there I recommend an eye mask
It basically felt like the property is only half finished. The major work like a nice kitchen and bathroom has been dealt with and once the smaller things have been dealt with I think it could be really good.
As we were spending our whole time in Dublin in the property apart from my appointment it was important to us to have a TV and enough stuff to make dinner etc but unfortunately it didn’t work out that way.
- Michael (1/5): Bad -
- Lisa (2/5): Health and safety issues with this property. It needs to be assessed before allowing others to stay here - The pull down bed is extremely dangerous and one of the guests got severely injured while pulling the bed down. This issue needs to be addressed before allowing others to stay here.
- Charlie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (8/5): Very good -
- Tineke (4/5): average ! - The beds had been made with very wet linen including the duvet inner and the towels placed on the bed were also damp. We had to place everything outside to try and dry it so we could use it. When I complained I was sent a message to explain where to find more linen under the sofa but no apology or a followup.
There was wet linen in the dryer and washing machine with dirty linen beside the machine.
No coffee cups, we had to buy disposable cups.
The outside area was unpleasant to look at, no seating and last guests rubbish bags left.
I run a business in NZ managing a cleaning team that specialise in holiday homes and I found the overall standard of this place very unexceptable. I was not impressed.
- Louise (5/5): Passable - Easy to get keys. The facilities are new but not much square footage for the price. This was advertised as a two bedroom and it was not. It was way too expensive for a one bedroom. When I asked the host about this misinformation, they said booking.com listed it wrong. There was no toilet paper upon arrival and we asked for some. No response from the host. We had to buy our own.
- Simon (5/5): Passable - Good location near city centre Has not been finished yet
