• Galyna (9/5): Аутентичная квартира в старом квартале. - Отличное месторасположение. Аутентичный стиль. Квартира на самом деле больше чем выглядит на фото. Чистое белье, удобные кровати, чай, кофе, шампунь и гель для первого дня. Запах сырости в туалете, в душе хотелось бы иметь шторку или раздвигающуюся стеклянную стену. На кухне очень не хватало разделочной доски.

• Roger (2/5): - Location was as hoped for. This is not a 2 bedroom apartment. Some pallets and a mattress are thrown together in what should be the dining room. Our friends who met us there had to walk through where we slept to get to the bathroom at night. No privacy. Bathroom drain backed up. There is no sliding door on the shower and therefore no runner on the floor to keep water in the shower. Water poured into the kitchen at 9 at night and we were all mopping. Evidence of water damage, wires hanging out of the wall, no place to prepare food. Pictures in site are from years ago and furniture has seen better days.

Bardzo ciemno ze względu na brak naturalnego światła w większości mieszkania. Kuchnia kiepsko wyposażona (niewystarczająca ilość sztućców, czy talerzy), bardzo mała. Na podłodze w kuchni był karaluch. Głośno od ulicy.

• Ellen (4/5): To dage i Alicante - Beliggenheden fin. Soveværelset ovenpå var ok. Sengen god. - vinduer i dette soveværelse.. Nederst kunne lidt dagslys komme ind via "luger" i porten. Den meget rustikke indretning. Badeværelse ok. Rengøringen ok. Ingen privatliv i nederste "soveværelse". Der burde som minimum være et gardin, der kunne trækkes for, så der var lidt privatliv, når andre skulle i køkkenet eller på toilet. Trappe vældig smart - men uegnet til børn og dårligt gående! Der manglede vinglas - og skraldespand. Alt meget mørkt, huleagtigt Dårlig kommunikation med udlejer, da jeg ikke kunne finde den tilsendte kode igen. Udlejer kun spansktalende.

Kakerlaken im Bad, Putz fehlt von der Wände, Sofas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Terrasse gibt es dort grundsätzlich nicht. Das Erdgeschoss hat keine Fenster, sehr hellhörig, habe Gefühl auf der Straße zu schlafen. Schneidebrett währe vom Vorteil

• Monica (3/5): Suciedad al máximo - Solo la ubicación Quitando que la ubicación es excepcional lo demás ,es el peor sitio que he estado con diferencia . Tendría que gestionar el dejar las maletas en un sitio que no te cobren por dejarlas y de ahí en adelante es un no parar,ventana si una cortina que aísle de la luz de la calle ,colchón super duro ,entre don sucio ,escalera empinadas y la gran suciedad que hay en el apartamento ,se te queda la mano pegada en la cocina ,y la suciedad de baño ,esos dos sitios no saben que es limpiarlo .
• Manuel (3/5): Una decepción absoluta. Horrible. - La ubicación fue lo mejor. El apartamento no está en condiciones de ser alquilado por varias razones. Había una plaga de cucarachas. Se entiende que en verano puede aparecer alguna, pero en una estancia de dos días vimos más de 8 cucarachas. Por otro lado, el apartamento está lleno de cables por todos lados, que puede resultar hasta peligroso. Justo encima de la cama de la planta de abajo hay una bomba del aire acondicionado y hace ruido de repente a cada hora, impidiendo conciliar el sueño, es imposible poder dormir con eso justo encima del cabecero de la cama dando zumbidos a cada hora. La cocina (por llamarlo de alguna manera) está dentro de la habitación. Había ropa sucia en la lavadora… el motor de la nevera también es molesto, ya que la cocina esta dentro de la habitación sin ningún tipo de puerta. El baño es lo más aceptable. Otro gran problema es que no hay nada de ventilación. Solo hay un patio interior por donde entran muchos ruidos de motores de aires acondicionados y el calentador de agua. No hay persianas en ninguna estancia del apartamento, por lo que la luz también es otra gran molestia para conciliar el sueño, tanto por la luz de una farola justo al lado de la ventana del piso de arriba y por la luz solar cuando se hace día. Deberían poner cortinas completamente opacas. En la cuanto a la limpieza también estaba justo, había restos de papeles sucios debajo de la mesa… en uno de los armarios había mantas y almohadas asquerosas, almohadas naranjas de suciedad … las almohadas de la cama, en el mismo estado, sin ningún tipo de funda protectora, que por higiene sería bueno que usaran… porque a saber dios la cantidad de babas y no babas que debe de haber absorbidas en esas almohadas…En general nuestra estancia se ha basado en matar cucarachas e intentar conciliar el sueño de manera bastante dificultosa. No lo recomiendo como alojamiento. Muchas veces es mejor pagar más y tener algo decente… por que este alojamiento es inhabitable.

• Ma (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was amazing even my kids love it. The location was great because it’s too close for everything that you need. Restaurants, groceries stores and the beach was 6mins walk from the apartment. It’s a 💯 percent recommended this apartment for family and friends… We don’t see anything wrong or what we don’t want in the place. Everything is excellent far from what we expected.
