• Almudena (9/5): Casa con encanto a las a fueras de Londres - La casa está muy bien cuidada, tenía menaje y gel de baño, estaba muy bien equipada y con ropa de cama y toallas, incluso zapatillas de andar en casa. Y está muy bien comunicado con el centro de Londres con autobús, o metro Tiene muchas escaleras estrechas y no tenían barandilla, por lo que son ligeramente inseguras si eres una persona con dificultades para andar o para niños pequeños.

• Zoraida (9/5): Closed to transportation modes, lots of stores to get your foods. - Some essentials already provided 🥰 clean and all appliances were working properly, had all your cooking equipment, dishes and other spices . Color coordinated very nicely.. 🥰 The location somewhat unfamiliar neighborhood. Feeling unwelcome neighborhood.

• Catherine (8/5): Clean and comfortable with good facilities. - It was close to overground train station,buses and shops. Easy to get to central London. We traveled with 2 young children so it was good with the washing machine and dishwasher. It was also very spacious and comfortable.There was a well equipped kitchen so we were able to cook, and a spacious fridge and freezer. There was a tumble dryer but we would have liked a drying rack. The bed in the bedroom downstairs was crooked and uncomfortable.

• Michelle (9/5): Superb - The property was spacious, clean, and perfectly situated for our stay. The facilities of the oven, microwave and dishwasher were both helpful and convenient. The small touches were really much appreciated.
• Joy (5/5): Passable - The kitchen facilities were nice and easy to use. The top room had a comfortable bed and lots of space. Clean towels provided. Stairs were challenging to navigate for older people, all very narrow and no hand rail for entrance steps. The radiators did not heat rooms adequately. There was a small space heater that helped but could only be used in one room at a time. Flat is located above host dwelling, there is a shared front door then has a private entrance. It would be beneficial to have more thorough directions for all appliances (including heating) and ensure all batteries are good.

• Monica (4/5): regular stay - It was very bright and comfortable for the family, the beds were comfortable I did not like that we are in summer but the day I went it was windy and at night it made me very cold and I slept cold. We were looking at how to turn on the heating but we did not find how to do it. Then I realized that in a room there was a small heater but it was not visible. I did not like it. It was cleanliness was not bad but it could be much better since I went with my little girl and clearly being on vacation I must be very careful that nothing happens to her. At night I found many small spiders in various places in the house. I sprayed myself to look very carefully at my things that no spiders got in. I also did not like that from the kitchen you have a window that looks out onto a patio and the truth is that it is very dirty and it is a bit of an unpleasant view and that when I had to leave there were 15 minutes left and we were already taking down our things to leave and a person came to knock on our door several times saying that he was coming to visit his brother. I do not understand why he touched us if his brother was not there 🤦‍♀️ but well it was only one night and well I give a five

The location was perfect for travel into central London on the over ground. The host was professional and thorough.

• Sarah (9/5): Lovely apartment, handy for getting into London sights. - Lovely cozy apartment, had everything you could possibly need. fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of supplies. Lots of warm blankets and loads of towels. Smart TV. Lovely and warm. 7/8 minute walk to Catford Bridge train station. Lidl just around the corner - very handy. The shower head was a little low in the bath if you're a tall person - not a major issue. One of the beds (next to the living room) was quite soft - personal preference. The apartment is super handy for getting in and out of central London however the area itself is a little gritty.

• Clàudia (9/5): Great place to spend the nights after walking in London - The apartment is big and really nice, we haven't spemt much time there since it's quite far from the city centre and the landmarks but it was lovely! There is nothing we didn't like, the only thing to mention maybe is that the heating is too strong and it gets really warm

• Lach (9/5): Nice flat and location. - Very comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed from laundry soap to full set of towels. The location is good, close to shops and transport. Parking is at the front of the flat. Dinning table is in the kitchen. Also the dinning table is not stable. Nearly tipped it over just by putting elbows at one end.

• Yang (10/5): very nice stay, high price quality ratio - The house key handover was very simple, we arrived around 19:00 could got into the house quickly without any problems. The house have already everything what one might need there, we found everything we need and did not even need to ask the landlore for a thing at all. The house locates not in the city center, but the transportation, train station and bus stations to the city center are just in the near. If you take a train, in 10 to 15 minutes you arrive city center (london bridge or waterloo station east). If you like to buy something and cook youself, the Lidl and Aldi supermarkets are several hundreds meters. If you want to visit some local supermarkts, Tesco is also reachable in 3 minutes on feet. We do not have a car by this visiting, if you have a car. you could park safely just outside of the main door in the private park place. (This is my assumption, one needs to confirm with the landlore)

If, I am to come again, I wouldn't mind to lodge in the same apartment. The owner was very helpful to brief me on the things to do and the local area. The main road was constantly busy.
